She charged me for a service that produced no results, damaged my lashes, eyes and refused to refund me. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I was seated in a chair right next to clients getting haircuts, with people walking around me and loud conversations. She let the product get into my eyes while doing the lift, my eyes were burning, watery, and irritated. My lashes did not lift at all. I've had lash lifts before with great results and never experienced anything like this. After the first unsuccessful attempt, she told me it had to be repeated and admitted this had already happened with other clients. She repeated the process a second time in the same appointment, even though lash perms are only supposed to be done once every three months. My lashes still didn't lift, and she then suggested I come back for a third treatment in the same week. She also admitted the products may have been old since she had just returned from a trip and hadn't restocked. I followed her instructions, but after two days my lashes were weaker, some had fallen out, and my lashes were not lifted. When I tried to resolve this with her, she wouldn't answer my calls, told me to text instead, then refused to take responsibility, denied me a refund, and accused me of harassment for simply complaining about the service and requesting a refund. This was negligent, unprofessional, and harmful.. I filed a complaint with the California Board of Barbering & Cosmetology. Please beware of this place, protect yourself, and go somewhere else.
