The worst place I've ever dealt with had an appointment 2 weeks ago at 9 and we were told they would call us so called them at 12 and they said we wasn't on the book so made another appointment for today at 10 am we dropped the car off at 945 they said it would be 2 hours called at 4 they told us to come pick the car up and they didn't do anything then the company that made the appointment said that we missed the appointment when the car was there all day it cost me around 800 dollars to miss 2 days of work I own my own business so I don't get pto read more

I need (and still do) my back windshield tint replaced on my car because it has bubbled. I did a look up of window tinting done near me online, saw Elite Audio and Window Tinting in Athens on Congress parkway. I made a special trip to Athens, Tennessee, which is roughly 20 miles from where I live to do so. I got there between 5 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. on Friday July 30, 2021 to make an appointment. After getting the run around about WHO to talk to about getting an appointment for 10 minutes, I was finally directed to the window tint guy doing a tint job at that time in a back bay of the business. Never introduced himself, I still don't know his name. I explained what I needed, he said to bring my car in Thursday, August 5th at opening time, which I had to look up the time online, by the way, he never told me, which was 9 a.m. I was there at 8:58 a.m. today August 5th. I woke up 3 hours earlier to be sure to have coffee and make the 30 minute drive to be there when Elite opened. I stood out front for at least 10 minutes before anyone showed up to open the business. There were 2 other cars waiting in the parking lot besides me. When someone finally arrived and opened up the doors, the guy said good morning, what can I do for you. I said I was there to get my back window tint replaced. He asked me if I had a way back home, I said no I live 20 miles away, he then said it's gonna be a while waiting then. I said nope, I'll come back some other time and walked out the doors. I did not say anything right then to him, which I should have....he never wrote anything down when making the appointment, he never took any information other than what I wanted done. This is a classless business! I will never go back there, I will never recommend anyone needing audio or tinting done for their vehicles. This is NO way to run a business. I read another review of this place when looking up the time they opened up and I should've known when reading those what a shoddy ran place this is. CLASSLESS! read more

I dropped my car off there on a wed. Just showed up and they said yea leave it. Picked it up a few hours later. Every single window has at least 2000 little bubbles and the driver side window is not even fully done. Also the strip on the front windshield has 2 huge water bubbles. Took it bck dwn there the very next day and he said the bubbles will go away in 7 days and the windows he has to fix he said he couldn't get it till the middle of next week. Excuse me really!!! U mess up and then make me wait. Wow great business. Well the middle of next week comes around and we take it bck up there keep in mind its been 7 days now and not one bubble has faded. Well one of his employees who has a bad attitude from the get go says come bck in a hour he will be here then. Well we come back in a hour only to be told that we have to come back next week that hes going to be in court through memorial day. I guess theres a special place that has court on the weekends that only they no about. After that i go to wrk and forget my wallet so i ask wife to bring it to me. She stops at the jiffy to get gas and tlk to her sister who works there. And imagine who was outside elite audio with about 4 other guys just hanging out. Yup the guy thats supposed to be in court till memorial day. So my wife takes pics of him and sends them me. Here it is 3 weeks later my car windows still look like crap. Im going to try to get them to fix there crap job one more time then ill have no choice but to take them to court.
