Love a pink soirée! Despite a rainy Tuesday night, the Houston Elite crew was decked out in their best pink attire. This was my first time at PostScript and it didn't disappoint. Check-in was easy at the door. Farrah gave us party favors, a pink lei or a heart-shape glasses. We were served a simple drink menu at the bar. Kudos to all the bartenders for doing a great job with the service. Split into two groups, we entered the main room and into a speakeasy where we got to indulge in small bites. My favorites were the sliders and deviled eggs. The entire place was covered in pink. I'm a sucker for these type of aesthetics, perfect for a lovely brunch or high tea. Many photo ops all around, everyone had a great time taking everything in. I always enjoy catching up with old friends and meeting new ones every time I'm at an event. Thank you to Jando, Farrah, and the Yelp Houston team, and PostScript for organizing and hosting!
Thank you Yelp and Jando for another event. I'm truly grateful for every opportunity to try something new. I wasn't expecting such a large turnout with the rain but the weather did not stop this event from happening. I've seen this place on IG but never thought about coming here. Clearly I'm not the targeted audience they are catering to. Walking inside you are hit with an explosion of pink. It's cute and well decorated for photo ops. I saw all the ladies taking selfies and group pics. The manager was really nice and made time to chat with everyone. The staff was very friendly and professional. Now the things I didn't like about my experience. The drinks were not consistent with taste. The first one was super sweet. I could feel the sugar sticking to my teeth. My second drink from the same bartender was watered down. I moved to the opposite side of the bar to try a different bar tender and his drink was extremely strong. These were all the same drink order. I moved on to the food which was surprisingly bad. Everything looked very appealing and was well presented. The sliders I had were dry and over cooked. This may have been the one I grabbed as I heard other people say "it's so juicy". The caramelized onions were chewy. The yeast roll was the best part as it was toasted just right. The pizza reminded me of something out the frozen food section that was cooked in a microwave. The pizza had this chalky taste to it and was hard to chew. The champagne shrimp was my favorite. It had great flavor, I just didn't like how it was cut down to such a small piece. I hope this was just for the event and not how it's usually served. The chicken and hummus would have been good but the kumquat was overpowering the dish. Like stated at the start, I know I'm not the targeted audience for this type of place. It was a nice experience for something I wouldn't usually do. I can't recommend this place for anything more than cute pics.
A fun post-VDay YEE in pink, I'm in! I only own one pink shirt, so this was a good reason to pull it out of the closet for one of those few times out of the year. PostScript has a very clear pink theme going on, with floral-pattern chairs and a large portrait of Princess Diana. I don't envision myself coming here on my own, but it's a cute spot I could see my squirrel friends enjoying Sunday brunch with rosé all day. Parking was fairly simple, as there are plenty of free spots in the nearby garage and some paid outdoor spots closer to the restaurant. The garage was no issue since it was only a block's walk away. We were let into the venue a few minutes early with the rain and cold, which was a nice gesture. While they were trying to funnel everyone into one area of the restaurant, this got crowded quick with everyone checking in. The bar situation was slightly confusing at first because the drinks didn't start getting served until about 15 minutes after the event start time. And then they just started coming out; the lucky ones at the bar got to partake first. I tried the Take me to Tootsie's tequila cocktail, which was pretty sweet with a strong melon taste. While not my drink of choice, this was the one on the menu that resonated closest with me. I also tried the Ladies in Pink mezcal cocktail, and it tasted way too smoky for my liking, though that is characteristic of mezcal. We got to explore the side room and the back speakeasy in two shifts. I wanted to enjoy drinks by the bar with my friends, so waited to go in the second shift. The decor is beautiful and elegant with plenty of individual areas and photo ops, definitely a nice venue to host a big event. The food was good but not great. Most of the light bites are hors d'oeuvres and finger sandwiches that one would snack on with tea, although stepped up a bit. My favorites were the sliders and the truffle-pepperoni flatbread. The slider was hearty and hit the spot, and the flatbread was crispy and paired well with my drink. The sandwiches were light although very cucumber-focused, which seemed to be a common theme seen the cocktail/mocktail menu as well. I do wish there was more food, as there were some bites that I did not get to try. It seems that they only made enough food for each person to have 1 piece of each offering, and that's if everyone took only 1! Thanks to Jando, Farrah, Ling, the Yelp Houston team, and the PostScript team for making this event a unique one to remember. This was a great way to spend a rainy Tuesday night with my fellow Yelp Elite friends!
Thank you Jando, Farrah, Yelp Houston team, manager Timothy, and all the staff that helped make this event happen. First off, I was literally expecting a limited turn out due to the downpour that occured just before the event. Boy was I wrong, it was full. Yelp Houston squad showed up and showed out on a school night. For the most part, everyone came with cutesy outfits of all different shades of the themed color, and I loved to see it. Timothy was a great host. He was honest about what has gone down with this business previously and the VERY mixed reviews on Yelp already, with plans to turn this place around. The vibes were great, and I loved seeing Elites only in the building. Let's talk about the decor. Obviously styled by someone who enjoys pink hues of all shades, and a flair for high tea lux. And while most IG girlies would have a TIME here, with cutesy post worthy photos all over, it's really a place for all to enjoy. But women empowerment focused, which we need more of. The light bites were pretty tasty, I liked the variety of bites from veggie based sandwhiches, to flatbread, to deviled eggs, to sliders with that nice brioche bun. I'm sorry to hear that other folks said they didn't get to try very much. I was under the impression there would be alot of food for the second wave after the first. But a successful event in my book.
Pretty in pink? Count me in!! I had brunch at PostScript a year ago when they first opened. I won't rehash my experience but I was excited to see what they looked like a year later. I parked in the lot around 7:20pm and made my way to the entrance. After checking in and receiving my pink glasses from Farrah, I grabbed a seat at the bar with Ema. I glanced at the cocktail menu and was pleasantly surprised to see they had a mocktail option. I indulged in a few cucumber lime refreshers and the bartenders were very quick and attentive despite the large crowd. I was part of group two to head over to the speakeasy so that left ample time on the front end to take pictures, get more drinks and chat up with a few other elites. When it was our turn to go in, Timothy gave us the low down and we made our way into the speakeasy. I did expect it to look a lot different, but, it was spacious enough for us to grab a few bites and head over to the dining area. I was able to try the veggie based sandwich and the deviled eggs. Both were good but the portions of course were limited. We were told more would come out but it didn't. Nonetheless, it was nice to sit, eat, drink and unwind. Timothy came by our table to greet us and we got to chat a bit about my first impression and experience at PostScript. I appreciated his honesty and transparency around where their needs are and how they are working on improving it. Overall, I had a great time!! I wish the food options were better but the flow of the drinks and good company made it worthwhile. Always thankful to the entire team for providing us with these opportunities!
I never miss an opportunity to don pink! Well worth the rainy drive out on a Tues night this Elite only event brought the girly charm. Photo ops galore, plenty of food from the assortment of light bites, this was a fabulous occasion. It was nice hearing the GM and former elite talk about the place and how it was an ode to fun, fearless women. I loved that they had a mocktail option at the bar and the staff was all super hospitable and courteous. The 2 separate dining groups was also a great idea and ensured everyone got food, great pics and it wasn't too crowded while dining. Thanks Jando, Farrah and the PostScript's staff for the fun party on a Tuesday night!
Wow wow Wow!! Tonight was such a fun time!! Jando and Tim did not come to play! I loved the theme of pink, bc hello...pink!! I loved seeing the crowd come in, excited for a fun night, all dressed in their beautiful shades of pink! Jando and team had pink accessories ready to go for anyone who needs and we all embraced the vibes! When walking in, you're greeted by a beautiful bar and all the beautiful decor of the restaurant. At first glance you think it's all about the woman, which makes sense!!! But I absolutely loved even more seeing the guys embrace the pink theme and live in the pink world! Now, let's get into it, the bartenders and staff were just amazing! Every person I talked to was so kind and helpful, and did everything with a sense of direction. Tim, it was so great to see the GM, as I remember him from other events. Great smile and more than happy to help, and explain all the great things! The drinks were plentiful, and I loved the Kelly that I got. It was light, fragrant, and refreshing! The food though!! As we were whisked over to the speakeasy in smaller group, Tim spoke of the food and how to get around the room, and I l led that we could all leisurely get about the room to get photos/videos of the food and space. The food was delicious, everything I tried did not disappoint!! I loved the chicken with hummus, great bite, I wanted more!! The champagne shrimp was probably my favorite bite, I just wanted more shrimp, as I didn't feel I got the full affect, just enough to have me wanting more, touché!! Coming back for that! The flatbread and sliders were also amazing. ALL of the bread amongst the food tonight was really good to me, bc I love bread!! All in all, amazing night seeing all our fellow elites, loved the ambiance, parking was easy since I valeted, but there is free parking as well in the garage, and I'd definitely like to come back for more food and drinks!!! Thank you thank you to the Post Script staff and to Farrah, Ling and Jando for an amazing event!!
This is on of my favorite Elite Event. Pink and Butterflies is my life! The best of Post Script is the beautiful pink and butterfly decoration. The location is a very nice spot. There are options of parking, the best spot is the free 2 hour and easy walk to any store/restaurant there. Upon arrival Jando was so great in giving all information of the event. It was great checking in and receive pretty heart-shaped pink glasses or leis necklace. Made our way to the bar, it took a while to get our first drink. We got Ladies in Pink, I immediately smelled the smoky scent, it's not the type of drink for me. Take Me to Tootsies was ok, now The Kelly was the best for me, I love cucumber and mint. Our next spot was to try the bites. The best for me is the deviled eggs on bread and the cucumber with dip on bread. I got two sliders because I really like sliders but they were not warm, the meat was too small and too much bread. The chicken and hummus was good. The bread was too heavy with the veggie. The flat bread pizza was ok, and the shrimp champagne was ok it would be better with more shrimp. Tim, GM was so very nice and kind. Nice DJ playing music. Had fun at the Pink Party!
Postscript- Pretty in pink was a stunning event! Not only was I surrounded by my favorite color all night, but the socialization, the food, the drinks and the decor was everything! I felt right where I needed to be at Post script. The pink decor , pink piano and lightening fixture was the right amount of girlie for me . I can totally for-see this establishment in my future as a favorite spot for me and the girls. I loved it. The elegant flair, wall decor and paintings was so pretty. The speak easy was a nice surprise and a great touch . The food was fantastic! Every bite was prepared perfectly. The slider was awesome. I absolutely loved the Caramelized Onions, Siracha Remoulade topped on it . The toasted egg bite was addictive . Champagne Shrimp ? My favorite ... The chicken hummus was extremely delicious. Overall, each bite hooked me . I definitely will return to check out their full menu. The bartenders were awesome. My favorite drink of the night was the lady in Pink- Mezcal cocktail .. just the right amount of Smokey! Thank you, Jando and Yelp team for putting together another incredible event . There were A LOT of Yelpers at this event so kudos and thanks to Post Script for hosting and accommodating so many of us. The aesthetic of this spot is poised pink. The agate bar counter, the gold butterflies, the seating. Princess Diana was sitting pretty in her impactful yet subdued photo on the wall, among many others. Service was lovely and the bartenders had a good attitude and were attentive in all of our chaos. I enjoyed my cucumber mocktail throughly. The owner was also lovely to chat with. The location is prime and the parking garage has 2 hours of free parking which is greatly appreciated. Would love to return and dine on the patio when the weather warms up. The speakeasy was cute, but it did feel like a party room. Of course this was likely due to furniture needing to be moved out to accommodate all of us. The bar inside was a work of art. What I was able to eat from the food was delicious. I did find it a little challenging because drinks were unlimited which I found to be quite generous but not beneficial to me, as I don't drink alcohol. I have dietary restrictions and we were instructed to take only 1 of each item. As a vegetarian, I was able to sample 3 items, a deviled egg toast bite, a sandwhich bite, and a cucumber bite which were all delicious. I completely understand not expecting to eat a meal here but when I returned back after following instructions and taking only 1 of what I could eat to see if I could have maybe a 4th or 5th bite, there was nothing available. Overall, I had a lovely experience. Thanks to J, F, and the rest of the team as well as to the owner and staff of PostScript. I suspect this won't be my last time visiting this chic wonderland.
I attended the pretty and pink Elite event for us yelpers at PostScript, and it was a delightful experience overall! The venue embraced the theme beautifully, with guests dressed in pink. There were even interesting accessories like Hawaiian leis and heart shape shades provided for those who needed an extra touch of color... Pink! I wore a fluorescent pink dress- technically not my ideal shade, but it ended up blending well with the various pink tones inside. (I'm thankful because I only own one other pink outfit. Lol) The complimentary cocktails were a nice touch, though the Take Me to Tootsie's tequila cocktail (without alcohol) lacked flavor aside from the perfectly rimmed tajin. On the other hand, the cucumber lime fresher mocktail was absolutely delicious - light, refreshing, and well-balanced! The bites presented were tasty for the most part but definitely sample-sized. I was glad I arrived knowing not to expect a full meal. The sliders (with yeast rolls, caramelized onions, and Sriracha remoulade) were my absolute favorite - though I skipped the second bun. The truffle pepperoni flatbread was indulgent with its beef pepperoni and truffle oil, while the champagne shrimp offered a light, elegant bite with spice pecans and champagne vinaigrette. I also tried the chicken and hummus, which had a unique mix of preserved kumquats and a torched date vinaigrette. It was just... Okay. The high tea bite sets and presentation added a fun, upscale touch to the mystique of the speakeasy. One minor letdown was that we were told more food would be passed out once seated in the back, but that never happened. However, the ambiance, great company, and engaging conversations made up for it. I actually met quite a few new Yelp Elite members and loved it! A standout of the night was Timothy, the manager. He was jovial, transparent, receptive to feedback, and had a genuine determination to elevate the restaurant. It's refreshing to see leadership that truly listens and wants to improve! Overall, it was a fantastic evening, and I'm excited to see how postscript continues to evolve. Thank you so much, Jandooooooo, Farrah, and the Yelp Houston team! This is definitely a spot worth revisiting!
What a fun night for a pink themed party at PostScript despite the rain! I had a fabulous time connecting with friends at this fantastic Elite Event. Upon entering, the first thing I noticed was the ambiance and the pink! There is a huge bar in the center of the room with amble seating on the outer perimeter. There is also additional seating and space toward the back of the restaurant, and a speakeasy! I was able to sample one cocktail, Meet Me at Tootsies and it was well balanced. I was too busy chatting and catching up with friends to try additional offerings! I did sample some of the food! My favorite was the sliders and the pizza. I was with the second wave for tasting and I didn't get an opportunity to photograph the food. It was a little congested. As we sample the food sitting at the table, Timothy came and checked in and noted they are working on making PostScript a restaurant that is inclusive and not only catering to influencers. The pink party at Postscript was fun! I've been meaning to check this place out and this event was the perfect way to see what it's all about. Check-in was very smooth, and we were handed pink swag by Farrah. There were a lot of people who made it out on this rainy Tuesday evening, so half of us hung out at the bar while the other half checked out their speakeasy to have some bites. I got the Tootsies cocktail with the tequila and really liked the tajin rim. It was a bit on the sweeter side in my opinion. For bites, my favorite were the deviled eggs. It was too crowded, and sadly I didn't get to try the pizza because I heard that was the best. The GM and former Yelp elite, Timothy, was very friendly and went around introducing himself (shoutout to a fellow HBU alum!). I'd be down to return for a girls brunch or tea time. Such a cute event! I loved the pink theme, definitely a great spot to host a pink party. The take me to Tootsie cocktail was absolutely delicious. I love the Tajin rim! Bar service was 10/10! Although the event was really packed, it was well organized. Check in was easy, loved the fact they gave you an option for a pink accessory, sooo cute!! I liked how they split us into 2 groups so we can all experience both the dining area and bar area without any issues. My only complaint was I wish we could have tried a bigger piece of the shrimp, I found the portion to be comically small for the sample lol Anyways, I met a lot of amazing new people, everyone was so kind. Fun event at an amazing venue! The ambiance is an upscale bar and brunch spot straight out of the Barbie movie. This place is decked out in girl boss pink vibes. This place would be great for a girls brunch, birthday party, or drinks with the girls. It was cold and raining when we arrived so it was nice that they let us in a bit early. We were given a pink lei or pink glasses to complement our pink drip. We were able to choose a cocktail before taking two shifts for food. There was time to hang out, chat and meet new friends. The food was an assortment of finger hors d'oeuvres. My favorite was the truffle pepperoni flat bread. Delicious. No notes other than I needed six of them. The sliders were my second favorite. A little greasy which I don't mind, but others might. It was also a bit bready. I chose not to eat 1/3rd of the bread. I also enjoyed the champagne shrimp and the deviled egg. I didn't enjoy the chicken and hummus. The tiny chicken nugget was mushy. The mouth feel of chicken and mashed potatoes without the savory satisfaction. I'm not the target for the vegetarian sandwich. Overall the food was ok, but not worth the prices that are implied from the menus. While I'm glad we were able to try some options that I wouldn't order, atleast I know there are options that I would actually order like the truffle pepperoni flat bread. Ultimately you come here for the ambiance not for just the food. You come for the pics that you're going to post on Instagram. If my daughter wanted a girly vibey place to hang out with her friends this would be on the list. read more
I was overjoyed to celebrate in all of our pink beauty with a few (hundred) of my fellow elite friends. It was rainy and cool outside but that didn't stop Jando and the Yelp Houston team from being fabulous. Check in was simple, we followed instructions and got there on time, not too early, and got in to enjoy the night. What a beautiful place with all the butterflies and accents. The owner gave us good information about the spot and welcomed us very graciously. I was so impressed to see him milling about the room and sitting down to have conversations with people. He really wanted the feedback. The drinks were great. My favorite was The Kelly. Of all the delectable bites we had, my fave was the flatbread with pepperoni and truffle oil, followed by the slider. I was stuffed to capacity and enjoyed every single one of the lite bites we had. The champagne shrimp was delicious, deviled egg was surprisingly tasty, with a different flair being served on a piece of toast. We ended the event taking pics all over the place and now why the event was themed a "Pink party". My amazing Elites did not disappoint with the photo ops at the end and of course I connected with many more Elites to see at future events. read more
I had a great time at this event last night. Despite the weather, I was able to make it to the pink-themed event. Drinks: I only tried the Take Me to Tootsie and The Kelly. I enjoyed them both, but the Kelly was definitely refreshing. One of the bartenders was a little rude, and it ended with having to keep asking for the drink to be made repeatedly. There was a bartender from Turkey, who did an amazing job! Food: The food was good, but not to die for. My favorite was probably the pizza. I'd definitely love to try the brunch food at the restaurant. Atmosphere: it was so cute! The restaurant was designed for photo ops, and I have no complaints. read more
A lovely Valentine colored event in an upscale part of Houston. Nestled into River Oaks, I followed the instructions for free parking in the garage and had no issues. Upon entering, a blessed reprieve from the rain, it was quite crowded in the bar area outside. I actually got in line at the bar with some friends before I was told that I was supposed to order on the side closer to the entrance. Not sure what the intent was, but I moved and got a drink eventually. The event was split into two sets of 50 people at a time. I had a great time meeting some fellow Yelpers and so had no issues waiting for food (especially since the bar space cleared up) but it might have been good to know ahead. Entering with the second set of people, I was near the back. By the time it got to the end, they had run out of the more popular dishes (eggs, flatbread, shrimp). I wasn't too fussed since I'm allergic to half of it anyway (had to hunt down the host to verify that the shrimp and hummus both contained nuts and by the time I got back, they were gone anyway) but I know some people missed out. The beef slider was fine; I got too much bread and a very small slider. The vegetable slider had a nice sauce but also didn't seem to have much substance. The drinks were overall quite sweet. The Kelly, the vodka based drink, was surprisingly sour. I liked the mezcal drink the most but I found myself wanting something much less sweet after one or two drinks. Totally pinkalicious!!! All four of the drinks were delicious but my favorites had to be the Take me to Tootsies and the Mocktail! Both were very fresh and flavorful. I loved the tajin rim on the tequila based cocktails. The small bites were delicious. I loved the pizza; the truffles were so flavorful! Deviled eggs 10/10! Timothy, the GM, mentioned a high tea and I will for sure be back for that. So excited about my night in the pink palace. Such a fun experience- I'll be back!! read more

First off, thanks to Post Script's Timothy (GM/Operator) and crew for having us on a rainy day, and always a thank you to Yelp Houston Jando and Farrah for organizing these events. I had never been to PostScript, so I was excited to get dressed in pink and check out their decor. I came in a few mins late, and the first group had gone in to try the food. Getting a drink at the bar took about 5-10 minutes, and I had to move from one end to the other. I appreciated the full size drinks, but for efficiency, I think it would've been helpful to have some ready to grab and go. I liked the cucumber lime mocktail. Ginger beer was a nice touch. While waiting for the first group, it was nice to mingle and catch up with everyone. When we did get to go to the speakeasy and dining area, I loved the ambiance and decor. Perfect for a ladies night, high tea and a baby/wedding shower. The champagne booths can be dangerous. It's currently not working since the snow day that caused a wiring outage, but apparently, if you press the button for champagne, the bar will get the order and bring one out each time you press. They know how many are seated, so they bring the right amount of glasses. The speakeasy had tilted mirrors for great angles (info from Timothy). They were running out of plates towards the end as well as food options. I got to try the deviled egg toast, slider, and veggie (vegan) sandwich. Later on, my table got to try the truffle pepperoni flatbread. I liked the deviled egg, bread for the slider, and the truffle pepperoni flatbread. I didn't get to try the chicken and hummus bite. The slider could've used more meat. The bun to meat ratio was uneven. Timothy said the yeast rolls are made in house. They were delicious. Some of us stayed till closing to take advantage of the decor for photos. We also got the low down on dive bars the crew likes to go to after hours. Overall, great event. I appreciate Timothy giving us great tips on when best to come to try different events and going to each table to ask us on what they can improve on or what went well. That's a great sign. read more

As always, thank you Jando for another Elite event! I always appreciate the details, my first question is always, "Do they have parking?" And the answer was yes! Crisis averted. PostScript aka Instagram heaven for the girlie girls (and the guys who embrace their inner Barbie). This place is drowning in pink. I'm not a pink fan, but hey, to each their own! Tim, the ever-gracious host, made his rounds, checking in with the Elites to make sure we were having a good time; I love that! Cocktail hour was a hit.. It's always fun seeing the Elites come together. My favorite drink was Take Me to Tootsies. The Kelly, on the other hand, had me confused. Was it a cocktail? A mocktail? A glass of slightly flavored water? The mystery remains unsolved. Now, let's get into the food that as served in the "Speakeasy," which turned out to be just a room with food in it. Presentation? Gorgeous. Execution? Ehh. The sliders had an identity crisis, either the roll was too big, or the patty was too small. The flatbread pizza was just...pizza. Nothing to write home about. The chicken and hummus were upstaged by an overly ambitious kumquat that stole the show. The deviled eggs were hands down my favorite. And then there was something with goat cheese...which, let's just say, is an acquired taste I have not acquired. Overall, PostScript is aesthetically pleasing and Instagram-worthy. perfect for cute pics and drinks. Would I return for the food? Probably not. But I'd happily stop by for a happy hour drink and check out the speakeasy when it's fully in action! read more

A huge shout out to Houston's CM Jando and Post Script Maître d' (GM) Timothy who hosted the: Prettiest Post Pink Valentine's PostScript Elite Event. (I know tongue twister). Maître D' Master Timothy C (I believe was his name) feedback: My favorite thing about Elite events are the socialization. I come for the People first, then the food. Even though I get the food first, then I dig a little deeper. Please forgive me because I want to say the Maître D'/ GM name is Timothy, he's such a personal people-person. I admire this journey from hospital to hospitality. (WOW I just notice; you can not spell "hospitality" without spelling "hospital" first.). Which is the exact steps this gentleman took. From NP to Maître D'. His story is so inspiring he makes me want to do it. (SERIOUSLY). He is someone I would love to chat more with. Master of Medical & Hospitality. Bar service feedback: Baaaartender, GorKam was amazing. He kept up with the pace which was outstanding, giving the amount of people dressed in pink surrounding the bar, requesting their special spirits. I enjoyed the "Ladies in Pink" drink, the presentation reminds me of Pretty in Pink from Trulucks, which I would say is a fav from T. The flavor is a bit different. Its a Mezcal based cocktail. Even when times seem a little back-up GorKam handle every move with grace. I love how grateful and appreciative he was when receiving his tip, which he added to the teams tip collectively, and the remaining of the team shared their gratitude as well. It feels great to feel appreciated, on both sides. (I've had my share of unappreciative servers who treated my tip as if I owed them and place payment towards a loan. Even my phone & electric company sent me "thank you for your payment") GorKam was amazing and everyone at the bar, was graceful. Food feedback: I enjoyed everything I sampled on my plate. From presentation to texture & taste. I love the egg toast item, it's presentation is perfect the egg have the icing swirl feature. The pizza was good, it'll be perfect if crust was a tad crispier, it could be due to temp, however it was good cold, so I know it's fire when it's hot. Chicken bite, with the sauce was magic on a spoon. Everyone at my table really enjoyed the slider, I don't even eat onions on my anything, but this slider was paired so perfectly, that I wouldn't mind ordering it exactly how it's prepared. The onions were grilled to perfection, and I love the sauce, kinda reminded me of Trill sauce. The toasted veggie sandwich bite was very refreshing, nothing I would have ordered but I'm very happy that I tried. It was defiantly veggies on there, that was a first introduction tonight. My Elite table guest was unaware of the name of the veggie, we just called it a flower because that's what it looked like, we all ate it. It little sour cream veggie thing served on bruschetta bread was great too. My top favorites I enjoyed was the: Shrimp and green onion with pecans, Burger bite sliders, pep pizza, chicken bite, devil egg toast. Special Thanks to: Timothy, GM @ Post Script. I love GM, Timothy events I will attend them all. Extra History Knowledge about Post Script. The Champagne booths are the only seating area that's equipped with the champagne service ring bells. That will place a Champagne bottle service order directly to the bar and your table will receive bottle service under 2 minute time. This feature has been place on paused due to the freeze storm damaging the wires, and insurance do not cover repairs or replacement on any upgraded electrical purposes. However when this feature resume, be mindful on the number of times you press the service button. Because if you TAP-TAP-TAP, That could result to total of 3 charges on your bill, as well as 3 bottle services. I love the lighting, and the music volume. Perfection on both of these. The restrooms that in the bar room, also have mouthwash and small cups for refreshing, as well as a full size mirror. Tonight was a really great vibe, I will be returning here. This place was so pink and so fun. Every corner is very instagrammable and perfect for selfies. There's a lot of space to bring all of your friends and different sized tables. The speakeasy in the back is a must check out. The food was really tasty. It was like elevated comfort food and tea time foods. The cocktails and mocktails were great to. If you haven't been, it would be great to check out with whatever mix of people you want. The free garage parking for a few hours is great. The little square with different shops is really cute too, and you could come make an evening out of it! read more

We enjoyed colorful (mostly pink) drinks and small bites in a nice environment, including a "hidden" room towards the back. The restaurant's interior was extremely stylish, and the staff was wonderful. It was great to catch up with other Yelpers in a stimulating space. Who doesn't like cute, aesthetically pleasing restaurants where you can take pics with your cute drinks and snap it up with your girls. I'm not sure if it was the owner or manager that spoke, but he stated that this restaurant was created in the thoughts of women and women empowerment. But let's not forget, it is majority of women and single women that spends the most on dining out, so that's business savvy on their end. Now this was a nice sized restaurant that had plenty of seating especially for groups or large parties. There were 2 different dining rooms. 1 had a wraparound bar in the center of sections, and the other had more tables with a piano inside. We also saw a glassed enclosed private party room and their speakeasy. The speakeasy was very small so im sure only so many people would be in there at a time. Our first encounter was at the bar. It was pretty busy, however, it seemed like it to me a very long time to get a drink. I was able to get a seat at the bar but yet not a drink. This particular bartender literally served the people to the right and then to the left of me and never served me. He then swung over to the other side of the bar where another bartender was already attending. I decided to get his attention to place my order but that was really hard. It definitely lacked the customer service and left a bad experience for me. By the time I was able to order my drink, it was time to go see the food presentation. They really could have had alot of those drinks preset in the glass as they seemed to be premade anyways. Usually if a restaurant is IG worthy, the food taste doesn't usually match. Well we only got small bites so can't say what to expect from the full menu. Majority of the food was cold and probably had been sitting out waiting for us to arrive. No big deal since it was small bites. The slider that I had was atleast lukewarm so that helped. The deviled egg and veggie high tea bites didn't need to be heated and those were good to me. The champagne shrimp wasn't memorable to me. I did enjoy the pizza and slider. The chicken and hummus was interesting & cold. The veggie sandwiches were good. If anything I would say the pizza and slider were my favorite. After eating with the 1st group, I made an attempt to get a drink with majority of the people away from the bar. I was finally able to try the Take me to Tootsie and it just didn't seemed worth the fight. I was underwhelmed about it. Nonetheless I can appreciate the attempt and Yelp HTX Elites always show up and have such a great time. Thank you for having us. read more
A night in pink for sure. Didn't know what to expect walking in but I quickly found out. This pink panther palace is the place to be if you are looking to raise a pinky and enjoy a finger sandwich. You can park in the parking garage and walk over. There's a bar that serves themed drinks or whatever is your personal preference. The dining area is decorated with all you need to enjoy a meal, along with a hidden speak easy. This is a cool place I def plan to take my daughter in the coming weeks. read more

What a beautiful hidden gem in the upper Kirby west Ave area. Free garage parking is always appreciated. We were greeted by Tim the GM, what a great host and hospitable guy! The atmosphere was so nice with such elegant decor including a pink piano! There's also a lovely back private room and a speak easy!!! They served us champagne shrimp, chicken and hummus, truffle Flatbread pizza, sliders, and deviled eggs, the food was tasty and had an elegant feel about them! Take me to Tootsies was my drink of choice. What a great event, and it was so nice to see everyone in pink! I would definitely return to try out their regular menu! Had a fantastic time at The beautiful PostScript. My mouth was opened from the amazing parking lot to the speakeasy lounge. After attending my girls and I are planning a tea party for March. My favorite part was the wall of butterflies everywhere, I'm a butterfly girl and was in heaven. Check in was quick and easy. We were all gifted with a choice of pink glasses or a pink lei, off to the bar where the refreshment were flowing. I choose the cucumber lime refresher, we were introduced and welcomed to this years no plus one soirée. Beautiful and elegant We were then lead to the spectacular Speakeasy room where we partake in a array of miniature bites, but not before we were allowed to take pictures and stand in awe of the beautiful view of shades of pink, butterflies and floral chairs. Once inside we had devilish eggs, truffle pepperoni flatbread, sliders, champagne shrimp with spiced pecans, chicken hummus and many other dishes for vegans. We got to mix and mingle while taking incredible pictures. Jando as usual you did your big one with this one and let me say you looked amazing in your pink tie. 10/100000 read more

The Pink Party was all things fun, pink, and flirty! Thank you to Post Script for such a beautiful experience! I spent the night admiring the vibrant decor, elegant tea ware, and sipping on fruity cocktails. The mezcal margarita was smoky yet sweet (and pink of course!), setting the tone for the evening. After chatting around the glamorous gemstone bar, we entered the main dining room and sampled various bites like sliders, flatbread, deviled eggs, and veggie finger sandwiches. The flavors were well balanced - I could see how they would pair well with afternoon tea! I'm grateful for the opportunity to attend and would definitely recommend Post Script to anyone looking for a unique destination for a girl's night or an afternoon tea experience! read more
An opportunity to dress in pink, have drinks and food, and socialize with other Yelpers? What more could you want on a rainy Tuesday night? First of all, I had no idea Post Script or this whole shopping area of River Oaks existed so coming to this event was a cool find in and of itself. I really enjoyed the ambiance of Post Script and the female forward set up. I have a friend who would absolutely love it here. I can see it being off putting for some folks though but not everything has to be for everyone. As an event as a whole, I enjoyed being a part of it and found myself staying out late on a weeknight so definitely good vibes all around. Walking in, it did feel a bit crowded to begin with and everyone was crowded around the bar, making getting a drink a bit like mini hunger games. I appreciated having drinks freshly made and I think having some batched to begin with may have helped a bit with initial crowd control and lines. I liked the efforts for crowd control as far as splitting the group up so folks could try food fresh though. It still ended up being a bit messy as the split wasn't quite even but can't always crowd control a giant group of Yelpers. Food wise, I enjoyed the chicken and hummus and the truffle pepperoni flatbread. I liked the idea of having elevated bites but there were some hits and misses. The sliders were tasty but had a poor filling to bread ratio so there were quite a few bites of just bread. The bread for the vegetarian sandwiches was also a bit too toasted for a filling that was rather dry. Overall, I had a great time and can see Post Script being a fun spot for a planned get together. This place was so cute and chic. Love all the pink and girly decor. We were given leis or pink heart sunglasses after we checked in. We were able to order from a select menu of drinks from the amazingly beautiful bar prior to being taken in two groups into the speakeasy to sample a variety of food. All of the food was pretty tasty. The sliders, shrimp and deviled eggs toast weee my favorites. This was a great event and it was great to connect with old and new friends. read more
Category: pink. This is a beautiful pink restaurant located in the upper Kirby area. There are a lot of photos opps at this establishment. I have seen this spot on social media and I was excited to try it out. They are doing a relaunch of their menu and they had bites try out so we could provide our feedback. I think a lot of this food would have tasted better if it was warm/hot. I enjoyed the slider, pizza, and shrimp. Out of all the drinks I enjoyed the mock tail the most. I enjoyed this event and I would be open to visit if it was a group outing. read more

Thank you to Yelp, Jando, and Postscript for this event! My favorite color is pink so of course I had to come see what Postscript had to offer! I have also been always interested in this place after seeing it on tiktok and instagram. The rain was CRAZY today and thankfully I still arrived around 7:15pm. I have never been in this area so I parked in the closest spot that I could find which was pay parking (I wish I knew about the free parking garage beforehand). I found the first door closest to where I parked and I accidentally went through the side door lol I walked in and waited at the front to check in. I saw a few people already sitting at the bar with their drinks so I thought I was just in time. I got my name tag and ordered a drink "Take me to the Tootsies" which was a tequila based cocktail. It was good, not too sweet and not too strong. As I was waiting I was talking to a few people. However, as soon as it hit 7:30pm everyone that was waiting at the actual front door was let inside and there were SO many people. I would say the bar area was a fairly large area but the interior became full very quickly with more people waiting out the door to be let in. We were notified that only half of us would be seated to eat and the other half will wait in the bar area and vice versa. However, I waited an hour with my group and only because after waiting a while I suggested moving closer to the front entrance to the dining room. We were able to be let in and was directed to the new speakeasy area where the food was. Very cute little finger foods that I couldn't wait to try. I felt like after we were "released" to get food the single file line went out the window and everyone was crowding each table to get food and it was rabid LOL like there will def be enough food if everyone only takes what they need which is only one of each item. Getting out of the crowd and to a table it was finally time to eat. After trying the food it was.. not that good. Very underwhelming for the amount of time I waited and the anticipation of finally getting to try this place. A chicken nugget that looked like it was from chik fil a, slider with too much bread, overcooked shrimp ball with walnuts? Yikes.. I think the only thing that tasted good was the slice of pizza but it is really hard to mess up pizza. The goat cheese with cucumber was good as well but had way too much goat cheese (half that amount would be more than enough) and the deviled egg toast had good flavor but again only needed half the amount. The worst thing that was offered was definitely the "vegan sandwich". No.. just no please :( It was two pieces of bread with a green bean, lettuce, and tomato with some kind of sauce on one side of the bread. When Tim came to our table we let him know that it was not good at all and he just said it was their best seller for high tea, the most popular item, and that it can't be changed. Okay.. Overall, I am a little disappointed with the food and kinda let down but the people I met tonight and have seen again made it worth it! I loved talking and getting to know fellow yelpers and I had a good time. Unfortunately, I will not be back. I think that this place is just cute and aesthetic but the food does not match. The event was not as organized as I would have liked and I didn't really like that even after hearing our feedback there was nothing that can be done about the food. What a shame :( read more
Oh wow, this was an experience. To start, there is a parking garage with free 2-hour parking. That's where you start. Now as you enter the restaurant first attraction is the bar, which is huge. I throughly enjoyed the Tootsies cocktail and the cucumber mocktail. The entire decor is PINKED down, there were shades of pink used for interior decor that I didn't even know existed. I tried a variety of bites. By far the pepperoni truffle pizza flatbread and the chicken with hummus were my favorite. Also, the pepperoni being beef made it 20x better. Being able to speak with the owner and give feedback and also learn the behind the scenes of the restaurant made this a 10/10 experience. read more
Definitely one of the more memorable events I've been to. Great socialization aspect and the place was very beautiful (great photo ops!). I appreciated the easy free 2 hour parking in the garage. The event itself felt a bit poorly organized. I think it was overbooked as the bar area was incredibly crowded. We had to wait a long time before we could order our drinks. I tried the cucumber cocktail and it was too tart for me to finish unfortunately. I wasn't expecting the crowd to be split into two groups so that one group could try the food first. This resulted in people crowding near the entrance of the dining area trying to get in first which was chaotic. My friends and I decided to stay back and had to wait a long time before it was our turn to go in. Once we were led into the speakeasy to see the food, it was again unorganized because there weren't single file lines set up for each table so it felt like every man for themselves... After all that commotion and finally getting to sit down to try the food, the food was a big disappointment. The chicken nuggets tasted like CFA, the veggie sandwich was unsatisfying, the sliders were stale, and everything else was simply not memorable. My table mates seemed to agree as well. The people definitely redeemed this event for me as I got to make some great connections throughout the night. I would like to see better crowd control for future events such as these. In the end, I still had a good time so that's all that really matters in the end. Cheers! read more

This event was just too cute and fun. I appreciated that it was elites only as some events can become quite crowded otherwise. The location is right in the center of the Upper Kirby area and is donned in pink and butterflies even outside! Once you enter it's an ocean of pink and a gorgeous bar set in the middle with several booths surrounding. The drinks were all stunning and very good other than the The Kelly. This was a cucumber vodka drink and it was extremely sour but the pink lady and other drink were amazing! I loved how comfy and sturdy the bar stools were as well. Set toward the back was the restaurant space where there were a spread on lovely dining tables and a grand piano. Timothy was super sweet and guided us back to the private speakeasy area where there was a host of light bites and eats. I enjoyed the flatbread and the deviled egg bites. They were very good. There was a mini slider that was also good but the rest of the bites were just ok. I didn't think anything was extremely stand out but all things considered I enjoyed it. This restaurant is extremely girly and I think golden for the ladies to get together for a tea party, girls date or just catching up. It's really beautiful and the staff were ALL accommodating and kind. Extremely kind! The restrooms were clean and everything was polished. I feel so happy to have been a part of this event. I didn't feel rushed or like they cut corners on us. Giving us full service at the bar with the drinks was so amazing! Usually we get tiny sips and Post Script did not disappoint in making us feel so welcome! I would absolutely return with my lady friends for a couple drinks and light bites. Great event! It is a really beautiful beautiful space, and each room has a unique feel. They had gorgeous china plates that we got to use, and the drinks were delicous! I really enjoyed the cucumber mock tail and the tequila drink. The food was really good as well! We tried the egg salad bites which were delicious, the sliders, the veggie tea sandwich, and the cucumber bite. All were good, though I would do a smaller amount of bread on the slider to bring out the other flavors a bit more. Besides that, everything was great and delicous and the hospitality was amazing! Excellent job Jando!! Another well thought out and spectacular event!! I have some amazing takeaways from this evenings event so keep reading! Parking: 2 hour free parking garage right across from post script! Any time over would be about $10. Venue: Nestled in the heart of River Oaks, this venue is conveniently located next to TOOTSIES! What this meant for me was...since the event didn't start until 7:30 and TOOTSIES didn't close until 7, I arrived a little early and looked around TOOTSIES shop. There were lots of other shops in the area that allowed for me to work up an appetite before the start of the event. It's very easy to spot Post Script! The building it's housed in is pink with cute little silver birds on the outside of it. It reminds me on a post card! As I walked up to the building, I felt a rush of the soft life come upon me! It was so incredibly cute! Pink carpet instead of a traditional red carpet as you walk in from the outside. Gold accents here and there! What was most impressive was the bar area and dinning areas! Each table was meticulously designed for people who love cute pink elegant decor!!! I loved it. So many areas of the venue were swoon worthy! There was this beautiful pink piano!....On certain days they have a pianist play! They had bold pictures of Princess Diana and others of many more queens!! The restrooms had the cutest pink iridescent design on them making it a perfect photo op area!! The speakeasy was cute too! They have a rather large wine collection that leads to the speakeasy room. The room itself was proportionately sized to fit parties of about 50 in a networking stand up setup. Reasonably sized to fit 25 or less, sitting. Blue neon lights really elevate the pink in this room. A subtle style I didn't know I needed! It was cozy and near sound proof when the doors are shut making it an excellent place to have intimate gatherings. As we made our way back out into the dinning area, one high vibrational thing I noticed were the stunning chandeliers and light fixtures! They would glisten with subtle movements and light reflection! Perfect for a date night! Two main color concepts made the chairs pop...pink and blue!! Excellent combo!! Food: Loved the shrimp appetizer! I ended up grabbing like 3 of them! It tasted like they browned the butter, lightly grilled the shrimp in the browned butter and added sliced string green beans and pecans for a nutty buttery flavor that carried an earthy after-tone once eaten. It was very refreshing! I did like their deviled egg sandwich. I'm certain that's not the correct name but it's the best way I can describe it. The deviled egg mixture was fluffy and airy with plenty of seasoning! It wasn't chunky, but you could taste the blended veggies in the egg mixture. It was placed over top of their house made bread. Bread will be the star of the show in terms of food. Every other passing apart from the fried chicken and hummas had their house made bread. I like to taste the food with bread as a side to get a good idea on the flavor profile of the items being served, so I found myself setting aside the bread and focusing on the food. The slider was a bit too dry. When working with lean beef, it's super easy to over cook the beef because there isn't a lot of fat to work with. It lacked that critical slider flavor such as your salt, your pepper and any additional seasonings one might add to enhance the ground meats flavor. The cheese tasted good, aged, so it certainly helped to carry this slider but it isn't an item I would ever order if I visit this establishment again. Loved the seasoning and breaded chicken and hummus dish. Chicken was moist on the inside and perfectly fried on the outside making it excellent for dipping in the hummus! I will certainly order this when I come back!! The veggie sandwich with a crab spread was similar to a salad. I want to note that I didn't eat the bread because it would have taken away from the flavor profile. The crab spread was okay, and I could see myself ordering a plated crab spread with the toppings on top and me just eating that because it was very refreshing! Overall, there is some room for improvement on the light bites. Staff/Bar: Staff were as welcoming as I remember! I've been to post script once before with a bestie and one of our highlights were how sweet and accommodating the staff were. We went during a brunch which I would highly recommend! The bar tenders take their time making the drinks in front of you, using premiums liquors and drink combinations that create some of the most unique drinks I've tasted in some time. Loved the Moscow drink! I'm a huge fan of Smokey spicy drinks and that one really hit the spot. I would rate this elite experience a 9.2 out of 10! read more
I loved this event! A chance to wear pink and hug all of my Yelper friends and meet a few new yelpers too, like Brianna E, please count me in! Parking was a breeze, and despite the rain, it was a great showing, this Houston community is tight I mean so much love and so many hugs and smiles. It brightened up any dark and stormy night. Jando and Farrah were all smiles and check-in was super easy with the party pass. It was awesome to have the pink sunglasses and pink flowered leis to spruce up our already amazing looking group! The drinks and Mocktail offerings were amazing and shout out to the amazing bartenders who kept up with all of our thirsty faces lol it was great to hear from Timothy and I assured him that we would be back the burger and the pizza were definitely my favorites and it is such a beautiful interior. I can't wait to come back with my friends. If you haven't been to an elite event, definitely keep your eye out. It is such an amazing way to connect with the community. Another Yelp event in the books at Post Scripts. This is located in the Upper Kirby area and has free garage parking available. This is actually one of the most adorable places I've ever been in. They put a lot of work in this place to make it cute cute for all the pictures and videos that a person would want to take. They do have a dress code so read before going. The owner was informative and walked around from table to table to talk to everyone (he missed ours..but it was alot going on). We had drinks flowing. I had the Kelly which is a cucumber drink with vodka. It was good but you gotta love cucumber. The food was okay. I feel like it could have been better if it were hot. My favorites were the sliders, the shrimp, and surprisingly the deviled egg on toast...oh and the pizza! The prices are a little steep for the food options. They do have a speakeasy in the back and the bathroom is cute!! I would go back again if invited out to like a group outing or something like that just to take cute pics, enjoy the atmosphere, and snack a little :) read more
This was such a pretty event! The vibe and music were really nice. Overall the asthetic of this place is very pretty! The bar and dining room are well decorated. The drinks that were offered all sounded yummy, I got the ladies in pink drink which was delicious. Only wish I could've gotten a 2nd drink but they cut people off right at 9, even though the event wasn't ending until 9:30 so that sucked. Wish they would've made an announcement at the very least in the dining room so that those of us in the 2nd group could've headed over to the bar earlier. The food overall was yummy too. My favorites were the slider and the pizza (surprising to me) with the lesst favorite being the veggie sandwhich. (I didn't get pics of the food menu so don't know the exact names) veggie sandwhich was very plain, i don't understand how it's a bestseller. It's got to be a combo of people who hate seasoning and also a limited menu for teatime lol. read more
I had to borrow pink shirt to celebrate with PostScript but luckily, there was plenty of it adorning the space and even fun accessories (glasses and leis) provided by Yelp. We enjoyed pink cocktails like the Take me to Tootsie's (a slightly sweet melon/grapefruit note with tequila and a tajin rim) as well. It truly was a maximalist experience. What a fun vibe and a great way to discover a place I don't think I would have walked into. It was a large space upon entering the front door with a large bar area; however, with the scale of the event drinks did take a bit long to be prepared. Once the first group went to the other side for food, things speed up. The rest of the space was behind a curtain, which opened to a large dining area with tons of seating, a pink piano (of course) and a hallway to a cozy room (the speakeasy). The speakeasy area held the various small bites like pizza, finger sandwiches, sliders, and deviled eggs. Everything tasted pretty good with my favorite being the sliders. It was a bit tight with our group each gathering a plate at the same time. Once we were seated in the dining area, the staff was so attentive and friendly. Overall, I enjoyed our pink party and appreciated the thought and time that went into it by everyone involved. read more
