But on my last visit something out of the ordinary happened. I had placed an online order and had forgotten something so added it on and I was over my total but the guy was really kind and patient. It wasn't a like a big deal but I don't know if dude could just tell I was about to have a breakdown and was holding back tears, but when I was leaving he came from around the counter and just stopped me and sincerely asked "hey are u ok"? and I wasnt and just told him it had been a tough month. I felt like it was the first time someone looked me in the eyes and cared in a long time. That meant a lot and sometimes the smallest gestures can have such impact. But yes, back to the weed... It's great! Service is great and they pass the vibe check!

In fact, Rex was so helpful and understanding that I feel obligated to edit this review, and post a new one as though my scene with Austin never happened, so here it is: Worth the drive. Nestled in beautiful Sumpter, the Nug' is a great stop for a scenic day trip. Manager Rex has a good handle on the employees; most everyone seems happy to help find product and answer questions! His customer service is some of the best I've ever interacted with. Their product selection is fair, and there are several ways to add discounts to your basket.
