Eliana Strings played during our ceremony and were wonderful to work with. Communication was easy, planning was straightforward, and they were completely reliable throughout the process. One of my favorite wedding details was surprising my husband by walking down the aisle to a Lord of the Rings piece. They absolutely nailed it, and seeing his reaction was one of the highlights of my day. The processional timing was perfect, and everything flowed exactly the way it was supposed to. They made the music portion of the ceremony feel effortless, which is exactly what you want on your wedding day. read more

From the beginning, Maya was very transparent about her service and prices. She was quick to reply to any of my questions and concerns. I loved that she used honeybook to communicate so our correspondence didn't get lost/buried in my email. Honeybook helped traced whether payments were already made, what we agreed upon, etc. Her group also arrived several minutes early to set up. read more

Eliana strings quartet did such an amazing job at our wedding in April 2024. We had them play for our ceremony and they were incredible. Everyone was raving about them. I love Eliana Strings! The one thing I've always wanted at my wedding was a string quartet and I was willing to spend for this as my "one thing" to splurge on! Luckily I didn't have to spend too much for their amazing services. Anna was very responsive and professional in arranging the group for our day. Her team beautifully complimented our cocktail reception in the garden of the Hotel Del Coronado. They were very nice and I was very gracious to them for being there. One thing that I wish I had done (and it's my fault for not) was ensure they were under the gazebo or in a place where their sound could be amplified more. I'm grateful that they were able to play all my music selections-- all modern music btw-- which really entertained the guests. Wish I could've set a video recorder on them so I could have enjoyed their music myself since I was running around doing "brides" stuff. Definitely recommend! read more

I am SO happy my husband and I hired Eliana Strings for our wedding. They went above and beyond my expectations. Maya was so accommodating and made sure every song I wanted played could be incorporated. Not only were they easy to work with, but they are such a talented group of musicians. I am a musician myself and was absolutely blown away with how beautiful their renditions were. Do yourself a huge favor by hiring Eliana Strings- they will not disappoint! read more

My wife and I met at the opera and we both were long-time patrons of symphonies and orchestras before we met. So we were very particular about hiring a fantastic quartet. Eliana Strings surpassed our expectations. They learned new (and very difficult) music that we requested. Their performance was flawless. I highly recommend them. Fantastic. read more

Anna and Eliana Strings were absolutely amazing and set the mood perfectly for the prelude, ceremony and cocktail hour. My husband and I planned a micro wedding in 45 days. We had to act fast to find vendors. Eliana Strings totally transformed our wedding in the best way. I grew up playing upright bass in classical and jazz groups so I knew I wanted a string quartet for my wedding ceremony. I also love supporting younger musicians because I know how hard it is to make a living playing music. Eliana Strings played beautifully and everyone loved them at our ceremony at the Catamaran Resort! They are extremely easy to book -- no in-person meetings necessary -- and they are very professional -- they showed up early and left before we even had time to thank them. They played a variety of classical and pop music starting 30 minutes before the ceremony began. For our ceremony we chose "Marry You" by Bruno Mars as the processional, "Bless the Broken Road" by Rascal Flatts as the Bridal Entrance song, and "Wake Me Up" by Avicii for our recessional. The music was beautiful and fun and set the mood perfectly for the rest of the night! read more

Eliana Strings was WONDERFUL to work with for our wedding day. They were professional, detailed and ensured that they understood our vision for our wedding day. I recently got married at Brick in Liberty Station and had Eliana Strings perform for both my ceremony and cocktail hour. One of the best decisions I made for my wedding. They were great! I had them learn several songs we wanted to be played and then went off of their list for the list which had a lot of options. Thank you for doing such a great job! I only wish I would have gotten someone to record them so I could listen to them again :( read more

Eliana Strings did an excellent job exquisitely performing all songs requested. With enough time they can play other songs not on their list. We along with guests were very happy and surprised with their musical talent and ability to play each song with great finesse and mastery. When you are getting married there are SO MANY THINGS that need to be done. So many things to think about and these things can become concerns and worries if not properly addressed. You do NOT need problems with the live music. ANNA and her people at ELIANA STRINGS are professionals through and through. The initial meeting with Anna was great. She has a relaxed, comforting, down to earth demeanor (Aussies ;-) ) and her experience, expertise and professionalism are authentic. The catalogue and selection of both classic and "popular" music is extensive. The communication and understanding via e-mail was clear, thorough and precise and the day of the Ceremony everything was at it should have been. We did not have to think, let along worry, about ELIANA STRINGS as they did their thing yet we could not imagine our Wedding Ceremony Experience without them. They provided the music for one of the best days of our life and did an awesome job of it. ELIANA STRINGS is awesome...bottom line, period. read more

Just the BEST!!!! We found Eliana Strings on theknot and hired the string quartet for our wedding ceremony. Unfortunately, I didn't get to hear much of them because I was so caught up in what was going on BUT all of our guests made a comment about how amazing they were. Our guests really enjoyed the song choices (that we got to pick!). I love how they play so many contemporary songs! Anna was awesome to work with and very responsive to all our questions and emails! Thinking of hiring them again for a future party so I can actually sit and listen to them!!! Thank you again!! You ladies were awesome!!! read more

They added an elegant touch and played everything as planned, as well as included guests requests during cocktail hour. Definitely worth having them at our wedding, continue to receive compliments on having the quartet at our wedding. Strongly encourage people to consider the string quartet for their event. read more

I had the pleasure of working with Anna Piland with Eliana Strings this past weekend. Her and her team were fantastic. It rained at the Forum in San Diego(which was so unlikely to happen), and she was flexible and so professional about everything. Especially since we had to move the ceremony inside at the last minute. It was my pleasure having her there for my bride and groom's wedding. I would highly recommend her company for any brides future events. read more

Anna and the team were FANTASTIC! Having a quartet at our wedding was a HIT...not only with us, but also with our guests!!! Eliana Strings worked with us to customize the playlist for the processional, recessional and the cocktail hour. Their extensive catalogue of music provided such a unique touch to our big day!!! We primarily used classical music for the ceremony, but they jammed pop songs (Michael Jackson, Lady Gaga, Journey, etc) during the cocktail hour. Anna is a true professional in every aspect of the word. She's personable, easy to work with and always responsive. You would be doing yourself a favor by going with them- it was an easy decision for and us and probably one of the best ones we made for our wedding. We can't speak highly enough about this team. THANK YOU SO MUCH, Anna for adding the personal touch to our perfect day! We LOVE you! read more

WOW! These guys.. are crazy talented, crazy awesome, and so easy to work with. My wife and I had them play at our wedding, and we couldn't have been happier with the performance they turned out. Believe it or not, it rained the day of our outdoor wedding and these guys still came! Not only did they brave the cold and wet weather underneath a tent, but when they played they elevated the entire ceremony with a beautiful sound that was so incredibly worth their very reasonable asking price. I honestly don't think the videos on their site even do justice to how good they are live. The process of booking them online was also very streamlined and easy. They were probably our easiest vendor to setup and get coordinated, once you have your songs picked out, you're set! We are so happy we booked them.. Thank you guys! Jason and Janelle read more

My husband and I chose eliana strings for our wedding last month. I personally was not able to hear the music because I was getting ready, but my guests complimented on what a great job they did. Being a musician myself, I was very picky when it came to choosing my own and I couldn't have been happier. I highly recommend them! They are talented and very prompt with response. When my ceremony venue failed me, I reached out to them and they were going to help me with some questions I had regarding weddings. Truly appreciated that!! Thanks again! read more

Eliana Strings was incredible!! Working with Anna was great- she was very helpful and professional, and the Trio was incredible! All of our guests raved about how beautiful the music was and how it got everyone in the mood, as they were finding their seats before the ceremony. They played so beautifully and smoothly, and Eliana Strings really gave our ceremony that extra sparkle that we were looking for- it was very special and unique and we are so grateful. The Trio was very talented, and played all of the beautiful songs I love at weddings. Thank you so much Anna and your team! read more

We are so glad we had Eliana Strings play at our wedding! Their playing is beautiful and we had so many comments from our guests about how much everyone enjoyed their playing. They give you a trio or quartet option: we chose the quartet option as it allowed a wider variety of songs and more pop and modern songs. We asked them to play prior to the ceremony, the processional, the recessional, and during cocktail hour. We also requested mostly pop songs which was a huge hit with the guests. Anna is also wonderful to work with. She's very easy going, friendly, and able to pull everything together when it counts. She also worked beautifully with our wedding coordinator so that I didn't have anything to worry about on the day. Eliana Strings really surpassed our expectations. It added something unique and classy to our day and complemented our romantic garden ceremony and cocktail hour perfectly. The music was truly exquisite! I definitely recommend them to everyone! read more

I have worked for Anna as a wedding musician for over two years now. She is one of the most organized and responsible wedding music coordinator I've ever worked with. She is super sweet, knowledgeable and would go that extra mile for her clients. Anna has a huge collection of wedding ceremony and reception music. I think her collection is still expanding as she is always composing new music upon requests. She makes sure her musicians have enough songs to play and avoid repetitions. Anna always make sure we have the time and location well in advance so everyone would be there earlier than scheduled start time. As a newly wed myself, I would highly recommend Anna's Eliana Strings to our friends and families! read more

We had Eliana Strings trio play at our wedding on 3/2/2013. They were easy and professional and played beautifully. Anna was great to work with and met me in person to set the music up. On the day of the wedding the musicians arrived, set up, and started playing with minimal direction. They were professional and helped to make our wedding perfect. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a string trio/quartet at their wedding. read more

Eliana Strings was amazing for our December 30, 2016 wedding! We hired them for both ceremony and cocktail hour music (2 hours total) and they were incredible. They were early to set up and extremely professional but most importantly the music was perfect. We had a number of guests who play music at a very high level who all remarked that the quartet could not have been better! We were so impressed with the sound quality of the instruments in a large, outdoor space and we were honored to have Eliana Strings play at our wedding. Anna and her team at Eliana Strings are incredible. Anna was helpful from A-Z. She knew the venue, knew what music would be permitted by the church, knew what would work best with our themes and overall vision, etc. Very low maintenance. No hand-holding or special requests. Absolute professionals. They knew exactly where to be and hit it out of the park. Having a string quartet elevates the experience of the entire wedding ceremony to another level. read more
