This was after I mentioned that any sort of replacement piece would do. I left QJR with all my jewelry, deciding to go somewhere else. I did go somewhere else, and for now, I can tell you the other jeweler replaced my missing earring piece for free! (As it should be, the replacement piece is probably worth .10 cents wholesale). I told David where I wanted the links to be added (based on where the store originally took links from). I didn't call ahead, but it wasn't very busy when I walked in. He told me it would be $20 (accepts cash, Venmo, and Zelle) and would take about 20 minutes. It honestly took even less time, and the results were amazing. I waited while he worked. He gave me the extra links back (I didn't use all of them for the resizing) and polished it for me when finished. Much faster (and cheaper) than taking it back to VCA. Super friendly, very reasonably priced, and lovely work. Will definitely come back!
