They had my window replacement ordered first thing the next morning, kept me informed every step of the way, and had my car back to me the next day--looking absolutely flawless. What truly sets them apart is how much they care. This wasn't just a transaction--they treated me like family. The quality of their work is top-tier, their communication is seamless, and their turnaround time is unmatched. They're also amazing supporters of our local community, and it shows in how they do business. I will 100% be a lifelong customer and will recommend them to anyone who wants their car in the best hands!

After thoroughly cleaning engine and interior, I paid $320 via Zelle (as they charge service fee for credit card). They left. And then I inspected the trunk which hadn't been touched - at all. I called first (no response), texted, and sent message on Yelp to let them know the trunk hadn't been cleaned with photos. They came back to finish the job. For the price I paid, which was the maximum of their estimate of $200-320, I'm quite disappointed at this oversight. If they hadn't cleaned the trunk, I should've been charged less. I appreciate that this is a mobile service. Overall, the job was completed in a timely fashion and it was done well. I think more transparency with pricing is needed.

The car was purchased…read morebrand new last summer, and I had the dealer apply PPF (Paint Protection Film) and Ceramic .. to protect it from damage. Unfortunately, I soon had a small blemish, and neither the dealer, nor another detail shop wanted to assist me. Nic recommended that we do a little touch up, and then use Xpel PPF on the front end. This is a very reputable product, offered by a small network of certified shops, and it carries a 10 year warranty. At no point did Nic try to hard sell me, and his cost for the work was extremely competitive. At no additional charge, he removed the thinner PPF that had been glued on at the dealer's vendor, touched up the blemish with the proper color, did an outstanding job applying the Xpel .. and then detailed the car. I had some concern because we were in the process of resurfacing our driveway, limiting my ability to use our garage. Nic kept the car garaged for me, and was flexible, so I would not need to bring it home during a storm. He kept me informed of progress, and when I got the car back, I felt like he took fantastic care of it. If I need additional services, this is going to be my first stop. The business has great integrity, their work is superb and customers are treated extremely well. Highly recommended.

They only detailed the interior, but the results were excellent. The car is about 14 years old and had some pretty bad stains from spills that had built up over the years. After the detailing, the interior looked almost like new. The job ended up taking quite a while, but the detailer was extremely thorough and worked consistently throughout the entire process. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the good communication along the way. This was also a special project because the detailing was part of a gift for my parents' 40th wedding anniversary, so I was very happy with how the interior turned out. I would definitely recommend The Art of Detailing based on the quality of the work.

The 4Runner received a full interior and exterior detail, and it looks better than it has in years. The interior is spotless, and the exterior had a fresh, clean finish that I honestly wasn't expecting from a vehicle its age. For my GR Corolla, Luis did a hand wash and ceramic coating, and the car came out looking incredible - deep shine, smooth finish, and clearly done with care. As someone unused to having a new car, I feel so much better about the paint protection. Best of all is Luis himself. He is friendly, easy to communicate with, and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. One of the cars couldn't be finished in a single day (my fault not Luis'), and without hesitation Luis arranged to come back later to make sure everything was completed properly. He even re-hand washed the car so he could finish the paint protection. That level of follow-through is so rare and very much appreciated. If you're looking for a mobile detailer who does high-quality work and actually cares about the people he's working with, I highly recommend Cali Premier Mobile Detail. I'll definitely be using Luis again.

The quality of the work was exceptional. My Tesla looked fantastic when Sergio finished--the paint had a deep, glossy finish and the entire car looked better than ever. It's obvious that Sergio takes a lot of pride in his work and pays attention to the details. The price was also incredibly reasonable, and there were no extra fees, expensive add-ons, etc. What I particularly appreciated was how transparent and communicative he was throughout the process. There were no surprises, and he clearly cares about making sure customers understand what they're getting and how to maintain the coating afterward. If you're considering paint correction, detailing, or ceramic coating, I would absolutely recommend Cali Premier Detail.
