Two minutes into meeting Isabel, I was sold. No pretense, not judgement, no upselling, just a down to earth, lovely human being who happens to be an amazing eyebrow artist. It took more time to fill in my increasingly sparse brows than it did to put on a full face of makeup. I was, in a word, very over it. Isabel explained that I didn't need a full micro-blade, but "feathering" - which is essentially the same as micro-blading, just not as much. She was ready when I arrived, her space immaculate, welcoming and relaxing. She numbed me up and once the numbing cream did what it was supposed to, she got to work. No pain - I literally could have taken a nap! A few weeks out and I'm happy to say that I'm loving the results! I still have a touch up appointment several weeks from now - but I am 100% a believer in Isabel's talents. If thinning brows have snuck up and bitten you on the bum, Isabel will definitely create a beautiful and natural look that will be an incredible confidence and beauty boost!

I'm so glad I found Nour Beauty for my eyebrows! Over 20 years ago I had my eyebrows tattooed--long…read morebefore the more natural-looking microblading techniques were available. Over time the color faded, and I struggled to find someone willing to work with my old tattoo and help improve the look. Several technicians actually declined. Nour, however, was up for the challenge. She expertly color-corrected and reshaped my poor, neglected brows, and the results are amazing. She has a true talent and an incredible eye for both color and shape, creating brows that look natural and flattering. I've already gone back twice and plan to keep returning. If you're looking for someone who truly understands brows and will make them look their best, Nour Beauty is the place to go!

So she proceeded to do them all over while in her phone it hurt so bad way different then Yhe other times but I thought i just need to suck it up. It took her like a half hour which is the time of a touch up- she kept telling me to make sure i come back for The touch up and wehen I need to return by. A day or 2 later my eyebrows were bright red, swollen and hurt- i sent her pictures- she said oh that's normal. I told her that is not normal- she again reminded me to come in for the touch up- so when the date came i called her and told her I'm not coming in while there still red and swollen and i mean it was like someone drew in red pencil around and in my eyebrow. She said oh it will be Fine in 2 weeks and she gave me a date to return which I did she said its normal and proceeded to go over them i also got microblading and shading. There was no shading this time it hurt even worse I said I Cant do it. She was so rude could've cared less about me all she cared about was that I pay again when i didn't need to. A year later And I'm still suffering i get these boils and Pimples on my eyebrows and are so painful until they pop. My eye brows are still Red oh and btw she changed the shape so she tried to color over the red but that was red as well. Its been a horrifying experience that will take years to get over..

DONT GO HERE: they cancel appointments without your consent…read more I'm not the one to write a negative reviews on anyone but (!) if you respect your time I would not recommend this place. My usual girl wasn't available due to vacation time so I needed to find a new place. I made appointment on the weekend for the Tuesday of the next week, got all the appointment confirmation texts, read all, checked if I need to click on anything to confirm - nothing, appointment was confirmed, got reminder at 6 am even about 8 am appointment. Moved my schedule and schedule for the day for my husband to take kids to school (causing him to attend work meetings from the car while driving kids to school), showed up at my time (8 am), waited for 30 minutes (as if I have no work to attend to that day at all) and turns out they cancelled my appointment for no reason! I have busy work schedule and busy life schedule with kids in it. I have no time for someone to cancel my appointments just because they are lazy to show up at work. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Zero respect for people's time, zero organization and utter nonsense of a place

I had my eyebrows nano-bladed one year ago. It changed my life. I had grown use to sparse…read moreeyebrows as I continued to age and it was not a good look. Just having my eyebrows back gave me such a boost in my self confidence and every day life. I went today for a touch up (recommended) and even though they still looked great they look even better now. I did a lot of research not only on the business but the technicians as well. Karmen is the best. She does an amazing job that is well worth the price.

I originally went to Lucy Harutunian for eyebrow microblading. Permanent eyeliner was her…read morerecommendation, not mine. She told me it would enhance my eyes and carefully drew a beautiful pencil design that looked elegant, symmetrical, and flattering. I approved that exact design because I loved it. What Lucy permanently tattooed onto my eyes was completely different. The final eyeliner did not match the approved shape, thickness, symmetry, placement, or direction of the wings. One side was noticeably thicker, the wings were uneven, curved, and sharply angled upward instead of extending outward like the approved design. I am uploading photos of the original drawing and the healed result so people can compare them for themselves. The appointment itself was stressful from the beginning. Lucy arrived about 30 minutes late, then rushed through my appointment because she needed to move on to her next client. Permanent eyeliner is an irreversible procedure that requires patience and precision, yet I felt hurried the entire time. At the end, she told me she needed to start with her next client. After paying $1,287.50, I found that incredibly unprofessional. I also had a significant reaction to the numbing cream and my eyelids became visibly swollen. Instead of stopping and rescheduling, Lucy gave me Benadryl, waited briefly, and continued tattooing my swollen eyelids. She repeatedly adjusted the lines while my eyes were swollen and even asked me technical questions about placement, although I was relying entirely on her professional judgment. The worst part was how I was treated afterward. When I explained that the healed eyeliner looked nothing like the design I had approved, Lucy repeatedly interrupted me, became defensive, dismissed my concerns, and refused to take responsibility. She actually told me, "I can't deal with this right now," and "Your problem is that you're too much in your head." I was not "in my head." I was trying to explain that I had been permanently tattooed with eyeliner that looked materially different from the design she had personally created, shown me, and asked me to approve. Instead of acknowledging the obvious differences, Lucy blamed my eyes. She told me I had "hooded eyes" and even suggested I get an eyebrow lift. My eyes were exactly the same when she examined me, recommended permanent eyeliner, and drew the original design. If my eye shape supposedly made that design impossible, why recommend the procedure and ask me to approve it in the first place? I contacted her office immediately and reported the same concerns from day one. This was not buyer's remorse, poor healing, or pigment retention. My skin accepted the pigment perfectly. The problem was that the permanent eyeliner Lucy tattooed was materially different from the design I approved. Because of her work, I was forced to undergo multiple painful laser eyeliner removal treatments near my eyes. I spent additional money, had to cover the bright red discoloration with heavy makeup, sought independent professional opinions, and endured months of embarrassment, anxiety, stress, and emotional exhaustion. What makes this even more disturbing is that Lucy attempted to rely on her "non-refundable" policy instead of taking responsibility. That policy is meant for pigment retention, healing, or how a client's skin responds, not for tattooing something materially different from the approved design. A non-refundable policy should never excuse a service that was not performed as represented. Please don't rely only on carefully curated social media photos. Compare my approved design with the final result. I deeply regret trusting Lucy Hart Ink and would never recommend this business. This has been one of the most upsetting, humiliating, stressful, and emotionally exhausting experiences of my life. The photographs speak for themselves.
