DJ Kev was arguably the BEST vendor we had of the night. We booked him for our wedding reception in the Bay Area this past weekend. We had to pay a small travel fee for him to come from Southern California, but I did not mind and would do it all over again. From start to finish, no complaints. Communication was easy. He was responsive, which is not something you can say about all vendors. And he had an efficient booking system for meetings. The wedding vibes were immaculate. I gave him a playlist as a starting point and he ran with it. I don't remember there being any songs that were skips. One of the top comments of the night, and even now, is that the playlist was fire. Even from my parents, which is a high praise. People were singing throughout the dinner and people were dancing up until the last song. We hired DJ Kev Luu for our wedding in late October and it was one of the best decisions we made. We had interviewed several djs because this was one of the parts of the wedding we wanted to get right and after listening to a few sample mixes and then an intro call, we knew we wanted to work with him. During our planning call, we told him the kind of vibe we wanted for cocktail hour, dinner and the party and shared a playlist of over 200 songs in no particular order and he took it in stride. Actually, he hit it out of the park.
