These 5 months were great and when I got back after a year, I asked them again for a studio. If there was any problem, they came immediately to fix them, (such as a leaking problem in the faucet). I never have any issues with them, very helpful for any question I had even for random things in Brussels as an expat, always happy to help me. I remember that the first time there was an issue with mice, but immediately a company came and after their contribution I didnt see any mouse again. With the deposit both times they were accurate and very flexible when I was facing a problem with my bank and I had to delay my rent payment. I would definitely recommend that hosts again!

One of the sinks in our apartment was clogged for the whole duration of our stay (before I even got to the apartment), and I let the landlord know immediately, but he didn't do anything about it. I even bought a cleaning solution that I hoped would fix the problem, but it did not. Clearly the problem is not hair or other things in the sink (I believe it was built in a bad way and needs to be fixed). There was another sink in the apartment that thankfully was at least functional, but that didn't stop the landlord from complaining about the faucet (which was broken when I arrived) when we were moving out. In a building with nine apartments there is only ONE washing machine and ONE drying machine. As you can imagine, this meant that the machines were often too busy to be used, even when the apartments weren't all inhabited by tenants, because the cleaning ladies and the landlord were washing clothes and linens all the time. It's understandable that the landlord and cleaning ladies would need access to the machines from time to time, but for such frequent usage, there should be at least 2 of each type of machine to avoid such long wait times. One of the cleaning ladies took it upon herself to throw away my girlfriend's shampoo and shower gel on multiple occasions, forcing her to buy new ones even though there was product left in the bottles. It's still unclear why she felt the need to touch her belongings. Beyond throwing out toiletries, the cleaning ladies and landlord may also remove your laundry from the drying machine while it is still running. There were multiple times where they took out sheets from the drying machine (ones that we needed for the night!) and left them out to dry by themselves. I don't understand the logic, and it makes us uncomfortable that they touch people's clothes and sheets without asking. The biggest problem is with the landlord, he is not professional. I do not recommend this place.

The persons working were nice and worked fast. Overall, a good experience. And comparing all the other companies that gave a price offer, much cheaper. Thank you to the working guys.

I'm afraid I cannot recommend this company for moving. The lift driver pulled up an hour earlier than agreed (without any prior warning), announcing that he would also have to leave 30 minutes earlier than planned. Since the transporter I had ordered was not yet here at that time, it meant storing the furniture in the entrance area of the building and on the street for an hour, and having to carry it more times than necessary. The relaxed attitude with which they shrug off any complaints is an additional annoyance. I suspect the company does this quite methodically: if they receive a valuable order on short notice, they just cram it into their schedule and arrive earlier or later at other customers without informing them before, knowing full well that customers are unlikely to refuse such a change since they risk being left with no lift or truck and no possibility to come up with an alternative on the spot. I strongly suggest to avoid Euro Lift Express and go for a trustworthy removal company.
