When she saw how messed up my hair looked , she said well, my next client is here. I said what does that mean. She said I can't fix your hair now because I don't know how! Then she starts crying. I said why are you crying? I should be the one crying having to leave here with my hair looking like a toddler colored it. Why would the Owner put me with someone with such little experience and so unprofessional? This is NOT acceptable. RUN from this salon! If the Owner doesn't know her own stylist that speaks volumes to what happened to me yesterday. I'd really like to know what all the CRYING was about. I'm the offended party here and she's crying? Totally unacceptable!!! If I could give zero stars I would. I strongly disagree. You didn't even bother to call me to find out exactly what happened. Did she show you the photos of the botched color job? Did she bother to show you the photo that I sent to her in a text so she could consult with you? She also said to me that you were on vacation and absolutely no idea when you were going to return. So what were my options? Go around with a hideous hair color job? As a salon owner you should have called me instead of letting me twist in the wind with crappy hair color. First she said I could wait an hour till her next client was done. At first I said I don't have the time. Then she said that I could meet her at the TR location and she would do it there. So when I said let me call my husband to see if we could rearrange our scheduling for later THAT day. She said I don't know how to fix it and I need to talk to my boss before I can fix it. Also, I did schedule with someone else and you called me to say that she wasn't available and I could meet with one of two stylist. I chose Hannah because you said she was available and excellent and had been there for 3 years. Now to the being rude, I don't know what they told you but all I asked was "Why are you crying". If that is being rude, I don't comprehend. I was kind to her and did not make a scene which I would have been justified in doing. Still, she screws up my hair, then tells me her next client is waiting. I said "So exactly what are you telling me"? That's when the crying started. This behavior is totally unacceptable and you as a salon owner need to get the story straight before blaming a client instead of an incompetent hair dresser with emotional problems. You're just enabling it. You should be ashamed! I cannot believe that you would allow this type of treatment to your clients. Further more you allow this behavior by justifying a wrong and not finding out what REALLY happened.

It seems like most of their reviews are on Facebook (43 five-star reviews) so I would check that out if you want more first-hand accounts (although mine should be enough ;]). The staff here are extremely knowledgeable, talented, cute, and fun. The space feels very chic, with beautiful floor to ceiling front windows to let in a ton of natural light. The pink/black/white/gold color scheme is professional and way cute. It's impeccably clean. The hair washing stations and the stylist chairs are all plush and very comfortable. Not only are they always on time, but they work very efficiently. I've never once felt rushed as a client here. If you know what you want, they'll make it happen. If you're not quite sure, they'll work with you to get you looking your absolute best. You are always welcome, your requests are taken seriously, and you never feel like a burden at The Bombshell Lounge. I am ALWAYS pleased with my haircut and style at The Bombshell Lounge. Personally, I always bring a ton of pictures (although now I trust her with anything so I just tell her what I want and she makes it happen). She works quickly and makes my hair do exactly what I ask for! She also curls your hair at the end of each appointment, no matter how little or how much you cut off, so everyone can tell you've been to the salon and are looking cute! PROS: On time. Work quickly. Knowledgeable and talented staff. Cute and chic salon. Great haircuts. Awesome coloring. Beautiful makeup. Walk-ins welcome. Appointments are kept to. Very reasonably priced. Worth every penny. Great for all genders. Complimentary coffee. Extra events such as blowout days and boot camps! CONS: Now that I know about the parking lot right next to their building - absolutely none!

I responded yes, following with pictures of my desired cut & color. Another 8 days passed, she never responded or opened my message. I told her never mind because It was taking too long for her to respond & I needed to have some type of child care lined up if In fact my appointment was booked? I never got a confirmation. She responded immediately about how she "posted" about how it was busy & the holidays, how her grandmother was in the hospital... also she sarcastically said "sorry I don't have time to have a full online consultation with you while my grandmother is in the hospital" ... all that is a good reason...But I just needed an confirmation. Even a simple "ok you're booked" even an "okay" would have been just fine. Hard to get an appointment or word in at this salon without being gawked at for not reading the stylist "posts on social media about her personal life".

During my consultation, I explicitly showed my stylist, Ansley, a video of the exact hair color goal I wanted. Not only did she completely miss the mark, but she was visibly unsure of how to do her job, requiring active guidance and formulation help from another hairdresser during my appointment. The biggest issue came at checkout. Ansley verbally told me she was charging me for "two toners" to keep the price down. However, when I looked at my receipt, I discovered completely hidden, undisclosed fees. I was charged a massive $95 base fee for a "Gloss Only" and an additional $45 for a "Gloss/Toner"--totaling $140 just for gloss products that were never verbally quoted or agreed upon beforehand. When I reached out to address the poor results and the confusing billing, the stylist was dismissive and claimed I never showed her the video. When escalated to the manager, BreAnna West, I was met with total gaslighting. She altered the timeline of events to protect her stylist, refused to address the deceptive billing structure, and explicitly banned me from the salon instead of offering a fair partial refund for the unapproved charges.Be very careful coming here. They use confusing à la carte pricing structures at checkout without upfront disclosure, and management will aggressively defend billing manipulation rather than practicing honest customer service. I have already filed a formal dispute with my credit card company for unauthorized charges.

I acknowledge that this was a color correction, but really. She covered up the "money" highlights on one side of my face. I asked for ash and I got blonde. She said the toner should last 4 weeks or more. Sorry, just two washes and I see blonde. As far as the haircut goes she chopped the crap out of my hair. I have no idea what she did to my hair, but it is totally uneven on both sides and even the front is longer than the back on one side. I spoke with her today and she said her manager would allow a complementary toner on the awful highlights but made no mention of what a ridiculously gross haircut I received. Don't these girls know how to check to see if both sides are even anymore? This should be very basic for any hairstylist to do. Maybe the manager should have a class on how to cut hair evenly. And check it the proper way. Buyer beware, they don't disclose the cost of anything until you check out. I was quoted a certain price and it was $200.00 more. Not acceptable. I paid $ 600.00 for a total botch job . You would think the owner would have at least called me to see how she could make it right. At that price I should have walked out looking like a Rock Star!

I found Donna (who's Curly certified) at Executive Hair and I'm so grateful. I've been seeing her for a year and have been happy with every result. She retouched my roots yesterday and this is where many stylists fail their clients. Processing virgin hair is not that difficult, touch ups however require precision. Whether it's bleaching, relaxing, or color touch ups, many stylists fail to protect the processed hair from previous treatments. Some stylists also go and work on other people or take long breaks while your hair is being processed. I've seen this in salons and have had my hair damaged because of this in the past. These stylists are incredible and everyone comes out looking wonderful. I've also brought my family in for haircuts and have been very happy with the results.

Lucky for me I was able to get an appointment same day as, well you know when you reach "that" point, that it needed to be done yesterday? Yuppers that is where I was at. Willene did an awesome job and exactly what I wanted/was looking for. I did warn her, she was going to want to do before and after photos as it was going to be quite a difference. I had a strict time frame and again Willene nailed it! If there is anything negative it would be that there isn't always someone at the front desk. So sometimes you walk in and just kinda stand their for a bit until someone realizes your there. But honestly that is a small thing. Oh and the best part? well one of the best parts...I was shocked by the price. Like shocked in a GREAT way. I'm accustom to paying upwards of $300 for a cut, color, style. I know sounds crazy but for me it just became the norm. So when Willene said $75 I thought for sure I heard her incorrectly. Nope that was the price. Shocked I tell you, just plain shocked. Great hairdresser, amazing prices and timely appointments. What's not to like?
