Tori Molloy is a horrible massage therapist, I'm not sure how they/them has even gotten this job! Horrible customer service and snarky attitude, it is flat out the only reason I will not be returning to Elements Massage! This better be taken care of. read more

Elements Massage - Tori Molloy - Massage Near Me - Spokane Valley, Washington

First and foremost, this review is more regarding one specific therapist, rather than the location itself. I USUALLY have an excellent experience here. I scheduled for a two hour massage via their website the night before. I booked with April who I had booked with once previously a long time ago. I didn't care for her demeanor then either but I wrote it off as a fluke and maybe me being oversensitive. Fast forward to today... I check in over 15 minutes early and the receptionist politely relays a request from April to ask me if I would consider reducing my session to a 90 minute instead of the 2 hours that I booked. Reason why? Because she was worried that me getting a 2 hour massage would possibly encroach on the time of her client following me because of the time it takes to transition between clients. WTF?! I replied, "I'd rather not. I requested 2 hours and that's what I'd prefer to receive." The receptionist was 100% understanding and very professional about it. I then remembered my last session with April and decided, "...you know what, I'll just schedule tomorrow with someone else." which I did. The receptionist was extremely polite, professional and very apologetic. I could tell that she was mildly uncomfortable even making the request to begin with. I told her that she should definitely relay my displeasure to April because in my words, "...that sounds like a her problem not a me problem if she can't properly manage her transition time between clients." The receptionist agreed and mentioned that she already intended to let the manager know about the incident. Again, I USUALLY have a great experience at Elements...but I'm 2 for 2 with April for having a less than pleasant experience. I will continue to come to Elements in the valley, but April is definitely a never again...or ANY therapist that requests that I sacrifice time off of a scheduled session due to their own poor time management between clients. THOROUGHLY displeased with her and any other therapist who conducts themselves this way. read more

Great massage!. Quiet atmosphere for complete relaxation! You can make an appointment and have no wait time! read more

I came in for a massage and couldn't wait for piece and quiet with no talking while I got a massage. I added a note asking that I please not be asked to engage in a conversation during my massage. Well I got trauma dump on for 50 minutes (no it's not a full hour like they advertise). The lady doing my massage was cursing and yelling about her ex husband my entire massage. I tried to be quiet hoping she would get the hint and she did not. I left my massage feeling stressed... read more

Front office is professional and friendly. My massage therapist claims many years of experience. However, I was supposed to have full body and only got neck shoulders. I've never had deep tissue massage where pinching was a thing. Felt better immediately afterward but even after drinking a gallon of water over next 8 hours I am bruised and in worse condition than before massage. Will never return. read more

Love this place, always get good service. The one suggestion I would have is on your intake forms, or preferences, that you highlight whether you would like to talk or not to talk. Several times I've had a therapist talk to me and become so engaged that I feel like they go on autopilot and forget to address problem areas. I don't feel comfortable saying "I don't want to talk" so it would be nice to add a check box on your preferences. read more

Rude therapist = not a relaxing experience, if you're going to spend nearly $100 for an hour massage (after tip) I suggest you find another locally owned place. I shared my feedback with the management , they promised 2X) to call me to discuss. That never happened. Won't be returning, read more

Horrible receptionist and mediocre massages at best. Very expensive. Find a place that really cares about your wants and needs

This place asks for a credit card number in advance or they won't book you even if you have a gift card. And the receptionist is on some kind of power trip I passed. read more

I had a Massage that was terrible as if the person had no clue as to know how to give a massage. Toward the end of the massage the person hurt my neck so bad, I almost jumped off the table. I sent an email to tell them how things went, and I still have not received any reply. I'm sorry to say that I am dissatisfied. I do know that more often than not, many people enjoy their massages. Thank you for your time. read more

The atmosphere is just NOT relaxing. The portable fan was working too loud and no music could be heard. The fan was also pointed at me so I got freaking cold and the oil was cold as well. Massage was not bad. My husband and I had the same gift cards for the same service but for some reason my massage was 10 mins less, and he got to try heating stones and cupping and I have not. Masseuse was in the mood to talk but later she realized I am trying to relax. I wouldn't be coming again ever. read more

Ah-amazing!! Every time I go in I'm always greeted by friendly staff. Best message I've had in a long time. If you're into deep pressure, Patrick was amazing today, I will definitely be back for more. read more

Way overpriced. The massage was NOT good. I said not to do it so hard and it felt like she was trying to hurt me. We canceled our memberships.. read more

I have been seeing the same massage therapist for years but couldn't get into her when I had a knot/spasm. Called this location and was able to get in with a lady (wish I remembered her name). I left feeling 75% better and she gave me a ton of tips to help loosen the area and take care of myself in the process. She was extremely friendly and helpful. I'm very loyal to my massage lady but If I ever need help in a pinch I know where I'm going. read more

My first massage was a great experience, thanks to Elements Massage. Everything went smoothly and I was treated very well. The membership package was mentioned, but there was no pressure to join, which I was afraid there would be. My masseuse, Anna, did a great job and found knots I wasn't aware of as well as helping with the areas I knew were bothersome. I'd recommend her to friends. All in all, it was a great experience, and I hope to return again. read more

Masseuse was late. She talked the entire time during the massage...with her hands. I don't mind conversation during a massage normally, but when you talk the whole time and with your hands... you're taking your hands off every other minute to make a gesture. I also believe she tried things on me that she learned from her physical therapist. To top it off the front desk gentleman was not professional at all. Pestered me to try and get a membership for 15+ minutes. After I repeatedly said no not only to rescheduling but to the membership as well, he would ask again, the same question but in 4 different ways/styles. Asked inappropriate personal questions for a receptionist. When you go to get a massage you shouldn't feel pressured into signing up for things, you should feel relaxed. Or get a half done massage while the masseuse is sharing your whole life story. This ruined my experience. read more

This was the best massage I have ever gotten. I play volleyball collegiately and I have a lot of tight muscles in my back and had recently had a muscle spasm in my neck, and when I told the front desk staff about my injury they offered to do a free cupping sample to see if it would help me out! I feel amazing and so ready for my upcoming tournament. I definitely recommend them to anyone who is ready for an awesome experience! And these cupping marks will definitely be a conversation starter ;) read more

I tried the cupping massage for the first time, and it is simply amazing! Although, after the message it looks like you were in a battle with a Suction cup wizard, or a small plunger operator. This type of massage, Really works deep into the muscle tissue, Leaving you, Feeling exhausted but in a good way. Not only do you receive the cupping method, You still have the comfort of a hands on massage. I recommend this method to anyone who is seeking out a true deep tissue massage. read more

I have usually never had anything but an amazing experience here. The massages are wonderful and the staff is usually kind and attentive. However- while I was here with my mother quite recently, her massage therapist made an unflattering comment about my appearance (to my mom). Like I said, my own personal experience has been excellent here and I believe the massage I receive warrants a five-star rating but I am unhappy and embarrassed with the idea that a professional thought it necessary to make a comment about the way I look when I was not there. read more

I think its funny how you pay for an hour massage and get a 45 minute massage..... The therapist was 10 minutes late and i laid on the bed in the room for 5 looking at the floor, I'm a generous tipper but not when you do 3/4 of the job you're paid for. read more

They charged me for a massage I never had and then refused to refund me the money. Never going there again. Their place is a dump and they have no idea what they're doing anyways. Their employees from secretaries to massage therapists to custodians have no qualifications to have any job what so ever. read more

Becca (Valley location) was great and listened to everything I had going on. It was the perfect mix of working on sore areas but still relaxing. Definitely the best massage I have ever had! read more

We've been super happy with the service so far (2 sessions). The group is SO welcoming. Both massages were super productive for knots and tailored to each of our needs. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, very helpful. It's a joy to visit, even without considering the excellent massages! read more

I have been going to Neccie for several months for therapeutic massage. She is excellent and has helped resolve pain in my hip and lower back that had been long term that I thought would never go away. I am grateful for her kindness and excellence in massage. Neccie's background includes years of work on accident victims and it shows. She has changed my life by ridding my body of pain and has a beautiful soul and personality to boot. If you are looking for an excellent caregiver, look no further than Neccie at Elements Massage on Sprague in Spokane Valley! read more

I'm traveling to Spokane for work, and was really tense from the travel so decided to get a massage. I've had PLENTY of massages all over and do yoga on a regular basis. This however is hands down the best massage I've ever had! I had the privilege of getting Isiah, and let me tell you he knows exactly what he was doing, I'm so relaxed, and feel like jello. He made me feel comfortable the whole time! I will for sure come back when I'm in Spokane! Oh and the front was really nice. read more

I like that I can book my appointments online, the front desk staff and of course my massage therapist Brenna...she's awesome!

My wife just came home from a massage at Elements and said that the guy (Dillon) used too much pressure even though she repeatedly told him it was too much. now she says she has a mild headache and her back feels tight. It pisses me off that the guy didn't listen to her. read more

I have been to the North & South elements locations and have always had wonderful experiences. The massage is always as I specify and the therapist's have always been pleasant and informative when I leave about what I should do next to ensure I benefit from the massage fully. read more

AMAZING massage! My back/neck were hurting at an 8/10 when I arrived. After my massage, I was at a 2/10. Therapist took his time asking about my pain issues and really targeted the problem areas. The place is clean and relaxing. Will definitely be back. read more

I was very disappointed with my massage! First of all I was called back to my room a few minutes late and by the time I got on the table it was 5:07 and then the therapist didn't come in for a few more minutes. The massage felt very rushed and she just moved her hands way too fast and she was smacking her gum the entire time. Once the massage was over and the therapist left the room I got up and looked at my phone and the time was 5:49. So, obviously I'm extremely upset, I got dressed and went to the front desk to tell them that I was not happy and told them my issue with how long she spent massaging me. They said oh I'm so sorry to hear that, I can offer you an upgrade on your next visit with us. So then I'm even more upset that they made me pay for a 60 minute massage when the therapist didn't even massage me for 40 minutes. They should not have made me pay and fired the terrible therapist. read more

Massage therapist is very professional. Gives a great massage. I gave them only 3 stars because the receptionist are very unprofessional, rude, and make inappropriate comments that anyone can hear. read more

Great Massage I'm Hooked Rachel you rock

First time visit while visiting from out of town. Joe did a phenomenal job on my neck, which was pretty messed up. If I lived locally I would seriously consider becoming a regular. The first timer special was well priced. Their Wellness Program rates are reasonable enough to become a regular. read more

Poor experience, too much product pushing, talking, etc. Repeated asking to sign up for monthly unlimited, etc. Would not return.

I just moved here and was in need of a good massage. Elements staff was amazing and accommodating and my massage therapist, Stephanie, was GREAT!! She is really attentive to what the body is in need of and did a wonderful, thorough job! I've scheduled with her again in two weeks!! read more

There are so many amazing things about Elements on Sullivan Rd in the Spokane Valley...Atmosphere, extras (i.e. aromatherapy, cupping, hot rocks), skilled therapists, Wellness Program, great hours, online scheduling, friendly and helpful office staff. You really should give it a try...you deserve it! read more

Have been a member for awhile, even kept my membership during covid shut down. I recently emailed, Facebook messaged Elements to ask some questions, but got no reply until commented on a post on their FB page. They finally sent me a message on FB messenger then promptly blocked me without giving me a chance to respond. I currently am unable to talk on phone, but they refuse to communicate through email. I simply asked for some information and for a copy of my contract. Elements says they cannot verify my identity through email, like really? Send me the forms that I need which require my signature and compare that to what is on file... is that not a good way to verify my identity? How would they verify my identity on the phone? So, instead of working with their customer who cannot talk on the phone they block their customer? If that does not say "completely unprofessional " I don't know what does. read more

Everyone was polite and welcoming. Which made me more at ease and I was able to relax.
