After they arrived, we discovered that they also handle windshield replacement. Their pricing was much more reasonable than another well known company. I highly recommend and they are definitely on our list for future needs! Nice to be able to use someone local.

My husband pulled in and went to find an employee and this gentleman who was the manager came right over and showed my husband how easy it would be to take the sap off. Told us to get the basic wash but they would take care of us. He had two younger men working with him and he was showing them what to do and asked questions as to what they thought. Well they scrubbed our car before we even got in the wash part. And the sap was already being removed. These 3 went so far and above what they needed to do. They failed to call me to tell me the car was ready after they "finished" it & didn't even hook up the subs. They called me at the close of business yesterday to tell me it was ready and said "they forgot to call". Since they were closed, we had to leave the car overnight and pick it up the following morning. So today we go to pick it up.. Not only were the subs not hooked up, but someone hit the car & also knocked the back bumper out of place. Mind you, we just paid well over 1,000$ to get the whole car repainted. When we called them, they were very unprofessional and nonchalant. They basically told us, "oh well" & they didn't have cameras. Also, forgot to mention they still made us pay even though they did absolutely nothing to the subs. If they foresaw an issue, they should have called. We would have gladly took the car elsewhere. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. This place is extremely unprofessional and money hungry.
