Underwhelming service on multiple occasions. Unfortunately they have the monopoly in my area and not too many other bin companies exist....
We have a roofing company and despite clearly marking and verbally communicating where we would like the bin (so a wheelbarrow will dump directly into it). The bin ends up upwards of 15ft away the the edge of the roof forcing us to build ramps or use a shovel which takes hours longer.
Also on multiple occasions I get charged hundreds of dollars more for construction and demolition rates vs regular refuse. They claim it is because the wood and metal is not separated and tangled together. Obviously if I can save $700 I will spend 10 minutes and separate things on the top. This has happened so often that I started taking pictures to dispute the fees with no such luck. I wish I had other options so regrettably I will still be a loyal customer.
