First the other company to weeks to respond to me and after we had the quote I had to call several times and weight days for anyone to respond. The other companies quote was double for the exact same thing that we had ordered except the other company had more stipulations with their equipment. Our president & CEO and entire leadership team were so impressed that they even want to write their own review. Before I could even ask if the mic was fully charged they handed me extra batteries in case anything were to happen. We felt so taken care of and loved their responsiveness and David dedication to the craft that we want to make sure everyone knows about this company. I already had in mind what I wanted but they confirmed my idea for a proper setup when I explained the venue and the audience size. Speakers were quality with no issues, I think one cable had a problem but we had backups so there was no issue to deal with on site, and we paid for cleanup so they came after the event to grab everything. We had to pay a small travel fee for him to come from Southern California, but I did not mind and would do it all over again. From start to finish, no complaints. Communication was easy. He was responsive, which is not something you can say about all vendors. And he had an efficient booking system for meetings. The wedding vibes were immaculate. I gave him a playlist as a starting point and he ran with it. I don't remember there being any songs that were skips. One of the top comments of the night, and even now, is that the playlist was fire. Even from my parents, which is a high praise. People were singing throughout the dinner and people were dancing up until the last song.
