I have relatively bad arthritis in my neck and shoulders, and I always leave feeling much better with the knots loosened and an overall sense of well-being. Often by the end of each session I'm starting to doze as I'm completely comfortable and at peace. Stacy is very polite, always makes me feel welcome and comfortable, and really knows her trade well! As long as Stacy is here, I plan on being a customer. New Life Massage as a business in general is great as well. I've been to several studios over the years; while most studios are nice in their own way, New Life is especially a nice studio. Doctors prescriptions are accepted. Your appointments will be booked the old fashioned way--written by hand in the big book, but that's okay. Not at all what I asked for. I was never asked if the pressure was good. There was no communication at all on what I was looking for. I thought booking and filling out what I wanted on their sheet was enough. I like the pain. I never felt the pain and relief I was looking for. I won't be back and I suggest if you're looking for a deep tissue massage to look elsewhere.

As you walk in, you are transported. It's like taking a mini vacation. Santell is absolutely AMAZING. I did the 90 minute Breathe Deep massage and I can't say enough positive things about him and the entire experience. From the moment you walk in, his positive, calming energy prepares you for the amazing experience you are about to have. He is so welcoming and just an all-around genuinely good person. He makes sure you are comfortable beforehand: he lets you select an essential oil and even adjusts the temperature of the room if need be. During the massage, he is SO in tune with your body. This is no cookie-cutter massage. He pays close attention to the areas you indicate and he works to find the EXACT location of the pain.
