I wasn't sure what the rate of barter was at this little apothecary, but I needed a bit of wellness with my health. I was allowed entry by a watchman of the rental cop variety and was greeted by a small person trapped in a plastic box. They were kind. As I traveled through their inner portal, I was greeted with a fluoresce I hadn't seen since Grover High School. I met with a young tender who allowed me to exchange small bits of cottony paper, extracted from a grey box, for items that might bring me health and wellness. It was a good day. Their budtenders are knowledgeable, friendly, and you can ask any questions. The variety they offer is great with lots of brands to choose from. I don't smoke as much anymore but I do recommend this place to those starting out as they have the variety, and knowledgeable staff to help you along :)

When it was finally my…read moreturn, the employee told me he had to help the person behind me because they had a pickup order. That would have been completely understandable, except the other customer didn't have a pickup order--they were a walk-in just like I was. When I pointed out that the signs at the front clearly showed which line was for walk-ins and which was for pickups, he responded with an attitude and said, "Well, I have to help him because he's in the line." He then insisted I was wrong, even though I had been there just a couple of days earlier and the process was exactly as I described. The experience was especially disappointing because my previous visit was excellent. The woman who helped me then was friendly, professional, and made the experience enjoyable. This visit was the complete opposite. It's a dispensary, so I expect employees to be welcoming and provide good customer service. Unfortunately, because of the employee's attitude and the way the situation was handled, we decided to leave without making a purchase. It was a very disappointing experience.

They won't return or exchange any malfunction vapes you could show them in their face and they will come up with an excuse why not to return it if you're spending $70 on a cartridge and it's not working correctly and they don't want to exchange it for one that's working. I'm OK off this place and the manager during the day seems like he has no empathy for people they just want the money.

I stopped going there back in June, because their inventory was extremely low nearly every time I went. They would always tell me they would be fully stocked the next week. I would come back a week later to nearly empty display cases again and given the same story, and to come back a week later. After about three more visits and purchasing some low priced, low quality flower (which was all they had) I decided that had enough of this place and never went back for about four months. Well, today I decided to go back to see what they had on hand and was sadly disappointed. The pre-roll display case was completely empty! The two display cases that had flower, only had about six or seven $22 eighths for sale. Again I was assured to try back in about a week because they were going through some kind of transition? Whatever. I bought one of the $22 eighths because I was there and just wanted to get something. Anyway,I got home opened the package and was disappointed to find four of five decent sized nuggets, but they were hard as a rock. Just disgraceful. I'll be going elsewhere until this place gets its act together.

A few other local shops usually sell them to me 3 (the whole pack) for $15. They've matched it in the past but this time said that it was a "dick move" to tell them that other businesses offer a better deal and ask them to match. Not sure what the employee's name was, it was the skinny dude with a long beard. Not sure if he's just having a bad day, but the owner ought to have a chat with him about customer retention. Even though this place is within walking distance i'll probably just head to Wild Zone, which is about 200 feet away, and spend my money there. They usually match other shops and don't get offended when I tell them other places are beating them price wise. Believe it or not, it's actually kind to let businesses you like know about this kind of stuff so they can remain competitive. Shop around, this place doesn't have the best prices and apparently gets offended when you tell them.
