Billing is the absolute worst. I just got a bill for $100, called them, they said part of it was for an MRI I had done over a year ago. Then she says did you pay anything then? I said, I'm sure I don't remember. She looks and then says "oh it looks like you prepaid $89 I'll move that over." So you're telling me I had $89 just sitting somewhere for over a year!?! Call your insurance and ask them what they think about Geisinger. Also, they now send you a bill before you even see your doctor, hoping that you will pay it. You're never gonna get any of that back even if you never owed it, unless you call them and try to get it back. I'm telling you they do it all the time. And if you ask them what the charge above and beyond your co-pay is, they say it's in case they do other things while you're there. Run. Anywhere but Geisinger!!!

Dr. Edwards has provided the most effective therapy for my pain (lower back pain/spasms), and is great human being, as well. Caring, compassionate, and easy to speak to; genuinely concerned about your therapy and general well being. He utilizes several different approaches, including beginning each session with a massage roller table for your spine that I wish I had in my house!
