I discovered this gem last month and have been here a total of 3 times and each time has been a great experience. I came by today because I liked them a lot but the pipe piece I got was absolute trash and I ended up inhaling (literally) a quarter of flower due to the pipe being faulty. I didn't expect anything but wanted to bring it to their attention and see if they would maybe take 10 bucks off this next order since that experience sucked. They jumped right on it, made note of the faulty pipe, and did MORE than what I was even hoping for and then some. Though this was 100% the fault of the pipe manufacturer, they still went above and beyond to get me what I needed and more. Excellent Customer Service is definitely diminishing in today's age, but not here. That's what keeps people coming back. THANK YOU BOTH. I will be coming back and only coming to High Supply. But on my last visit something out of the ordinary happened. I had placed an online order and had forgotten something so added it on and I was over my total but the guy was really kind and patient. It wasn't a like a big deal but I don't know if dude could just tell I was about to have a breakdown and was holding back tears, but when I was leaving he came from around the counter and just stopped me and sincerely asked "hey are u ok"? and I wasnt and just told him it had been a tough month. Nestled in beautiful Sumpter, the Nug' is a great stop for a scenic day trip. Manager Rex has a good handle on the employees; most everyone seems happy to help find product and answer questions! His customer service is some of the best I've ever interacted with. Their product selection is fair, and there are several ways to add discounts to your basket.
