Elite Events provided us with extra string lights for our wedding and it really just made our wedding ambience perfect. They had worked with our venue (Solvang Theaterfest) in the past, so it was very easy to connect with them and get them to come to the venue and give their recommendations for lighting. Their recommendations were perfect and when I ended up needing to lessen the amount of lights to accommodate our budget, they helped us narrow it down and their advice and instruction was perfect. Joanna was a joy to work with - so easy to contact and connect with. They handled all of the installation and take down and connected with our venue manager on their own and it was all so smooth and easy. And I can't stress enough, the lights really just made the dance floor and evening reception perfect. It was like a fairytale and looked so wonderful. Hire Elite Events for all of your wedding rentals - especially their lighting - they are so great to work with and will elevate your event. read more

Affordable party rentals and were great last minute. Would definitely use again and again!!

What a great experience. I had previously attempted to reserve my party rentals from a company in the Oxnard area claiming to be "affordable" and was so unsatisfied with their customer service that I reached out to Elite party rentals less than 5 months from my wedding date. We had a 70 person backyard wedding at our ranch. When I first contacted Elite they answered their phone right away and after sending them my initial list I had a quote that very same day. Funny part is, they were right in line with the the other "affordable" place to be honest. The extra couple of dollars was well worth it. I had to remove and add a few things during the process and they were very accommodating right up until a few days out from my wedding. The arranged a pre-set time, they called me when they were on their way to deliver and the team that showed up was top notch. I spoke to several people throughout my time arranging things and they were super helpful. Those people such as Yahajira communicated quickly with me. I would totally recommend them for any large or small party. Reasonable, friendly, and on time. Thanks for making our wedding day so special. read more

As a Yelper I tend to truly take reviews into consideration. And, I also tend to stay away from businesses with few reviews. BUT, in this case I am SO happy I took a chance! This company was exceptional in helping me coordinate what I needed for my dinner party. The real challenge was that I was in Los Angeles planning an event to take place in Santa Ynez. Staff member Ari always went above and beyond to accommodate my many, many, many questions. She even took photos of items and emailed them to me. If I changed my mind on something, she was alwasy accommodating. Ari was my primary contact, but I also found the interaction I had with other staff members pleasant and professional. Although service is of the utmost importance to me, price and value is just as important. After calling 5 different companies in the area, Elite Party Rentals was by far the most competitively priced....and their delivery fee at $65.00 was the best rate quoted to me. In short, I felt this was an extraordinary company that was a joy to work with. read more

I had a fantastic experience using Elite Party Rentals for my small backyard wedding! Communication with Yahajira in selecting the rentals was great, and she was prompt to respond and make the changes we needed leading up to the event. We rented tables, tablecloths, cups, silverware, napkins, chairs, heaters, etc and had them string up lights for us in our backyard. They were able to attach some of the lights to our roof with zip-ties, and the whole set up looked amazing and just what I was hoping for! Their team showed up on time, had our entire order exactly right, and were quick, professional, and very pleasant to work with! Highly recommend this company! read more

My husband and I got married in November at Sogno Del Fiore. I heard about Elite through our caterer. The prices are very reasonable. The customer service is excellent. They have all the items essential to an outdoor wedding. The customer service representative tended to all our concerns in a prompt and friendly manner. The items were delivered on time as promised. The gentleman that deliver also help you set up, they don't just drop everything on the driveway and take off. I highly recommend Elite Party Rentals, they will not disappoint read more

Elite is fantastic! I started out just needing chairs for my daughter's wedding ceremony in Ferrini Park, Los Alamos, California and ended up having to keep adding miscellaneous strange things to our order when other venders couldn't supply things we needed (stanchions, chafing dishes, a generator, etc.). Things needed to go to several different venues at different times and Elite was totally on top of it all. Everything arrived on time, was set up on time, and picked back up on time. - amazing! Many, many thanks to Yajahira and the rest of the staff at Elite who were unfailingly knowledgeable, cordial and helpful. I will be using them for all of my party rental needs in the future. read more

My wife and I got married in December of 2014. We worked with Pam from elite rentals. She was so funny and personable and loved the way she took care of us. I highly recommend using elite. They have good service and great prices. Santa Ynez Valley is a great location where everybody knows each other. So go Elite rentals and you won't be disappointed. read more

We hired Elite rentals to provide just the basics for our outdoor wedding this past April: round tables, banquet tables, a dance floor, kids table, chairs and trash cans/recycle cans. I am so glad we went with this company--they were right on time, exactly as planned and they set up the dance floor perfectly. We basically transformed a lumpy meadow into the perfect place for a dance party. Because of the requirements of the venue, Elite had to return to the venue at 9pm so that we could break everything down and return the meadow to its original condition. Just as promised, Elite returned on time and broke down the dance floor quickly and efficiently. I really appreciate the dedication of Brenda (who I called a bunch of times because I kept changing our order) and the guys who did the delivery and setup. THANK YOU! Our wedding was great because of your amazing customer service :) read more

Hopefully your plans don't change and you need to cancel, 'cause you'll pay hell getting your deposit back. This is from experience.

Santa Ynez Elite Rentals was great to work with for our wedding. They provided great tableware, furniture, and the like. Yajahira and Brenda were extremely friendly and responsive, and I valued their feedback when asking for advice (being new to the whole wedding planning!) We enjoyed visiting their showroom floor and putting together a model to really get an idea of what we could expect on our day. They provided us with exactly what we wanted and were punctual in delivery and pick ups. Their delivery crew was especially helpful, even giving us a hand moving some other things on the property as we set up for the ceremony--totally unnecessary on their part. We appreciated their products and received many compliments on our table set-ups. The chairs for our ceremony and dance floor were also very nice, making for a beautiful day for us. Thank you guys, you went above and beyond to make the set up and take down as smooth as it was, and you were an integral part of making our day so special. We highly recommend! read more

If you're getting married in the Santa Ynez Valley, you basically have two choices of rental companies. We spoke to both at length, and went with Elite because their prices were a little lower. I believe the competitor has a bigger selection if you're having a very formal affair, but for our needs (huge wedding, classic and simple), Elite was perfect. We had an amazing experience with them. Everything came in great condition and looked amazing. The entire event was a huge success, and they pulled through with some extra heaters and cocktail tables at the last moment, which was great. Highly recommend them to anyone. read more
