After my first time in, I know it will not be my last! I came here looking for trail running shoes…read moreand hiking shoes with ankle support. I found exactly what I needed as well as a few other things. I got a pair of altras for $60! With my shoes and designer clothes I bought, I spent about as much as I would have on a brand new pair of running shoes! Sierra has a plethora of men's and women's outdoor/athletic clothing, shoes and accessories and you can get so much bang for your buck here. I just wish there were more locations!

Worst customer service at this location…read more We love Sierra and shop there often - but the Colorado Springs store has the worst customer service and we wont be back. The staff is rude, learned apparently from the manager. Had been treated poorly there in the past. Then today, aside from being ignored in line by 3 staff members, including the manager, who were doing nothing, standing around with only one nice gal trying to help everyone and apologizing to all. Then we had recently purchased a an Avalanche dog cot/bed that quickly ripped apart. We did not have our receipt but read online we could exchange or get store credit. They still had the product in stock, so tags and info were available. They would not honor the exchange. We were told she couldn't do anything for us. Seriously? Why not?? We will make the drive and shop up in Castle Rock from now on. We have always been treated well up there. I suggest you do the same.

Why is the store so understocked and empty? Empty of shoppers too. Could not find my average size…read more8 in all the items I wanted to try. Selections very lacking at least in Women's. Only saw three employees in the store at 11am on a Thursday.

Never shop here again I ordered a T-shirt size XL & 2 pair…read moreof earrings. When they finally arrived, the earrings were huge & looked like something a kid would use in crafts. The t shirt was a size medium, not what was ordered. I took all items to the store & did a return for them. I thought that was the end of it. 2 months later I get a letter stating I owe $10 on my kohls card that should have a $0 balance. The person I tried to talk to on the phone about it stayed I must not have returned a pair of the earrings or something. Then she tells me I could qualify to have the charge reversed then in the next breath tells me she won't reverse the charge because I "probably didn't return everything". I told her fine, I'll pay the $10 and she can cancel that card. Then she starts trying to argue with me about unreturned items. WTF? Just take my $20, cancel the card & move on. Nope, she keeps trying to argue with me causing an unneeded escalation. I got pissed, hung up, went online & paid the fee. Then I called back, got someone else to cancel the card & then at the end she is like, we could have credited that charge but you paid it. The person you spoke to earlier said they tried to do that but you hung up. Ummm no that is NOT what actually happened. I will never shop Kohls again. The customer service sucks, the merchandise is over priced, they never send the correct sizes, & the jewelry is ugly.

Browsed the clearance section for petites and found several goodies. Various clearance sections throughout the store. Enjoyed the pajamas options for the whole family. Curtains were so pretty and so many options. Walked most of the store just to see and it's a big Penny's. Lots of options. Checkout process also easy as there was no one else in line.

I absolutely love JCP because of the amazing deals they have on a regular basis…read more I don't think I've ever walked out of a JCP not having purchased something. I like that they carry a ton of basics that you can wear everyday, such as denim jackets, jeans, cotton tees, tanks and zip hoodies. They also fashion forward items which is cool to see and going to work at the office apparel and special occasion dresses. Today I was able to snag some great buys that were on the summer clearance rack but with no extra discounts at the register. I still think these items were a good deal without an extra discount because I can still wear them into the autumn season. Check out the 2 photos of these great pieces at just $14 bucks a piece-- not bad considering at the mall just one of these tops will be about $50. So yes, it's a bargain if you ask me and if your looking for cheap finds for fall I highly recommend getting into a JCP before labor day! It's 2 thumbs way up for JCP in Colorado Springs!

I have had mixed experiences at this Old Navy. Coming from Denver the selection down here seems to…read morebe a lot more limited, which is the main thing I've noticed. I am one of those people who needs to try on the clothes I'm going to buy because depending on the store I'm at my size can vary somewhat dramatically. A few times I have received a coupon for a discount, however when I try to apply the discount at the register, I guess I should learn that I need to read the fine print. The discount is only available online and they won't honor it in the store. The interesting thing here is you can buy it online and then pick it up in the store. What a pain in the butt. This is a big problem in today's world and Old Navy corporate is doing a disservice to their stores. I spent many many years working in corporate retail and this is absolutely an example of the worst business practices out there. So on this day, after I found out they wouldn't apply the discount at the register, I tried to pull the pants up online and buy them in the parking lot so that I could go back in and pick them up without having to drive all the way back. 20 minutes later, after searching for them online and having bad cell reception in the area, the Old Navy site said that they didn't have the pants available in the store. Not true since I almost JUST purchased them. I went back in and asked to speak to the manager. She was extremely helpful. First, as far as trying to find my pants (lost in the store in the 20 minutes I was in the parking lot trying to deal with this problem), since they were no longer behind the cash register, and second, in giving me the discount that was online since they had the pants in the store. So, while it's a frustrating experience, I understand that it's not necessarily the stores fault. The manager deserves a five star for solving the problem.

THEY DO NOT MATCH THEIR OWN PRICES FROM THEIR WEBSITE. Went to buy some leggings that were listed…read moreon sale clear as day online, but in-store they would only charge full price. The employee said it might've been online-only. Nothing online said this. In fact it said if I ordered now I could pick-up at that very store. So it was a difference between being rung up at the cash register or ordering online and showing them my order? Makes no sense. Didn't want to give them my business at that point so I left. Hadn't been in an Old Navy in years and I see I'm not missing out. Poor business practices.
