Great service from Northwest Sign & Design!…read more I love my neon and channel letter sign they did for my business. I have referred them to several of my friends who own businesses in the greater Seattle area and they have similar great experiences. Great quality and durability not seen in some of the other companies we have used in the past. If you need a sign, give them a call!

Paid $5,000 for a custom neon sign. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns, we appreciate all forms of feedback." This is my feedback on this project: - I'm not 110% satisfied. - Jim was a fantastic salesperson who helped me articulate what I wanted for the sign. - I am disappointed in the handoff from Jim to the production process. I didn't get proactive communication about the project plan, timeline, and status. I had to send follow up emails several times to check in on the process because I didn't get any proactive communication from the project engineer. - I'm very disappointed with the thickness of the backing for the neon. The production / project engineer team knew it was going to be flimsy. I would have wanted their recommendation to use a thicker backing to give the sign a more sturdy base. I expected better advice since they are an expert in designing and building neon signs. On their website they out that they have over 25 years of experience and I expected that to come through when I choose them as a partner to design and produce this sign. It felt like I was working with a team that was designing signs for the first time. Not that I'm at the end of this project. I would have chosen to work with a different company. My issue is still unresolved.

I was very pleased with the service and quality job PrintWest did for my small business. You…read moredefinitely get what you pay for - yeah, Kinko's is cheaper, but their colors never quite end up matching our company's logo - and well, the level of individual attention is somewhat lacking. Since this was a "first time" job using our new artwork, I had to call in to figure out how to get my images to them - customer service was extremely nice - and patient :-) - with my own technological difficulties. PrintWest put the extra time and attention into my job - who could ask for more? The final product had a really cool finish, and the colors "wow" all my clients who get these marketing pieces! Will recommend PrintWest and use on future marketing pieces.

After years of being a happy customer of PrintWest, I recently had a terrible experience that has…read moremade me wonder if things are changing over there. I run a company that does communication work with nonprofits that serve impoverished and marginalized people in the US and around the world. We recently worked with PrintWest on a print and mail job (mailing small packets to hundreds of US locations). This was time sensitive so we repeatedly asked for first-class mailing and reiterated our condensed time frame. When it came time to do the mailing, our PrintWest rep chose to use a cheaper mailing method - despite our previous asks about first-class service and timing. Packets did not get to the recipients on time, and our client relationship was severely strained. That's bad. What's worse is that I confronted our sales rep Greg about this several times via telephone and email. I requested a refund of the mailing costs only (print job and costs were fine), since we should not have to pay to have our client relationships strained by the mistakes of a vendor. I've never received a response on my repeated requests - not a "absolutely let's make this work for you" or we're working on it" or a "we can't do it and here's way." Just radio silence. This is no way to treat loyal customers. I still think that PrintWest does a good job printing, and they're Seattle local and usually easy to work with. But apparently if they mess up, they're not willing to take responsibility or even respond to inquiries. That's enough for me to be done.

Every question I had was answered quickly, and they nailed the designs exactly how I envisioned them. As a proud Bitcoin maxi, I absolutely love the custom Bitcoin designs they created for me! The quality of the materials is top-tier--super smooth, extremely comfortable, and definitely premium. Best of all, the owners are combat veterans, and as a combat veteran myself, it means a lot to be able to support a veteran-owned business.
