We had so many moments when we could've put in an offer, or we could've settled for less, but Melanie did not allow that to happen. With her expertise and her ability to just fully understand what we truly wanted, she was able to give us advice that was thoughtful and she would not let us settle for less than what we wanted! Even when we had questions or any concerns, Melanie was super responsive and made us feel like we were her only clients, even though we know this is far from true. She really helped guide us through the whole home buying process and made sure we felt 100% comfortable before moving forward in the process. She helped us get our offer accepted on a home where she could tell that we could really picture ourselves, and 4 months in, my husband and I couldn't be happier living in our new home!

I would highly recommend Melanie to anyone looking for a realtor in the Boston area! She's responsive to questions, knowledgeable (and happy to share that knowledge), and reliable. Beyond that, she was easy to talk to, kind, and fun to be around. It can be difficult to place your trust in someone with a big milestone like purchasing a home. Melanie is definitely someone you can trust to make the process easier and more transparent.

He advised me and everything he told me was easy to understand and follow. He took the time and had the patience to explain in my terms. He also advised me of things to look out for after the sale and closing. Such as the real estate tax and all thing to expect about owning a new home. Highly Recommended and popular in the surrounding towns.

If you're an engineer type like me, he'll give you a spreadsheet market analysis, if you are are more mood and feel, he will speak to that. 5) Great negotiator 6) Super punctual and responsive, we pulled off a 30-day closing window which wouldn't have been possible w/o Rich's professionalism I could go on. So glad we found him.

He was very thorough when looking at houses with us and pointed out things to look out for that we would have otherwise missed. He worked diligently on our behalf from the time we hired him as our agent through closing. In that time we saw quite a few houses and made several offers, but not once did we ever feel pressured by Rich - he very much works for his clients and is not at all pushy, which we sincerely appreciated! I would recommend Rich to anyone looking to buy a home in Greater Boston!

She was responsive and followed my lead with communication preferences (text, calls and emails). She did not flood me with communications but responded to my inquiries quickly. My favorite aspect of working with Elizabeth was that she was direct and precise in her communications. She provided requested information in a friendly, professional and clear manner. I have worked with several other Realtors and their cloudy, rambling communications made transactions REALLY difficult. Elizabeth wasn't like that at all. I trusted the information she provided and any inconsistencies were due to other Realtors and not her. I told Elizabeth my home and neighborhood preferences and she stuck to my guidelines. I loved that she knew about the area and could advise me on what was a good deal or not. I also appreciated that she communicated with seller realtors and got an idea about offers and negotiable items. I also value that Elizabeth drove around and did video call showings with me around my schedule. She had excellent knowledge of structural components and told me why certain things were significant. She was candid when places looked better in listing pictures than in person. As a bonus, Elizabeth was also super helpful when I was having problems with my short-term rental. She let me know about reasonable expectations with my landlord and my responsibilities as a tenant.

She made the home buying process smooth and took a lot of work and stress off our shoulders. She's great at negotiating, which is extremely helpful for first time buyers. Not only do we own our first house, but we got our dream home. Even after closing, she is extremely helpful and a great resource. We couldn't be happier with our experience working with her.

IF YOU LIVED HERE , YOU WOULD BE HOME BY NOW…read more One of Boston's Still best-kept secret (sort- of) Many neighborhoods in Boston claim to be diverese , but East Boston is the real deal ! Carmen's Kitchen, Pier's Park ,Santarpio's , Jevelli's, Rincon Limeno, Chivas, Pho Vietnam, Taqueria Cancun Ecco are just some of the gems for Eastie residents or those lucky enough to go through the tunnel. But we like it that way . Jeffries Point is the quieter , nicer side of East Boston , closest to Maverick T. This place was all Italian back in the day , most houses are triple deckers ( East Boston is known for them) and some are being made into condo's . Although it's OLD MONEY VS. NEW MONEY ! This is where you have that old-world neighborhood feeling yet are still within city limits ( and even close to the Airport). It is getting yuppified now but views from Eastie to Boston are UNMATCHED. And Pier's Park is a wonder to be seen that only few hear about and even FEWER get the luxury to see . Voted my some publication's as Boston's Hidden Food Gem - East Boston due to it's diverse and ethnic eateries all through out . From Colombian to Brazilian to Morrocan to Italian....you can all get it here and not just any , but DAMN GOOD Simply put : One of Boston's best kept secret
