Despite my professional preparation, they actually hung up on me while I was speaking. This experience speaks volumes about the leadership and the internal culture of this clinic. How you treat potential employees is a reflection of how you conduct your business and treat your patients. With this level of mismanagement, I don't see how this establishment can thrive. I am honestly relieved that I won't be moving forward with them; you can't build a successful future with people who treat others with such a lack of respect.

It has been going on since the end of March, I haven't been able to get physical therapy not due to me but the ladies constantly changing my schedule inconveniencing me and then when I show up unfortunately it's they change the time or it's not the therapy I requested. It's 10 million different excuses that they give you. Be prepared to be treated like absolute crap! You WILL NOT get better at all! How are someone supposed to get better when I haven't seen my physical therapist and going on 3 weeks it's absolutely pathetic! This place needs to get investigated. Just because we're a small community and we're really not that small doesn't mean that this type of piss poor customer service is the standard treatment it absolutely should not be. It's a shame because they have really good physical therapist there, but the communication is horrendous the treatment by the ladies at the front horrendous. After what I experience today YET AGAIN being told I was scheduled at a certain time to do a certain therapy and then MAGICALLY IT CHANGED WITHOUT MY CONSENT, I'm done coming to this place! I haven't seen my physical therapist since the end of March, how am I supposed to get better with this kind of treatment? How would anyone get better with this kind of dismissive treatment when you're at your must vulnerable. Avoid this place at all cost.
