I was going to give this one star because the microwave I bought is missing a part (a little glass…read morewindow on the inside to protect the magnetron...the things you end up learning on wikipedia). The thing is, they had so little stock that I had to buy the display model. Maybe because in September all the students were in to buy microwaves? But I went back to them and they offered to call the manufacturer and have them send me the missing part. I'm super happy with their quick and friendly service. So, now I just wait for my little glass window to show up. I hope soon.

I had ordered a Fitbit through their website, and opted for the delivery option Click & Collect, where you pick one of their physical stores to pick up your goods in. I picked the one in Frederiksberg Centeret. Today, I went to collect it. When I got in the store, I asked a passing member of staff where I should go to collect my goods. She told me to go to the cashier point, where I would also need to pay for it. Off I went and assumed my place in the queue. It took a while, perhaps 20 minutes, as a couple of people before me were there to complain over problems with their orders (wrong item delivered, etc.). Finally, it was my turn and I asked for my goods. The girl behind the counter me I had to go to the appropriate department in the store, in this case Electronics. So why not tell me that in the first place?! Went to Electronics and after having stood in line again (more people with complaints) I once again asked for my order. The guy behind the counter offered his apologies, but when he had gone to pick up the order, he had found that they didn't have 5 items in stock, as I had been informed, but one, and that one was only an empty box, and as an employee apparently had stolen the product and left the empty box (memo to me: never send anything here to have it repaired!). He suggested a few alternatives, only to find that they weren't in stock either. So I had to go without being one step closer to getting what I wanted. Think I'll go somewhere else next time.

Not quite sure what's going on with the other not-stellar reviews here, but my experience with…read morePower in Frederiksberg has been pretty good both the times I've visited it. I been there twice in the last two months - once to buy a USB stick, and the other time to buy a fitness band. Both times I've been helped by knowledgeable employees and the service has been pretty efficient. Heck, I've even been callled 'Sir' when I visit - a rarity in Denmark. :) The prices are fairly low - the same fitness band I bought was significantly more expensive at humac in the same mall -, the store seems to have a big collection of stuff, and is fairly well organized. Not much to complain about, to be honest.

I was happy to see that the prices here are actually quite reasonable. They have a great selection of kitchen, house, living, gardening and office items. I've bought some pots for plants (19kr each), Weck jars (20-29kr each - same price or lower than some grocery stores), and a few small kitchen items. There is a nice mixed of Danish brands and other brands. The store staff is nice and wrap up your breakable products in cardboard paper when you make a purchase. I've had to do a return at one point and they were equally pleasant.

OHMYY LOOK AT THESE THINGS I COULD NOT BRING HOME…read more yes this is how i felt when im in this place. the stuff are hella pretty, a bit pricey, but they are mostly home stuff, sucks to be someone that doesn't live here And they updated their place with plenty christmas decor, and they are so kyoteeee!! all my friends love to visit here just to check them out weeee! The only thing i bought here are the postcards, you could probably get it somewhere else, but this place have more choice of the postcard by that artist:)
