I was so relieved they could give me a ride home when I learned they had to keep it a few days. I got in the van with an older gentleman and we left. After we got on the freeway he proceeded to tell me " if a woman is getting r a p e d(wouldn't let me type it), she should just lay there and take it cause it would be over soon enough and it isn't worth thier life" I was stunned silent... Isaid nothing the whole way. When we got off in Arroyo Grande, he kept asking me to go to inn and out with him. I stearnly said no and had him drop me off way down from.my house and walked the other way till he left. Then I ran home. It was terrifying. I know I'm not the only one. He was very comfy talking this way... Be careful ladies.. Dont let them take you home.

He also showed me how he did it, impressing me with the precision required. I will surely return if I find myself in need again.

At minimum, the other shops were quoting me $2000. The shops were recommending very invasive methods to repair the dent that seemed unreasonable. He explained the estimate and the repair process clearly to me which I appreciated. John was kind and I didn't feel pressured to make a decision at the time. Vintage Auto Body exceeded my expectations from start to finish. From the very first phone call,…read moretheir team was responsive, professional, and took the time to clearly walk me through the entire process. Once they began the work, their thoroughness really stood out. When I picked up my car, they took the time to go over all the repairs in detail and made sure I understood exactly what was done. The quality of the work speaks for itself--my car looks amazing, like nothing ever happened. They also provided a lifetime warranty, which gave me even more confidence in their work. I recently discovered a couple of small dents on my passenger side door…read more Upon making this discovery, I took my car to my favorite body shop, five-star-average Los Osos Auto Body. Instead of giving me an estimate, the customer service representative there (Travis) referred me to DentPro. Travis told me that auto body repair would be overkill -- and overpriced -- because they would sand and paint the car, which was unnecessary, since the paint hadn't been broken. Travis told me that Jeff at DentPro was "an artist," with whom his shop worked frequently, and who could repair dents in which the paint wasn't broken much more affordably than an auto body shop could. I immediately called and texted Jeff at DentPro, and waited to hear back. A few minutes later, I coincidentally spotted Jeff's truck (which I recognized by the large "DentPro" label, on the side), driving alongside me, rolled down my window, and asked him at a red light whether he had time to take a look. He said he did, so we pulled into a parking lot. He gave me an estimate and an appointment, on the spot. A few days later, he performed the work, in the very same parking lot. He repaired two dents, in less than 40 minutes. He did such a good job, that I can't even tell where the dents were. He even repaired a third, tiny dent, which I hadn't even mentioned to him, for free. His rate was extremely reasonable, and he couldn't have been friendlier. I even got to play with his five-month-old puppy -- and get some shopping done -- while I waited. If and when my car gets dinged again, I'll be sure to call Jeff again.
