I'm from Chicago and I'm used to just calling a cab and it comes. I tried to use this service to get from Bethlehem to Philly airport with the magic of a professional taxi driver that I'm used to and I couldn't even get past the call with this service.
Instead of presenting me with their terms for this service which sounds like a non-refundable cancellation fee (which personally, I think is fair), I was met with something along the lines of: people call for a taxi and uber at the same time and cancel the taxi. I told him that I was calling the taxi service because I don't support uber and I wanted a professional driver. He had the audacity to say that he does "not believe anything you say" and went on to try to explain something.

I happily paid a Lyft driver $349 and gave him a $30 tip for a smooth ride and getting me to the terminal on time, safely, and without* the funky attitude of calling me inherently trustworthy because I'm going to the airport. I will always happily pay more elsewhere for professionalism read more
