I came to Dr Mara pretty desperate. I've had multiple surgeries over the past few years, and…read moreeverything in my body was extremely tight and inflamed. Dr Mara has a gift for seeing the whole body and person, and then honing in on where to start to get everything untangled in a very gentle way. For example, I went with an extremely tight and sore neck, but it was through fascia release in my abdomen that I found the most relief in my neck (along with adjustments of course). That's right, she also does fascia release, cranial work, and energy work. Six months later, I have so much more mobility! I used to have really bad pain flare ups that would land me in the hospital, and I have only gone once when I first started seeing Dr Mara. I cannot recommend her enough!

Dr Lincoln did a thorough history of my injuries and what was bothering me. He definitely knows what he is feeling for and found my issues. He adjusted my neck and my lower back that have been giving me so much pain. In one visit my neck is 95% better and my back at least 75%! I have been back 8 months later on another visit to Spokane. This time he helped with my elbow/arm, in addition to checking my neck and back again. He has a gift. I can't wait to relocate here and come on a regular basis.

10 cheers for Emily Betnar, in 5 sessions my chronic bursitis in hip has vanished! Yes Ill keep up…read morethe exercises & occasional ice. I felt relief after the very 1st visit when Emily evaluated my issue then gave me 3 simple exercises to reignite my muscles. These muscles have been basically dormant since injury 3 winters ago. Session 2 & 3 Emily challenged me with additional exercises to ignite the muscles which are essential before strength training. Session 4 and 5 we added dry needling which seems to catapulted my healing in a positive direction. I've had Acupunture many times before but never this. The needle is able to reach deep inside beyond hand pressure and seems to have released built up block. This is day 5 after last session and Im feeling no pain even during long drives all day long. Thank you Emily!!!!

He burned me and I was literally screaming in agony. When he was done, he left the room and when I returned for my next appointment, he didn't even know who I was. After that, I received a letter signed by Dr. Dibble there that I was banned from the Spine Team and my care would be reverted back to the VA. I now have to use two canes or a walker to get around and my quality of life has gone way down. I would not recommend the Spine Team to my worst enemy.
