But I already knew this as I started out on my journey to find the right work at home opportunity. So when Kreative came calling asking to do business with me; I was very apprehensive about giving them a bunch of my money that I did not have. Because, I was going to give up on my dream of owning my work from business. However, after speaking with who is now my account representative, he allowed me to vent or speak of my bad previous eCommerce experience, and how I was shafted out of several hundred dollars, he offered what I now know as compassion, toward my plight. So after long conversations with him I decided to do business with Kreative. I ended up purchasing the least package they had to offer to me. Well, after nearly six months of work with the Kreative team of technicians and marketing experts; I now have a nice website built by Kreative that I'm very proud of. They are very professional when it comes to their expertise's in regards to building my website. However, if I had to speak of any negative experiences thus far with any technicians, I would honestly, have to say, that there has been a time or to when I felt like I being brushed off a unimportant in regards to my requests to having tasks preformed to my website. I found myself having to follow up more than once with my request to get these tasked completed. But eventually they would get completed. Now I realize that the majority of the technician are young adults; they have a lot to learn about when it comes to embracing their clients dream or vision for their website being built. But I think that come with time as they continually work with their clients. But over all it's been a good experience. Kreative is a good company to work with. you have to just their processes. Yeah, sure they certainly have some areas that they need to improve, but as I said; Kreative is a good company to work with.

I was searching for an online business on the internet. I found one that I was interested in and…read moreput in my information to be contacted. Within a few minutes I got a call from a representative at Kreative. (Not the company I had contacted) Later I found out that they stole my information off the internet from this other company. (of course, they denied it) He went on with his spew about how I could make thousands of dollars from a online website and they would help me with every detail to do it. Then he told me it would cost me $16,500.00 up front which should have been a red flag. I was debt free at the time, and he talked me into getting two 0% credit cards for 18 months to pay that amount. He said I could have the cards paid off in no time easily. Of course, he lured me in, and I accepted his offer. Things seemed to be going good at first but then they just stated blowing me off and making excuses as to why this wouldn't work or that wouldn't work with their website. I was also having issues with some of the trainers which had the attitude that I was wasting their time and was dumb. I was also paying $100.00 a month in maintenance fees. After 20 months and still no website up and running, my credit card expired for the $100 and they didn't get their payment, so of course they emailed me. I emailed them back and basically told them that I wasn't paying them another cent until I had a up and running website making at least $200.00 a month. After that they didn't attempt to try and even contact me except only to remind me that I needed to pay them the monthly fee, and I just told them the same thing. I paid them a total of $18,800.00 which I am still paying off and I have nothing to show for it, and they have never tried to contact me. So, the best advice I can give you is to AVOID Kreative at all costs. I totally agree with what another person said. They will say and do anything to get your money and then they don't provide or fulfill what they promise and then you get burned like I did. The papers they have you sign free them of any obligation to pay you back if they don't fulfill their side of the agreement. It's basically your word against theirs. This is KREATIVE'S response to the BBB about the complaints they have received. You will notice further down in this article that they state that: "All Kreative's clients are informed both verbally (on recorded calls) and in writing (in the written contract) that no company, including Kreative, LLC can guarantee or represent any level of sales, profits, or success due to the websites being developed." The most recent response Kreative, LLC provided to BBB was on May 28, 2020 regarding the consumer allegations. The context of the letter appears below: "Kreative, LLC is more than willing to stand behind and fulfill the promises it makes. Kreative, LLC is also very concerned about its' customers' satisfaction and continues to refine the stringent and multi-tiered procedures designed by Kreative, LLC to assure that its customers know what to expect when they buy a website, internet marketing, or social media services from Kreative, LLC. While we work diligently to address any and all concerns raised by our customers, it is also important to note that the number of annual complaints received by the BBB are less than 1% of the 2,743 live websites currently hosted by Kreative, LLC. As mentioned previously, we are more than willing to provide the BBB with any evidence it would like to substantiate Kreative, LLC's position.
