In Jan of this year we had a fence put up by First Class and the process went very smoothly. The…read moresales rep overseeing our fence installation was amazing. He was in constant communication with us and was always available to answer our questions at all hours. So smoothly in fact I posted a positive review on their website. A few months later due to the rain we had a couple of posts that needed to be reset but we had to wait until the ground was completely dry so at the end of May/first of June First Class came out to reset the posts. Again the process went smoothly because we were dealing with the same sales rep who continued to have great communication with us. It was at this time that our sales rep let me know there was a couple of fence panels that had larger than normal knot holes in them and needed to be replaced. He had also let the owners know and was waiting to hear back from them. He told me as soon as he had an answer from them he would notify me. At the end of July I texted the sales rep to ask if he had found anything out about the panel replacement but I got no response. Because it was completely out of the norm for him not to respond, on July 29 I messaged the company through FB. I was informed at this time that the sales rep we had been in communication with through this whole process was no longer working with First Class. Despite the fact that he has impeccable reviews on their company page, they blamed him for not communicating well with them about the panel replacement. On July 30 I was assured the issue would be looked into and someone would get back with me. On Aug 12 after hearing nothing for two weeks, I again messaged First Class asking them if there was any word on the panels. Again I was told by Kalen that she would check into the matter and get back with me. On Aug 26 after going another two weeks without hearing anything I again messaged Kalen asking what the deal was with the panels. At this point I was feeling like we were getting the brush off. Kalen responded and told me she had spoken with her superintendent and that someone would be by our house the following day. The next day on Aug 27 I sent another message to Kalen stating that due to the storms we had the previous night I didn't anticipate them getting out to repair our fence but I wanted to still touch base with them. I got no response. Finally on Thursday of this week after not hearing anything since Aug 26 I reached out to Kalen yet another time. This time I told her that we also had a couple posts that were loose due to the winds that came through. She responded and assured me that someone would be out that afternoon (Sept 12), but after the afternoon passed and I still had not heard anything I messaged Kalen yet again and she told me someone would be there a little after 6pm. By 7pm when First Class had still not shown up, I messaged her yet again and this time was told that her superintendent had gotten caught up on his other job and would have to come by the following morning. I told her that while I wouldn't be at home they were welcome to go into the back yard to repair things. Finally on Sept 13 at around 7pm I received a text from my husband while at work telling me they were at my house repairing the panels but the guy had not been made aware of any posts that were loose. Because of the rain we now have to wait again for the ground to dry before that can be fixed. If you would've asked me back in January if I would recommend this company I would've said yes! 100%. But it came to my attention a while ago that they are clearly struggling after losing the sales rep we had been dealing with; and while I'm sure the $6000 we spent is not considered a big job to them, I'm not a fan of having to chase companies down to get something accomplished.

I have to say, I am very much impressed with Midland Vinyl Products (MVP)! So, much so I decided to…read morewrite this review immediately while everything is fresh in my mind.  So, approximately 4 weeks ago, I sought to have the mostly withered away wooden fence with gates on my property replaced with vinyl.  I sought quotes and presentations from 4 different vendors before coming across MVP.  I was fascinated by their design, color selection and pricing.  Gwynn was a delight to deal with.  She assisted me through the selection process (of which I was very indecisive), placed my order and kept me informed as I waited for its arrival.    Approximately, 3 weeks later, Gwynn contacted me to schedule an observation and installation of my new vinyl fence with gates.  The next day, Tony came out, surveyed the areas of where the fence with gates were to be installed.  He walked me through my options of gate placement, the direction in which they opened and the underground sprinkler lines to be cognizant of in areas where fence posts and gate posts were to be installed.  Tony even informed me of the gap that would be visible between the retaining wall and a post that was to be installed beside it, due to the shape of the structure not lining up with the post.  He offered the perfect filler solution (more on that later).  I must admit, I was a bit skeptical at first.  When Tony and I talked measurements, the numbers didn't add up.  I contacted Gwynn about the matter.  She told me not to worry and assured me that "Tony is excellent at what he does." So, I rolled with it.    The next day, Tony and his crew returned and got to work.  Sure enough, he is indeed excellent at what he does.  I would argue he's the best at what he does!  After Tony and his crew completed the installation, he walked me through the beauty of my new vinyl fence and the operation of its gates, before handing me the keys to the gate locks.  I love it!  Tony was on point.  Believe me, I checked his work thoroughly.  I made sure no underground sprinkler lines were broken, check!  I made sure the gap that Tony previously informed me would be between the retaining wall and fence post was properly filled in, check!  He cut out a section of a vinyl fence slat and filled in the space between the retaining wall and fence post.  How'd it look, you ask; OUTSTANDING!  There was only one flaw I could find.  One of the gate posts installed was bolted to the exterior wall of my house.  The bolts are located on the upper and lower interior wall of the post.  There are openings on the upper and lower exterior wall of the post in which to access the inside bolts.  A cover, identical in color and design to the post, was attached to each opening with a "white" in color adhesive.  It stands out.  If I could offer one suggestion, it would be to use an adhesive similar in color to the post,  but small potatoes.  Overall, I was very much impressed and would highly recommend MVP for your vinyl fencing pleasure.  Thank you!

Highly responsive and has a sense of urgency which I find refreshing. Glad I found them.read more

My security camera showed they worked in the dark on the first day and the work shows. They used rotted material, twisted and warped boards, left exposed screws, and unattached boards. After they left, we noticed the size of the cross beams and main beams aren't the size listed on the contract. The corbals are random sizes. The rafters are pine, not cedar as listed on the contract. It's as if they grabbed anything they could out of the trash. The owner, Kirby Woolard, refuses to come back to address the issues that we have with the pergola but says he takes pride in his work. These pictures show his work that he's proud of. After I posted this this review, he contacted us to say he'll be the bigger man and come out to speak with my wife about the issues that we had under these conditions 1) I'm not home, and 2) I remove this post and pictures. I agreed to these terms and he still refused to come back. At the least, I wanted him to come back and look at this with me and stand in front of me and say he's proud of this build. I had file a lawsuit against this shady company which I prevailed because he refused to show up in court to defend himself. I wish I would have checked his record and the company's on OSCN before hiring them. My recommendation would be stay away from these people.

In May of 2022, we contracted with Next Level Pergolas to…read morereplace and re-slope the polycarb roof on our pergola so that it would drain into the gutter on the house rather than into the middle of our outdoor living area. They were clear at that time that they were very busy and would not be able to get to us until August. We agreed to this, and in early August, they arrived to swap out the roof. The work appeared to go well, but they packed up and left before I could really give a thorough inspection. I asked if they had re-sloped the roof, and Kirby stated they had. I asked if he had tested to make sure the water was flowing into the gutter. He said he had. This was my first indication that he might not be being entirely truthful, as there was no water present on the ground, and my hose did not seemed have been used. There was absolutely no change to the structural components that would indicate re-sloping. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that perhaps the water had already dried, and I just couldn't see the evidence of the re-sloping from the ground. The next time it rained, it was clear the issue had not been solved. I contacted Kirby, and after 2 months of him being dismissive, he made good on his agreement to come out and "fix" the issue on November 29th of last year. He did not fix the issue. He tacked on a few inches of roofing to the existing plastic and snuck off without letting me verify the work. Once I realized he had left, I went out to test it, and he had actually made matters worse. Because he tacked the plastic on top of the existing plastic, water now pools on top of the roof rather than running off. He has refused all subsequent communication. Attached you can see examples of Next Level Pergola's work and the owner, Kirby Woolard's, commitment to customer satisfaction and to his own 2 yr Labor Guarantee.

We replaced a board on board cedar with cap for the same. It was done perfectly! Great value! Great product! Both Don and Autumn have let us know they are available if we have any further question or need anything regarding the fence. It was a joy to work with them and would HIGHLY recommend them for any fencing needs. I enjoyed working with them so much, I am going to be working with Autumn this week on landscaping needs.
