They had worked with our venue (Solvang Theaterfest) in the past, so it was very easy to connect with them and get them to come to the venue and give their recommendations for lighting. Their recommendations were perfect and when I ended up needing to lessen the amount of lights to accommodate our budget, they helped us narrow it down and their advice and instruction was perfect. Joanna was a joy to work with - so easy to contact and connect with. They handled all of the installation and take down and connected with our venue manager on their own and it was all so smooth and easy. Affordable party rentals and were great last minute. Would definitely use again and again!!

What a great experience. I had previously attempted to reserve my party rentals from a company in the Oxnard area claiming to be "affordable" and was so unsatisfied with their customer service that I reached out to Elite party rentals less than 5 months from my wedding date. We had a 70 person backyard wedding at our ranch. When I first contacted Elite they answered their phone right away and after sending them my initial list I had a quote that very same day. Funny part is, they were right in line with the the other "affordable" place to be honest. The extra couple of dollars was well worth it. I had to remove and add a few things during the process and they were very accommodating right up until a few days out from my wedding. The arranged a pre-set time, they called me when they were on their way to deliver and the team that showed up was top notch. I spoke to several people throughout my time arranging things and they were super helpful. Those people such as Yahajira communicated quickly with me. This company was exceptional in helping me coordinate what I needed for my dinner party. The real challenge was that I was in Los Angeles planning an event to take place in Santa Ynez. Staff member Ari always went above and beyond to accommodate my many, many, many questions. She even took photos of items and emailed them to me. If I changed my mind on something, she was alwasy accommodating. Ari was my primary contact,but I also found the interaction I had with other staff members pleasant and professional. Although service is of the utmost importance to me, price and value is just as important. I had a fantastic experience using Elite Party Rentals for my small backyard wedding! Communication with Yahajira in selecting the rentals was great, and she was prompt to respond and make the changes we needed leading up to the event. We rented tables, tablecloths, cups, silverware, napkins, chairs, heaters, etc and had them string up lights for us in our backyard. They were able to attach some of the lights to our roof with zip-ties, and the whole set up looked amazing and just what I was hoping for! Elite is fantastic! I started out just needing chairs for my daughter's wedding ceremony in Ferrini Park, Los Alamos, California and ended up having to keep adding miscellaneous strange things to our order when other venders couldn't supply things we needed (stanchions, chafing dishes, a generator, etc.). Things needed to go to several different venues at different times and Elite was totally on top of it all. Everything arrived on time, was set up on time, and picked back up on time. - amazing! We hired Elite rentals to provide just the basics for our outdoor wedding this past April: round tables, banquet tables, a dance floor, kids table, chairs and trash cans/recycle cans. I am so glad we went with this company--they were right on time, exactly as planned and they set up the dance floor perfectly. We basically transformed a lumpy meadow into the perfect place for a dance party. Because of the requirements of the venue, Elite had to return to the venue at 9pm so that we could break everything down and return the meadow to its original condition. Just as promised, Elite returned on time and broke down the dance floor quickly and efficiently. Santa Ynez Elite Rentals was great to work with for our wedding. They provided great tableware, furniture, and the like. Yajahira and Brenda were extremely friendly and responsive, and I valued their feedback when asking for advice (being new to the whole wedding planning!) We enjoyed visiting their showroom floor and putting together a model to really get an idea of what we could expect on our day. They provided us with exactly what we wanted and were punctual in delivery and pick ups. Their delivery crew was especially helpful, even giving us a hand moving some other things on the property as we set up for the ceremony--totally unnecessary on their part. We appreciated their products and received many compliments on our table set-ups. The chairs for our ceremony and dance floor were also very nice, making for a beautiful day for us. If you're getting married in the Santa Ynez Valley, you basically have two choices of rental companies. We spoke to both at length, and went with Elite because their prices were a little lower. I believe the competitor has a bigger selection if you're having a very formal affair, but for our needs (huge wedding, classic and simple), Elite was perfect. We had an amazing experience with them. Everything came in great condition and looked amazing. The entire event was a huge success, and they pulled through with some extra heaters and cocktail tables at the last moment, which was great.
