Obviously not expired. Also they claim on the website there is the rules and regulations about a rain check, I have searched, and found nothing. Captain Joe, feel free to show where they are. None of this behavior is a surprise after what they have previously done. I also have the FULL texts between myself and the "owner" and will also share them. Stay away from this business, as other reviewers have shares, their "rules and regulations" change according to the days mood. Don't get stuck in the middle of it. As I said, crooks, and now liars... I read a few other peoples reviews, and saw Captain Joe's response claiming to require a merchants USCG licensed captain. I looked on their website where they state the exact opposite. I have uploaded those images also. There was also another reviewer that claimed they threatened physically and with a law suite, they did the exact same with me. Also in the texts with "owner" uploaded....

The day of our reservation, we were told only one engine worked and had not been working for several months. We told them we wanted to use the tube and that was the reason for getting Tiara. Nothing else was offered to us and we were all there so we went on a boat day. Overall, we had a pleasant ride but not what we had planned with a young crowd. I hope in the future this team is transparent about their offerings so people like us don't leave disappointed.

DO NOT BE FOOLED: I assumed…read morewith a name like Alain he'd be older, retired and just driving tourists around for something to do. Imagine my surprise when he rounded the corner looking like a SNACK. Ladies, Captain AND his assistant are sure fire eye candy. Sheesh. Anyway, he was the perfect gentleman in that he carried our bags and insisted we didn't lift a finger (even to make our drinks we brought on board). His boat has an AMAZING sound system and for hours we rode around dancing, laughing, and sightseeing. I can't say enough about how much FUN this was. I'd consider coming back JUST for a longer ride!

We cruised the coast, passed by Star Island, went to a sandbar, had time to lounge in the water, and soak up all the sun on the front deck. Captain Alain was VERY patient, kind, courteous, attentive, and accommodating. Him and his crew were professional and had excellent communication throughout the whole reservation process. I most certainly recommend his services and will be back for future charters. Our pictures don't do this trip enough justice! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for making this trip so special and memorable. Next time we're bringing our passports and going to the Bahamas!lol.

The good: This was a 3-4 star experience. I booked a…read moresnorkeling tour for 2 for my husband's birthday thru their website. It was easy to book and they had lots of availability. The best part of the trip was how we had the boat exclusively to ourselves! I didn't know it'd be a private tour until the day I came. So, the boat was just a total of 3 people (captain included). The water temperature was great and the clarity was decent. We even saw two dolphins! You meetup at Whiskey Joe's at the marina and you can start your excursion immediately. I liked that you didn't need to wait around much. I was able to see some cool looking fish, a bottom feeder and a crab. You get 2 hours for the snorkeling and you're not required to wear any life vests (in fact, we weren't offered any and I didn't see any). The water is super shallow so it didn't seem dangerous at all. The water is also salty and easy to float in. The boat was nearby the main snorkeling area. The bad: The area for snorkeling was pretty small. It was an artificial reef where the fish were but outside of that area there is just seagrass and there's no living things to observe. The website says snorkeling starts at $75/pp and up but that's misleading b/c that's only the price if you have 8+ people. When I came to the marina, the worker who had me sign paperwork said that "$25/hour tip is required" when I got an email saying 15% tip is optional. My husband clarified and he said "yes, it's required" but later retracted his statement after I clarified that it was strange to give tip upfront before we even went on the excursion. However, I did already give 15% tip upfront on 50% of the value and then Zelled an additional $25 tip to the captain himself afterward. The cost for snorkeling ended up being $407 for 2 people (pricey). The interesting: The captain swam with us to lead us to the reef and then swam back and was mostly on his phone.
