I can't imagine where they got 5 star reviews from…read more I went to continue treatment for bioidentical hormones for menopause after moving to PA-all appointments were remote/on the phone. I had an absolutely horrific experience with Natalie. She was incredibly rude, literally yelled angrily at me at one point, and insisted I buy $300 in supplements from their office, even some I already have. It gets worse. She/her staff didn't reveal that there was a $95 monthly 'maintenance fee' until after I had the initial consult, did blood labs, had a follow up consult to go over labs, and was transferred to the front desk to pay (a HIPAA violation in not being transparent about that fee prior to my appointment). When I asked why the fee, they said "to go over future lab results/make recommendations", however, after a 6 week follow up after starting the new hormone/supplement regime, they admitted I'd only need to do labs every 6 months. So I'd be paying $570 every 6 months for 1 consult?? I also paid $150 for the consult I'd just had, but then there was another $95 fee?? They asked me several times if I wanted to bill insurance for my labs or pay through their office (which seemed very odd) without explaining that they ordered my blood draw at Quest Labs at my request (a participating provider on my insurance) but had them processed elsewhere (I'm still trying to find out if that lab is on my insurance), or that one test can cost "thousands of dollars" if not covered, and that they have "a deal" with this other lab, so not using insurance could cost me less (another HIPAA violation in not explaining this to me prior to having my labs done) until I called the office back to tell them how upset I was at the way I was treated by Natalie. At that point their staff member tried to excuse her yelling by saying "another patient was there making a lot of background noise, so Natalie raised her voice". When I reminded her that discussing my medical care in front of another patient was a HIPAA violation (#3!), she tried to backpedal and said "the patient *probably* couldn't hear what Natalie was saying". Natalie would barely let me get a word in during our consult as I tried to explain my allergies to certain medications and supplements, and other pertinent points re: my medical history. When I insisted she let me speak, that's when she began to yell. I've never been so poorly treated by a member of the medical community. I plan to file a complaint with the Medical Board. Meanwhile, others need to know what kind of treatment they'll face with this horrible woman, their dishonesty, and the way they try to milk people for money. I would give less than 1 star if it was an option.

I had the most beautiful picture perfect smile and he destroyed it. My top lip is fuller than my bottom lip and my lips are crooked. I feel like I was a science experiment. Why in Gods name would you not tell someone that you would completely change the proportions of someone's smile and lips doing filler?? Probably because he had no clue what he was doing. I've consulted with several woman, three injectors, and also a well renowned plastic surgeon and they all said I didn't need filler and my lips look ill proportioned. The sad thing is that injectors do not tell you that filler is actually semi permanent or permanent. I may have to live with these lips for a very long time. Or I can risk getting them dissolved which can cause permanent damage. The stress of this situation has affected my job, my livelihood and postponed my wedding.

I have been absolutely devastated and left with a saggy dented face from the negligence and lack of knowledge this woman has with dissolving filler. Don't be a science experiment like me. She is barely experienced! If you take a look at her work you can see she has made some people look much worse. She does not have an eye for aesthetics nor the knowledge to be an injector. She knew I hated the lip filler I had in my lips and she knew I was concerned about dissolving. The enzyme they use can deplete your natural hyaluronic acid and with women who are over 40 like me it may never come back. She convinced me I would be fine with dissolving sending me pics of herself. She told me the people who say dissolving damaged their skin are crazy. (Check out what plastic surgeons, Cody Chesnut and Ben Talai say about dissolving) The day I had an appointment I expressed to her that I felt uncomfortable and she acted like it was no big deal. Looking back she didn't care at all about my concerns, and all she cared about was racking another 250 in her back account. She talked me into the appointment and did not prepare me in any way that my face would shrivel up, and I would have huge pronounced wrinkles. That was the week I had a huge test coming up and I was so devastated I could barely focus on studying. To make things worse she told me it was ok to get a microneedling facial the next day which I think spread the enzyme into my cheeks. She said it is impossible that it spread and after talking to Devan Petella she said it was almost impossible to stop the spread of the enzyme and that I am most likely permanently damaged. Sara tried to blame my face looking saggy from loosing weight. She also tried to blame the damage in my skin on the facial I received, taking no accountability for her negligence. I have before photos from when she dissolved me and I purposely gained back a couple pounds. I went from being a super happy confident 40 year old who looked ten years younger than my age to the saggy cheeks of a 50 year old. I cry every day over this. I may possibly at the age of 40 may need a facelift. It's affecting my life in every way. I'm waiting to talk to a plastic surgeon but I have a feeling I will never get my old face back. I could possibly have to spend thousands of dollars that I don't have to get my face looking normal. She never even apologized to me and told me you will get old someday. I found SCG merely by chance and am so glad I did! First of all, the interior is airy and the employees, friendly. They took me without an appointment, but for the short time I had to wait, they offered me water in a glass glass. Such a delight (and environmentally correct) in this age of plastic. The woman who waxed my lip, was personable, capable, and fast. Then when I went up to pay, the women at the desk called her back over and asked her to tone me down with some makeup. It was perfect! She did a great job of covering the redness of my upper lip. I felt pampered and relaxed at SCG. Wish they'd open a salon in Pittsburgh!
