First of all the color and decor in this place is so cute. Even the bathroom transport you into the tropics. Like the owner said, plantains reign here and they surely proved that. From the Haitian hot chocolate, the herring and chicken patties/ empanadas to the griot sliders, the fried chicken and plantain waffle, passionfruit lemonade, the black rice bowls, and the plantain pizza with Tasso. Everything was delicious, perfectly seasoned with some things having a little kick. My favorite had to be the griot sliders. I'm coming back just for these. I was so stuffed and a happy girl by the end of this event. Thank you to Yelp and Bunnan for welcoming us.
This worthwhile event was arguably one of the best foodie events I've been to in my 9 years as a Yelp Elite Squad member. The Haitian specialty cuisine was yummy. My favorite course was the final one... the cheesy lightly sweet goat pizza! The owner, Nadej (Spelling?) catered to vegetarians & non-red meat eaters alike. (Try the mushrooms if you get a chance!) The service was prompt, and accommodating there was plenty of food to go around. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. The company at our rear patio table gave me LIFE! Loving all the well spent time with new gal pals Mandisa, Sheynelle, Maria, Marina & Jess! No FOMO here. I'm so glad I came and intend to return again. Thanks Morlene, the Yelp photographer, Nadej and her diligent staff. Congratulations on your second location. I'll miss you all at Smorgasburg, but I'll see you here again!
This was a great event. We had beautiful weather and the space allowed for some people to be inside or outside. Saw some familiar faces but was happy to connect with some new-to-me Brooklyn elite members. I'm familiar with Bunnan but this was my first time at this location. By all means, this was a feast. This is what was on the menu. "plantain pizza, sweet & green plantain sliders, plantain nachos, djon djon rice bowls, sweet plantain waffle with friend chicken, chicken and smoke herring patties. The protein options for the rice bowl and pizza were griot pork, goat, jerk chicken, mushroom and red snapper. No complaints on the food overall but I wasn't a fan of the chicken and waffles. The whole pairing was off with the flavors of the chicken andbthe syrup. Overall we were stuffed and had enough for left overs. If I had to pick a favorite for the evening, i'm gonna go with the goat plantain pizza and the rice bowl. Delish. Our beverage options included Haitian hot chocolate, passion fruit lemonade, malta and Haitian cola, Lecaye. Upon arrival the tables had a nice cloth yelp table mat. nice touch!
This is got to be one of my favorite elite events we've ever done. There was plenty of seating inside and outside and a goodie box with some fun Yelp swag. I also appreciated the really cute Yelp embroidered placemats, and printed paper umbrellas. Jimmy was amazing! He made sure that we were taking care of it all times and throughout the night we were served water, delicious Haitian, hot chocolate, and ice cold passionfruit lemonade. We also got to try plantain chips, fried chicken and waffles, with some really unique, tasting rum sauce, chicken and smoked herring patties, plantain sliders with pork griot, a rice bowl with spiced cabbage and chicken, and plantain pizzas. Hours flew by and everyone had a blast. I will absolutely be recommending stopping by for a meal at Bunnan to all my friends and think they'd make great catering for any party as well. Huge shout out to the Yelp and Bunnan teams for making this happen!
This was an amazing YEE. From the Haitian plantain (bunnan) focused food, to generous hosts, to the outdoor oasis, and to my dining companions and the flowing conversation--everything was stellar. Standouts to me were the smoked herring patties, the plantain sliders, and the Djon Djon rice bowls. I was glad to learn about Caribbean foods, especially the spicy, pickled cabbage called pikliz. And for the vegetarians, the mushrooms were absolutely delicious. Special shoutouts to the owner/bill payer for hosting, our community manager for facilitating, and to our server, Jimmy, for his care and attention.
Bunnan food was on point. All the food we had was amazing. I have never had djon djon rice and was pleased with it and oh them picklez was hitting with the combo of the rice and jerk chicken in the chicken bowl. I love that they use the yellow plantain in a lot of their dishes since it's my fav banana. The hot chocolate took me back to my holidays when my mom made me cocoa tea in the am. It was rich and thick and just home in a cup. I love that all their cups had their bunnan marketing on it. The steel cups keeps drinks cold. The decor in the shop is very tropical and intimate.
Looooved this evening! Such great company, food, and vibes! Hot chocolate was the bomb! Already know I'm coming back for this! Fried chicken was some of the best I've ever had--perfectly flaky, light, and juicy. Wow! Definitely a highlight of tonight. Pork plantain sliders were another night favorite. Such punch of flavors and textures! The rice bowl was big and filling. Perfect hearty dish to warm up in this season. Huge thanks to Morlene and Bunnan team for brining us together!
I enjoyed BUNNAN so much. First of all the service was immaculate. The staff and service was accommodating and friendly, and I appreciated that they always made sure we had what we needed at our tables and welcomed us like we were family. The space was very clean and well decorated, it definitely gave that Caribbean Haitian vibe with decor of the green walls, art pictures on the wall, the plants in the different corners and the Haitian artifacts that were strategically placed throughout the restaurant. Now for the food and dining experience, run, don't walk and visit this restaurant. Everything I had was absolutely amazing. I am a lover of Haitian food so it is not new to me, but I am very critical about the taste only because I know what good food tastes like especially when it's Caribbean food. I don't know which meal was my favorite because everything was so good. The Haitian chocolate milk was good. Their lemonade was great and I like the fact that every drink I had the cup was branded so throughout your whole experience, you can't forget where you are. I indulged in Haitian herring patties, the plantain sliders, the plantain pizza, and the diri djon bowl. This was their black rice with purple cabbage, green salad, shredded jerk chicken, their kind of pepper sauce, and pickliz which is a spicy Shredded cabbage and carrots mixture. As far as proteins, you could have chosen from goat, the jerk chicken, fish, shrimp, or vegetables. Everything was delightful. I love pizza so the fact that I could have it a little bit healthier on plantain was a plus for me. It wasn't messy to eat. It was well prepared and the plantain was flattened well and still was sweet. It wasn't crunchy or bland at all. One thing for sure, they put their hearts and love into the seasoning and taste of their food.
The owner wasn't kidding when she said there would be a lot of food. The empanada crust was perfect with a great texture, crispy without being doughy. The smoked fish filling was also a nice surprise since you don't usually see that, even at places that specialize in empanadas. The chicken and waffles were solid. The chicken was crunchy and well seasoned, while the waffle could have used a little more flavor. A touch of sweetness would have made it better. My favorite dish, and the one my whole table kept talking about, was the black rice. It was rich, full of flavor, and had this earthy flavor we later learned came from being cooked in mushroom broth. Swapping out the usual carbs for plantains in a couple dishes also worked really well and gave both dishes something different.
Excited for a night of smash plantains. Thank you Nadege for opening your doors to us, the staff for serving us, and Morlene and yelp team for making this happen. The evening started with a taste of Haitian Hot Chocolate, rich and dark. The cups were meant for traveling, which would have been a good takeaway. Our appetizers were bountiful - started with a patty, choice of salted red herring or spiced chicken, both delicious. Next up was the chicken and plantain waffles. Waffles were on the softer and light side, could be the texture of plantain. Although the cremas maples syrup was a good touch, chicken itself was well seasoned and tasty. I think my favorite so far was the savory pork griot sliders on plantain chips. A mixture of spicy, tangy, sour combined as one. Once the apps rolled in, we were given a mango passionfruit juice to refresh ourselves and our pallets. After some time, we were given the rice bowl, shared between 2-3 persons, filled with various veggies, chicken, and pork. I would've been happy with just this but there was more! The plantain pizza was to come but alas, my MTA bus carriage was arriving so I took this to go. My partner at home ate it, gave a nod, and said, "Haitian food is good."
Thanks to yelp and Bunnan for showing me that plantains can be more than just chips! I have to come back for the plantain sliders, it was the best bite of the night. It was the perfect balance of sweet and salty, soft and crunchy. The djon djon rice bowl was my second favorite. It's perfect to share family style. The rice, meat, and greens worked so well together. Especially the pikliz because I liked the slight kick. The jerk chicken plantain pizza was also delicious. Even when reheated, it was still good. I normally don't like when plantains are too sweet but this was so well balanced with the salty meat I didn't mind the sweetness at all. The chicken patty was very good and crispy but a little too oily. I wasn't the biggest fan of the plantain waffles but the fried chicken was amazing. The Haitian hot chocolate was an interesting drink. The clumps of chocolate threw me off at first but then I grew to like it. The cup design is very pretty, I love the gold on black. I preferred the passion fruit lemonade which was a very sweet fruity drink. Overall, this was a great event with amazing food!
We were so spoiled for this event! Bunnan truly knows how to showcase plantains in so many different and creative ways. Prior to this I've only had it as regular fried plantains or in chip version! The sliders were my top favorite with the smoked herring patty as my close runner up. I will come back just for those! Other standouts are the plantain pizza with jerk chicken (worth the wait!), djon djon rice bowls (the sauce was the best part), the passion fruit lemonade (my favorite drink), and the Haitian hot chocolate (this would be perfect for the winter!!!) Huge thanks to Morlene and Yelp Team for curating such a flavorful event! Shoutout to the Bunnan team for being great hosts and for introducing us to such creative plantain creations from your culture! Looking forward to my next visit at your restaurant!

Of notable mention were the djon djon rice which was probably some of the best rice bowls I've ever had. The plantain pizza which got eaten the following day due to being so full was a great reminder of last nights event. I will be back for actual dinner in the near future!! So far One of the best event this year , thank you Bunnan & Morlene for all your hard work . Sorry for posting this review little late, had some personal issues that I was busy with . I just love the color & decor of this place . The owner is such a kind & generous person. By the time we were done with the food we were all so full . I love plantains, so I was very excited to get a chance to try their food . All the dishes were very unique & with a lot of flavors. I just loved the black rice . The owner was nice enough to give me separate bowl of vegan options . I highly appreciate it . I was in love with the passion fruit juice , I asked for another glass . It was just too good . Also I am not a fan of hot chocolate but I gotta say I loved theirs ! It was yummy ! Haitian hot chocolate is the highlight of the night ! The plantain pizza was to die for . PLAINTAIN, PLAINTAIN and MORE PLAINTAINS! What an event! Better late than never with this review. The food and beverages were flowing! The service was great, the place is so clean and cozy. The owner is extremely warm and welcoming. They started us off with the griot sandwich, I chose the pork. Super flavorful and moist. We samples the Haitian hot chocolate, very dark and rich chocolate, didn't think I would like it, but not bad. The passion fruit lemonade yumm!! The chicken and waffle was nicely seasoned, waffle was fluffy, syrup was rich and not too sweet. We sampled a delicious bowl consisting of their black rice (so good) pickled cabbage, crispy red cabbage, salad, plantains and shredded pork. An array of delicious and fresh flavors. Ans the finisher, red snapper pizza, on a plantain crust! Very different answers I'm here for it. A little greasy but good flavor, I'd live to try the other pizza options. The drinks were served in nice stainless steel cups with the restaurant name. Morlene did such a great job putting the great YELP touch. Got an adorable yelp x the tiny tassle scarf. I love the YEE that take us on a "trip" to another country. Last night, Bunnan, took me to Haiti and what a great trip it was! Bunnan, where plantains are everything, is plantain paradise. I sat in the backyard surrounded by beautiful fronds and bright green umbrellas. The Elite Yelpies were given a feast as we devoured the delicious plantain filled menu. Here is what our feast consisted of: Menu: -Plantain Pizza -Sweet & green plantain sliders -Plantain nachos -Djon Djon rice bowls (Proteins: griot pork, tassot goat, jerk chicken, mushroom, red snapper) -Sweet plantain waffle with fried chicken -Chicken and smoke herring patties Drinks -Haitian hot chocolate -Passion fruit lemonade -Malta ak Lèt (Malta and milk) -Haitian cola Lacaye All of the above were delicious but my faves were hands down, the Jerk chicken pizza. The combination of the jerk chicken, caramelized onions and cheese slaw was delicious. The other standout was the Djon Djon rice bowl which was beautifully presented in a wooden bowl: a popular Haitian dish of black mushroom rice, plantains, salad, griot pork, red cabbage slaw, pikliz and caramelized onions. The Passion fruit lemonade and Haitian soda were refreshing and delicious. The service was great considering Bunnan welcomed an always festive Brooklyn Elite Squad! This event is a great reminder of why I love being back in NYC! Great job to the whole team for putting together an experience that really made my taste buds pop! My favorite part of the night was the fact that everything was made of plantain. Truly never thought you could be so creative with all these dishes, and I'm so glad they did! My favorite was definitely the plantain sandwich with pulled pork - I could eat that all day. The event did last longer than planned and unfortunately I did have to leave without trying a few dishes, but overall such a great time with the YE crew. read more

I have been a fan for Bunnan for some time now; it started off at the Caton Ave location. They haven't disappointed and today was no different. I enjoyed the herring patty. Their take on the traditional crust is closer to an empanada but certainly tasty. The rice bowl with the jerk chicken and diri djon djon was amazing. I could live off black rice if you gave me the option. The shredded jerk chicken was a bit on the salty side but otherwise the bowl was amazing. We were also served a portion of fried chicken and plantain waffle. My chicken was under cooked and pink inside so unfortunately I couldn't enjoy the full experience but the waffle was interesting. Something I've never tried before. Very sweet especially with the addition of the syrup. Now.. The mushroom plantain sandwich was a hit! My favorite of the night. As a lover of mushrooms, the flavors and sauces along with the cabbage - WOW. Sign me up. The location felt very warm and home-like. I will CONTINUE to recommend this place. And make sure customers order the passionfruit juice! What a treat! read more
This has been my favorite elite event so far! Honestly, because I grew up on Haitian home-cooked food, I'm usually not a fan of Haitian restaurants, but this place completely changed my mind. The food tasted just like home. I am in love with this place lol. The hot chocolate was so good, it was real, rich hot chocolate. It taste just how my mother makes it. The plantain sliders were delicious, and the chicken and sweet plantain waffle was cooked perfectly delicious. I absolutely loved the djon djon rice bowl platter, the plantain pizza, and the pâté. Honestly, I enjoyed everything I tried. If you want your friends and family to experience true Haitian culture, this is the place to bring them. They even serve the classic Haitian Cola Lacaye soda and use the traditional aluminum cups Haitians use for cold drinks and water. I'll definitely be returning to BunNan to eat again. I also visited their Caton location when it first opened and it was just as amazing and did not disappoint. read more

I am a little upset that this was my first time hearing about this place considering I live in Flathbush. To say I've been missing out is an understatement. Not to knock their competitors down, but the plantain dishes here are easily the best I've had and have revitalized my love of the fruit. Drinks: Haitian Hot Chocolate - thick, well spiced and not too sweet. Although we had a small tasting of it, I'm sure this is such a treat during colder months. Passion Fruit Lemonade - a dream. Sweet and refreshing. Couldn't recommend it enough. Haitian Cola Lacaye - reminded me of childhood drink/crème soda, so I absolutely adored it. It is pretty sweet though so I wouldn't recommend you have it often, but wow so tasty! Food: Smoked Herring Pattie - just the right amount of salty. Pattie crust was crispy and flaky. Perfect introduction to the meal. Pork Plantain Sandwich - great balance of flavors and ratios of each element. Pork was super flavorful. Slaw added the perfect crunch. This was the star of the show for me. Referring, back to an earlier statement, I've had a couple plantain sandwiches in the neighborhood and this one is by far the best one. The biggest issue I've had with others is that the plantain gets too hard/dry, but this one is steady enough to hold its shape and it doesn't feel like you're biting into cardboard. Sweet Plantain Waffles with Fried Chicken - chicken is very well seasoned, juicy and perfectly fried. Waffles were good, but if they contained plantain, I couldn't tell. There wasn't anything super special about them. Served with what I believe is a rum infused honey. The perfect sweet touch to the dish and absolutely delicious. Djon Djon (Chicken) - this dish was so beautifully presented. I don't know if this is the typical serving size, but this could easily be shared between 3-4 people. It's a nice, hearty bowl. Goat Plantain Pizza - very flavorful. I really liked the cheese on top. Peppers added a nice sweetness to the dish. This event is definitely in the top three of Yelp Elite events I have been to. Shoutout to Morlene, the Brooklyn community manager, and her team for organizing this event. You do so much for the Brooklyn Yelp community and your efforts do not go in vain. Had such a great time at this event! It was my first time having some of these dishes and I really enjoyed them! My fave of everything was the Plantain Sliders, which absolutely beats regular American sliders!! lol but also special shoutout to the Diri Djon Djon black mushroom rice dish, YUM!! The process of extracting the mushroom flavor to make the rice is just chef's kiss. The Haitian Hot Chocolate at the beginning was delicious and the Smoked Herring Patty was surprisingly very good! I loved the plentiful spread that had a little of everything + even better that we got to take back some leftovers! Shoutout to Morlene, Bunnan, and their amazing staff for a wonderful evening of food and community! read more
Had such a great time at Bunnan last night. All the food was delicious! I've always loved plantain but got to try some new ways of eating them that I'll certainly keep thinking of (thank goodness I got leftovers!). My personal favorites were the plantain mushroom sliders and the hot chocolate. The staff was very accommodating of my diet and was able to serve vegetarian alternatives for almost all the courses. And although I heard great things about the meat dishes- I'd argue you're missing something if you don't taste the mushrooms! All in all a wonderful event with kind staff, delicious food, and lovely company. This event was amazing! I left this event with my heart and belly full. The food & environment is clearly made with love. My favorite food is the world is plantain, so everything on the menu hit! My two favorites were the small plantain sandwich and the plantain pizza. The sweetness in every bite takes the dishes to another level. I also loved the staff, they felt like my adopted family. After realizing how deep into Brooklyn this event was and only seeing I was in late Sunday night, I seriously debated canceling and boy am I glad I did not. I have not had a lot of Haitian food in my life before and it was so flavorful and delicious and unique. My table was situated inside. They also have a cute small outdoor backyard area set up. We were started off with shots of hot chocolate. The cocoa beans used were straight from Haiti and was so rich and dark and complex. We were also served a passion fruit lemonade and were sent home with these fruity colas. Food there were a large variety of treats that were surprisingly custom ordered for each guest. I was lucky enough to try both the herring and chicken patties. They are very similar to empanadas. Herring I grew up with in my household all the time as a kid because my dad and his dad loved the stuff, fresh and straight out of the jar. It always repulsed me but I decided to be bold and adventurous and try it. It tasted like smoky tinned fish and honestly was delicious. We thought maybe the patties could use a sauce. They were good on their own but I just love varieties of sauces. Next we had pork plantain sliders (Mushroom for those that couldn't eat pork). This was one of my favorite items. Every component of it was so moist and succulent and with just the right amount of heat. I also am a huge fan of plantains. Next we had fried chicken and waffles with a coconut rum syrup. The chicken was super crunchy and the waffle fluffy. A djon djon rice bowl that was massive was also set on the table for us to share that had jerk chicken, stewed rice, onions, cabbage slaw, etc. So many amazing flavors. The last item took a bit of time because they were personal pizzas custom ordered. I went with the goat. I ended up bringing it home and shared it with my boyfriend. That was also one of my favorite bites of the night. It was so rich and complex in flavor. We also had a mystery box for Yelp swag which was kind of fun because you stuck your hand in and didn't know what you were going to get. I ended up getting a little portable fan that runs on batteries. Where were you in the peak of summer? This little thing has some serious power behind it and is awesome. I can't wait to use it during our next heat wave because I don't have air conditioning. Lol. Overall, I was incredibly impressed with this restaurant. They are very passionate and dedicated to creating absolutely delicious food representative of Haiti. read more
Thank you Bunnan for a wonderful event. We were definitely very well fed with a lot of flavorful and colorful dishes. I also really love the branding on a lot of the cups and bags. The event was very well thought thru in terms of giving us a taste of what is a very diverse menu centered around plantains. I love plantains already so it was fun to see it used in so many different ways and thru the culture of Haiti. The rice dish was my personal favorite with the spicy cabbages bringing it all together. All the meats and dishes were very tasty and packed a lot of flavor. The exterior and interior of the store are also very nice and welcoming and the staff was super helpful, very nice and were very patient with us. Another great Yelp Elite event and I'm very glad Bunnan delivers to my place because they will become part of my rotation for sure! read more

We literally were in the home of plantain everything. Very cute and cozy little place. The food was absolutely delicious. The black rice was to die for. Found out that it was made with mushrooms. Which didn't surprise me at all. It's like crack literally. The jerk chicken was seasoned perfectly and nice and moist. The pork sliders were packed with all the flavors and left you wanting more. The chicken patay was okay. I didn't really care for the herring much. It had an acquired taste that my palate didn't agree with. Everything that came in the rice bowl was amazing. We couldn't stop eating it. Cabbage was spicy and appreciated the kick. But the rice was the star. I'll be back with people for more rice for sure. Bunnan did not disappoint. They served us an abundance of food and I couldn't even fit the pizza. The place even has a small outdoor seating area in the back that is quiet and quaint. I grew up on plantains so I definitely was looking forward to trying out a restaurant centered around it. First came what I thought was a chicken empanada that I thoroughly enjoyed with passion fruit lemonade. I also had some hot chocolate that tasted homemade and reminded me very much of the kind that my mom makes on a cold winter day. Then they brought out what was my favorite dish, which was the chicken waffles with what tasted like rum flavored maple syrup...I devoured it. Then came a plantain mini-burger with the Haitian flag...it was so pretty that I almost didn't eat it. And if that wasn't enough, they also brought out a rice bowl for the whole talcw. It was so bountiful that I was able to take some home. I really enjoyed the black rice with pork. And last but not least was the plantain pizza, which ordered with red snapper as the topping. It was a grassy for the eyes and belly. The best part of the night was that we got to hang with Morlene in the outdoor area of Bunnan. Fortunately, it was a beautiful night and I even got to use my swag is the night, which was a portable electric fan. It was a great night with unforgettable food, positive vibes and great people. read more
This Yelp Elite Event at Bunnan was a wonderful experience. We started the meal with a rich, warm, and chocolatey Haitian hot chocolate. The owner of the restaurant emphasized that the chocolate was imported from Haiti and throughout the meal, many of the other ingredients were as well! The plantains were definitely the star of this Bunnan's dishes, and that was very evident in both the red snapper plantain pizza and the mushroom plantain slider. The plantains held their form really well and were prepared perfectly, and worked so well to add to the flavor of the dishes they were paired with. I think the slider was my favorite of the night, it's just delicious, with a wonderful balance of flavors packed in every bite. The sweet plantain waffle with fried chicken was very tasty, the chicken was very crispy but still moist, and the waffle was a great vehicle for it, and the green onions were a nice touch. I also really loved the black rice Djon Djon bowl, which was a large and hearty portion that was really delicious altogether. I really enjoyed the spicy pikliz that were featured in the bowl, it's such a zingy spicy pop that complements the savory and pickled flavors of the dish very well. The passionfruit lemonade was very sweet and tasty, and was very welcome as a contrast to the spicy flavors of the bowl! The smoked herring patty was fried to perfection and I loved the smoked flavor of the fish. It was nice and crunchy on the outside but the fish inside was perfectly flaky and delicious. I love when a brand I already enjoy hosts a Yelp event. Food was to be expected- great! This location is focused on Carib fusion so that had things like a rice bowl with jerk chicken, herring patties that looked like empanadas and oxtail/conch on the weekends. My favorite was the passionfruit lemonade (coco tea was rich), goat sweet plantain sandwich, and was so stuffed that I brought home the sweet plantain salmon pizza & my bf devoured it. The place was small but vibrant with green leaf decor and a small backyard. The joy from the owner shined but I think this place can bump up their stars by having less downtime between courses as there were long waits. also, I love passionfruit so go crazzzy with it in the lemonade. read more

Yesterday I went to the Yelp Elite Event at Bunnan. This was my first time eating Haitian Food and I absolutely loved it! I tried the Plantain Chips, the Sweet & green plantain sliders, Jerk Chicken Djon Djon rice bowl, Sweet plantain waffle with fried chicken, Chicken Patty, Chicken Plantain Pizza Hot Chocolate, Passion fruit lemonade, and Haitian Cola. My favorites were the plantain chips, chicken patty, and plantain pizza. The staff were kind, and the ambiance was laid back. I had fun meeting the other Yelp Elites. I will definitely come back here again since the food was delicious! read more

This was definitely one of my more favorite events. They had a lot of branding on their utensils which added a nice touch. The food was great and the owner and staff were really nice! I've been eating Haitian food a lot more lately and this is definitely one of the better spots however this one is more plantain based. We had a Haitian patty, black rice and chicken (my favorite), plantain sliders, and plantain pizza. I definitely recommend giving this spot a try read more

I loved everything about Bunnan. This was a great event. The space is cozy and welcoming and the staff are equally friendly and helpful. Bunnan opened their doors a few months ago and their focus is on everything plantain. The owner, Nadege is from Haiti and in my opinion has already made her mark with this restaurant. Bunnan is a must visit for all who loves plantain like myself. We were treated to various dishes which included a pizza topped with your choice of pork or goat, patties filled with a choice of chicken or herring, fried chicken w/waffle, plantain chips, griot pork rice bowl, choice of griot sandwich or jerk chicken sandwich, and a refreshing cup of passionfruit lemonade. I ate everything and it was delicious. This was my first time having Haitian food and I've come to the conclusion that I've been missing out!
