I really wanted this to work out, but I honestly haven't been extremely pleased with my time at BeWell. I was looking for weight loss advice and instead I just took an expensive blood test and then got a list of supplements and ZERO nutrition advice except to go dairy free since I get a lot of sinus infections in the past year. I feel NO ONE takes me seriously because I generally eat healthy, and I only want to lose 10 - 15 lbs. I wouldn't have minded the supplements if I had also gotten some nutrition/calorie intake advice for the long term. I know how to lose weight in the short term, but I don't know how to keep it off without killing myself with exercise or starving myself. The appointments are also not covered by insurance, so each Zoom appointment was super expensive. I don't feel I got what I paid for at all. It's too bad; I really, really wanted to like them. read more

Several people recommended that I try a holistic nutritionist due to ongoing digestion issues that I have had for over 4 years. I had been with 3 gastroenterologists and my condition was not improving. BeWell was highly recommended to me and I also read online reviews. I have had phone appointments with Monica Montag since February (just over 5 months) . She recommended that I do a test that was very eye-opening. I have worked with Angie for a little over a year. She is so understanding and patient, I can send her an email and she is very quick to respond. She listens to all of your concerns and designs a plan specific to your individual needs. I had no idea food intolerances could cause so many problems. Angie started me on an elimination diet along with some other testing and discovered I had several intolerances that contributed to my fatigue, and digestive issues.
