I've tryed getting ahold of allen creecy director of operations though phone and email. I've tryed getting ahold of Jerome Boyd owner or license holder of freedom roofing. The phone numbers are the same and go directly to voicemail, on top of that both emails are non existent. Good luck dealing with these fools they don't care about there customers and they will not call u back. It's been 90 days since I've first tried getting ahold of them. It's absurd. I would NOT RECOMMEND this so called company, I myself am having to obtain counsel to deal with them

I had Freedom Roofing replace the roof on my home two years ago and it is leaking. I have been trying to contact Alan Creasy for weeks, but he will not return my calls. it is unclear if Freedom Roofing is no longer in business in Cape Coral. It appears that they may have moved to Orlando. If there are any customers of this company that will need warranty work, you can expect that they will ghost you now. This company had a great tagline about trust and honor. I wonder where that went.

LAST WORK ON MY ROOF AUG 2025. Tear off started Jan 29, 2025 ... day one started as a disaster from using wrong materials, wrong thickness plywood on decking 15/32" not 5/8", damaging my house to the crew falling through the ceiling 8x and not reporting it to the owner. Failed multiple inspections. Failed to properly lay underlayment, metal roof, prevent leaking from day one, caused extensive damage to my house inside and outside, including many cracked trusses. Refused to repair any damages, hire an engineer per FL building code but is capable of hiring Attys to defend himself. Complaints filed with Collier County, DBPR, and claim with his insurance. If you cannot find any complaints its because they are all covered up ... its amazing how the law protects what the public should be able to find. When hiring a roofer ... do not believe the 5 star reviews, the fact you cannot find any complaints in any county or on the states website ... dig deep and do your research. Just because a roofer has been in business for a long time does not mean they are reputable or do good work. Make sure you are getting the materials that you paid for. Hire an independent inspector, do not rely on the county to do a proper inspection for you. Most counties these days DO NOT get on a ladder. Its impossible to inspect a roof properly if they do not. The ONLY reason we caught everything we did is because I had to tear out my entire ceiling and my house is now gutted. Due to the ongoing leaking issues and Roman Roofing failed to tarp my roof, anything I was trying to save must now come out per the environmental testing report. I do not know how people like this sleep at night, knowing they have taken tens of thousands of dollars to repair a roof, have added hundreds of thousands of dollars in additional damages and just walk away thinking they do not have any responsibility to fix their damages. Do your research ...

In addition, the quote included lumber supplies and repairs that they claimed were not needed so the job was finished in under 3 hours when we'd expected it would take a full day. The salesman refused to reduce my bill accordingly. So I ended up paying quite a bit more than I should have. Not cool.
