Beth was the coordinator for our daughter's wedding, and it was an absolute pleasure to work with her. We obviously were "on the outside looking in" for many things, but whether it was rehearsal, ceremony, or reception, all of our observations and interactions with Beth were top notch. We can only imagine what a blessing she was for the bride and groom, all along the way! Beth is professional, organized, and supportive, and she does it all with a calmness and gentle humor that are perhaps her most remarkable traits during hectic and potentially stressful days. And here are a couple notable examples that were especially helpful to us personally. As we were getting dressed in our hotel room, a hook on my wife's dress broke. Upsetting for her, but perhaps a fairly common occurrence, and Beth did a quick sewing job when we arrived at the venue. But the big challenge was that I discovered I had forgotten the white shirt to go with my suit. Panic ensued, of course, but Beth quickly procured an appropriate shirt from the catering crew. It was waiting for me when we arrived at the venue, and for the rest of the evening nobody was the wiser unless I chose to share the story with them. Beth rose to the occasion, in the midst of everything else going on, and proved her resourcefulness in resolving a major problem. My best friend got married this past weekend and I was the Maid of Honor/helping hand for the wedding. During the planning process we realized that we needed some help with the 150 person wedding we were planning. I found Beth and she had amazing reviews so we reached out. Best decision we ever made. Not only does Beth go above and beyond the average duties of a day of coordinator, she's personable and extremely reliable. The entire time we were under contract with her she checked in monthly with a list of things we needed to get done and start thinking about along with helpful tips. TL;DR: BETH IS THE BEST!! The best decision we made in planning our wedding was hiring Beth as our coordinator. When we first started our wedding research, we were immediately overwhelmed by the options and possibilities. Beth immediately put us at ease. She created a roadmap for us to follow (usually 1-2 tasks to try and accomplish each month) which kept us on track and made planning manageable. Beth kept track of all the details along the way. Aside from being incredibly detail-oriented, thoughtful, and clear, Beth is highly empathetic and a fantastic communicator. When we came to Beth with questions or concerns, she validated our experience and gave us helpful perspective and guidance. Beth has so much experience, so she was an invaluable barometer as we made decisions. Throughout, Beth never made us feel like we were asking too much. We hired Beth as our Day-Of Coordinator about 3 weeks before our wedding, and that was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! She got involved right away to help us pull together the final details of our wedding and communicated those details to our vendors. (That alone saved me hours of worrying and emailing.) On our rehearsal day, she had a calm presence and ran everything smoothly. I was especially impressed with how she talked to my nieces and nephew (our flower girls and ring bearer, who ranged from 3 years old - 6 years old). They followed her cues and did their part. On the wedding day, Beth took care of many last-minute tasks for us and was a great facilitator. She checked-in frequently with us and the vendors to keep everyone informed of what we had scheduled next so the day could run smoothly, all while remaining unobtrusive. My husband and I are so grateful to Beth for everything that she did for us. She was organized and thorough and worked carefully with us to get an idea of what we were looking for and what we wanted out of our wedding day. My wedding day was actually the best day of my life, largely because of Beth's help! Beth's attention to detail, organization and professionalism allowed me to enjoy every second of the wedding weekend, without having to worry about a single detail. At the rehearsal, the venue failed to provide us with a way to play music for our ceremony (!!!) and Beth took matters into her own hands, bought an audio cord, and assured me that there would be music at my ceremony. I booked Beth three weeks before my wedding, and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. I knew I needed help, but I didn't realize just how much help. She came to my rescue and helped me pull all the (many) loose pieces together. I cannot day enough incredible things about Elisabeth! She planned and executed my sister's wedding in June and everything that you could possibly need was covered! Elizabeth is very communicative, but meets you where you need her. Everything as the wedding and reception went so smoothly. Elizabeth is present, but you don't notice her until you need her, and then she is right on it and takes care of whatever your needs are. My dad's boutonniere did not come with a pin to attach it to his suit to walk my sister down the isle and low and behold Elizabeth pulled one out of her emergency bag to save the day. Well, I don't know much about wedding planners but I know that it is no small task to coordinate any event for a group of people. I've been to a lot of weddings but this was my favorite of all time. It seemed to go without a hitch. I was an attendee as well as involved with the task of bringing something. We were dragging and Elisabeth never acted hassled. She was always at hand to ask if we needed anything or needed a question answered. Exactly what we needed! I couldn't imagine a more perfect northwest style wedding. If I had to do it all over again myself, I would choose this relaxed picnic with farmer's market flowers, food trucks and lawn games, and vows in the orchard. What a marvelous day! I jokingly told my daughter to get her contact information for when she needs a coordinator in the future, because we'll want her to come home from Texas to get married. We hired Beth to be our "day-of" wedding planner and she was AMAZING. She went above and beyond to make sure my family and I had no stress or difficulties through the whole process. We began working together MONTHS before the wedding. We had check in's every month and she helped me stay in track with all of the planning. I recently photographed a wedding that Beth coordinated and she is AMAZING! She was so great at communication and keeping me up-to-date leading up to the wedding on all the important info. On the day-of, she was such a kind and calm presence and kept in contact with me on how the timeline was going while I was photographing at the "getting ready" location and she was making magic happen at the ceremony location a few miles away. This couple had 3 different locations on their wedding day and even a bike/pedicab parade and everything ran so smoothly and seamlessly because of Beth's hard work and coordination. Beth was our wedding coordinator for our September 2021 wedding and continuously went above and beyond throughout the whole processes. As a venue manager it is always refreshing to work with a day of coordinator who knows how to put their clients needs first while still being attentive to other vendors needs. Beth is amazing! We first contacted her in 2019 to help coordinate our June 2020 wedding. Because of COVID-19, we could not have our wedding then. She went above and beyond to help us reorganize in the 2020 chaos to replan our wedding for this year. I wish I had hired Elisabeth the first day we started planning our wedding. She was absolutely amazing leading up to the big day, and irreplaceable on the day of. She made sure my Wife and I had a perfect wedding. Any issue we had she was on top of immediately. She gave us the most stress free wedding you could ever reasonably have. Initially we were undecided about having a Day of Planner, but having someone make sure everything gets set up at the venue and then also lead the charge cleaning up at the end of the night was awesome. This allowed us to go to the after party with our friends. She even drove a car full of supplies/gifts back to our place and unloaded it while we were still out.
