I feel cheated. I went to Elements massage and they wasted 10-15 minutes of my one hour facial for me to take off a shirt and later to get dressed, which literally takes like 30 seconds. They also never disclosed this. They should offer a full one hour for the appointment for hands on time, especially after they said I had to "come 15 minutes early to fill in paperwork." They could utilize the wasted 10-15 minutes to provide a more thorough massage or facial. The woman asked do you want the neck and shoulder massage with your facial or the head massage? I've never had a facial that did not include both. They are too concerned about hurrying out of the room. I will not come here again and do not recommend it. Also I could hear someone talking very loudly next to the room, which completely destroys the relaxation environment. read more

My boyfriend and I used a Groupon for 2 massages that was gifted to us. We scheduled a 7:30pm 60 minute on a Tuesday. We arrived at 7:15pm for paperwork and were quickly taken back. I was paired with Heidi and Andrew with Jackie. They talked to us separately about focus areas and pressure levels. I also overheard Andrew getting the first time run down since this was his first massage. After talking, they left for us to get ready. It was a very relaxing session and they were very welcoming as well! Their techniques were different, which I appreciate as to cater to our different needs. I also like that you can tell they like their job and working with each other. It truly made the environment feel like we were all friends lol. Andrew managed to fall asleep, so I say that's a success! Our massages were completed with warm towels on our backs. They left us to get dressed and they gave us water and peppermint patties before going! I truly recommend these two ladies to anybody going! read more

I purchased a groupon and then joined the subscription with the understanding from the store manager that there were many more scheduling options for members. This is the reason for my poor review. Unless you are able to schedule during normal working hours, you have to choose a date many weeks out. There are no available weekend or evening appointments. I have to work during normal working hours. Also note that the office is hard to get ahold of on the phone. There are multiple phone numbers on their website, and google search results for the store. It seems many of them go to some answering service. When I was lucky enough to reach the front desk, they were busy and asked to call me back. Which they did not. Again, if you can get in for an actual massage, it was good. It's everything else that is poor. read more

I had a perfect massage with Lydia and was able to book the same day. She took time to talk to me about my needs and expectations. She suggested a relaxation massage with special attention to my tense neck and lower back. It was perfect. I was having terrible sciatica pain for two weeks. I went to my primary and the ER to have some sort of relief. I reached out to Elements Massage per my doctors recommendation as I had not found relief from muscle relaxers, steroids and pain meds. Once I called back they said my appointment was actually gone because they gave it to someone else ! Terrible service off the get go ! How do you just give my appointment to someone else ? Booked a groupon for a couples massage here for Valentine's Day! Was looking for a nice relaxing thing to do and that's exactly what it was! The two who worked with us were great and really catered to our requests. We had the aromatherapy included and am very glad that we did because it really did add to the relaxation. I bought a massage gift card that was for 60 minutes. The therapist was 10 minutes late starting and ended before 60 minutes. Ended up being a 48 minute massage! Why cant we just get what we pay for? read more
