I'm afraid I cannot recommend this company for moving. I recently rented an exterior lift there for moving furniture out of my old apartment, and my experience was that they are unreliable and do not stick to what has been previously agreed. The lift driver pulled up an hour earlier than agreed (without any prior warning), announcing that he would also have to leave 30 minutes earlier than planned. Since the transporter I had ordered was not yet here at that time, it meant storing the furniture in the entrance area of the building and on the street for an hour, and having to carry it more times than necessary. The relaxed attitude with which they shrug off any complaints is an additional annoyance. I suspect the company does this quite methodically: if they receive a valuable order on short notice, they just cram it into their schedule and arrive earlier or later at other customers without informing them before, knowing full well that customers are unlikely to refuse such a change since they risk being left with no lift or truck and no possibility to come up with an alternative on the spot.
