APRIL 2026- I took my 2023 Nissan car into Pan Am Automotive to have Jay put on new Nissan front end brake pads to include the hardware and shave the rotors . What his mechanic ended up doing was giving me generic brake pads not using new hardware and not shaving the rotors so here we are two days later and my front end brakes are still squeaking. I called back Jay on the phone told him that my brakes were still squeaking he stated to come back in he would charge me again just minus the labor he stated that I might need new rotors well clearly he should have done that work from the get-go and we wouldn't be in the situation but he wants to charge twice for brake pads and to put on hardware and rotors that wasn't in the original price. The price I paid was in the ballpark of $325 for him to put on generic brake pads with old hardware and not shaving the rotors if you're going to get a brake job you got to do it the correct way all the way not half ass . Days later I went into the Nissan dealership where the certified Nissan mechanic stated by looking at my brake pads that they were not Nissan brake pads and that the mechanic had used old hardware and did not shave the rotors down like he was supposed to hence the reason why they're still squeaking. So, no, Jay and his mechanic are not honest people.

I was yesterday greeted by a friendly guy at Sparks who is the assistant manager…read more Mr. Felix gently explained to me my $900 repair so I won't have a heart attack. It was to replace my radiator and thermostat housing which meant coolant as well as radiator cap replacement. I had to rent a car for a day but it is another 5-star to give Budget in another review. The total payment was already including tax and the required environmental fee. I have nothing but praise for this shop. I am sure that they are indeed a Godsend. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs honest service.

I needed my brakes done and after reading reviews on several places decided to try Sparks. I gave…read morethem a call to inquire if I needed an appointment and was told I didn't and to bring it in by a certain time and was given their closing time to ensure I was there in time to have the work done. I was able to take my car in that afternoon and it was taken in right away. They showed me what my brakes currently looked like and made a recommendation for service. Once I agreed they called to get parts and began working on my vehicle. The staff was friendly and efficient. The price was fair for the work I needed done. I would say it was comparable to other places. The difference here was the friendliness of the staff, the offer to show me why I needed the work done that they said I needed, and the time it took them to get me in and out. I went to get food at a nearby restaurant while I waited and they even brought me my car keys into the restaurant when servicing was done!
