After nearly 4 years w/ my previous stylist, I had much trepidation of finding someone new. Perhaps…read moreI got complacent. One thing I did know was that I was tired of having my roots dyed. I naturally have natural blonde roots and grays, both I love and wished my previous stylist embraced that versus always telling I HAD to dye it to cover it all up. :( I kept asking for a base bump but it never happened. I found Cristy on instagram & fell in love with her work (CristyJeanHair - check out her awesome gallery there). When I met Cristy for a consultation I told her my situation and how I am tired of dying my base. She totally agreed with me and knew exactly how to remedy the situation. She looked at my eye color and my skin tone and decided on exactly what blonde tones would be best for me. I should mention I had 4 months of growth at this point. So my natural roots were ALL out, baby! haha! I had a mess in the back as well with a hard copper band and only partial highlights. Ugh! It wasn't pretty. But Cristy cleaned all that up as well. I was so impressed with Cristy's professional knowledge. She is incredibly talented and yet incredibly humble and modest at the same time. She listens so well which is such an important trait to possess in a stylist. Even for my haircut I just told her I wanted a cleaning up dustying and NO razor. I like traditional layered cut since I have curly hair and that's exactly what she delivered. Yay! Cristy also told me she always booking more classes to further her education and continually hone her already mad skills. Love that!! Needless to say I am very happy with my cut and color We did a base bump with toner and it looks fantastic. Been wanting a base bump since I left LA 4 years ago. So happy to get back to that. Very very grateful to have found Cristy. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. :)

She truly cares about giving her clients a great experience, whether you're getting a fresh balayage, natural beaded row extensions, or a simple cut and color - she'll leave you looking & feeling like a queen! She has a passion for getting to know her client's stories and loves seeing their glowing confidence in not just how they look, but how they feel after leaving her chair. My Extensions Story: My natural hair is very fine and is extremely slow growing. I've always dreamed of having long, thick hair and after seeing Cristy's work on Instagram, I fell in love with the seamless look of natural beaded row extensions. I knew that getting extensions would be an investment, but my other concern was that I considered myself a low maintenance girl and questioned whether I was "fabulous enough" to rock the mermaid hair of my dreams. After a consultation, I decided to move forward, and I can confidently say that this was one of the best things I ever did for myself! My daily routine didn't provide a lot of time to style my hair in the mornings. My favorite thing about having extensions was the fact that I could roll out of bed and with minimal effort, head out the door with a fully styled look that took less than 10 mins to freshen up. Having extensions provided a confidence boost in my appearance, but I didn't realize that confidence would carry over to so many other areas of my life as well. I am so thankful I entrusted Cristy to make my hair dreams come true.

I went to Toni for the first time for my wedding and she gave me the red hair I always dreamed of!
