Because my husband and I are so particular with the details, we were a bit nervous. Adam was building us two statement walls (6' and 4') for our front yard and entry, which would be lasting and so had to be done well!! To jump right to it, not only do our walls look amazing - they were built with absolute precision and expertise. Both Adam and his assistant, Nick, instilled immediate confidence in us and were an absolute pleasure to work with start to finish. And clean as heck! We cannot speak more highly of Adam and Nick, their work and their mastery and would HIGHLY recommend them!!!!! Oh, and last but not least - they do this top tier work at a very reasonable price!

First here is his information: Inspector: Brian Fullen…read moreWashington StateH.I Lic# 1149 904 East Alder, Walla Walla, WA 99362 Phone: 509-520-8813 Email: acuteinspection@gmail.com www.walla-walla-home-inspector.com I decided to use Brian Fullen at Acute Inspection Company after talking to a few businesses about my home inspection prior to buying a home in the Walla Walla area. He seemed knowledgeable when conversing over the phone, and was very strait forward about time frame and cost. His rate was comparable to other inspectors, but he mentioned that he did not mind me being there during the inspection so he could answer questions as he conducted it. Even though I did not plan to spend all of the time with him during the inspection, the option to do so is what made the difference in using his service over others. On the day of the inspection he arrived on time, I arrived later to see how it was progressing and he stopped and walked me through what he had already looked at and made himself available to questions as the inspection continued. When buying a home, most prospective buyers worry about hidden problems with the home, and having this ability to see what is going on can alleviate fears about the property you are purchasing. Once he completed the inspection, this took a few hours, he told me he would e-mail me the report that night. And sure enough it was there as promised. The report was very in depth with sixty pages of detailed information about the house, not just anything bad, but also all the good things that were right about the house. There were pages of pictures, of everything inspected, from the attic and roof, to fixtures and plumbing. Would I recommend his service to others in this area, without a doubt. It is well worth the money to make sure you know what you are buying before you purchase something as expensive as a new house.

They gave me a 6 mo. warranty on their work. ($4,100) The owner was irritated that I kept calling. Little did I know that was the least of my problems. Then recently the water was not staying hot even though the temp was set at *165. (From the beginning) The second plumber wouldn't touch it and said I should just wait until it fell off the wall because it was already 1/2" from wall and rusted. Then sue the company. I just had the third plumber in to reinstall the whole water heater. Freewater had not installed it correctly. I had to spend another $2,300. The water temp is now at *125. The thumping is gone. The leaking and copper piping completely replaced. Then mounted safely on wall. Nightmare over.
