They didn't give me any fuss about wanting to install a few of my own receptacles because "they needed to do it for safety", they simply did the work requested and other times when I've asked them to give it a look over, they were happy to accommodate and pointed out what I had done wrong. There are a few other decent companies around here, but none with the responsiveness and punctuality of STX.

They refused due to contractor told them not to fix problems. STX should still held responsible for all electrical problems. They even told me once not to complain about the flood light so they could pass inspections. Very unprofessional & I'm so disappointed in them for handling my home as if it was worth nothing.

He took on the job without reservation, even though it was 1.5 hours from his office. He brought three plumbers with him on Memorial Day and put together a beautiful water distribution system, including the replacement of the water pump. His work was very clean and thorough. He aligned all the piping and tightly arranged it so there was no wasted space. After the work was complete, he took all the garbage with him and left the barn very clean. His work is always meticulous and clean. I am very happy to have him as my plumber. He also brings great value in that he is never too expensive for the work he does. I wish I had pictures to show you all, but I don't have any today. I will post photos later. Thank you, Alaska!

If you're reading this review because Qmerit selected them as your installer, these are the guys that you want. Prior to their arrival, I incorrectly assumed it would be a quick job and they would connect to my interior panel in my garage. However, that panel is only fed by 60a, and taking up 30a (24a continuous) would not be much better than the current mobile charger. Instead, they ran a new dedicated 60a line from the main panel, up through the attic, and down to the garage. I offered, and they gladly accepted, to run a conduit from the attic to garage in the corner of our guest bedroom closet. They were prepared to drill and fish through two stories of interior walls. Even so, it took 4 guys just shy of 3 hours to complete this extensive job, but my $0 quote from Qmerit remained the same. The difference between charging at 12a with 120v and 48a with 240v is dramatic!
