I've referred him to my sister who was injured in a car accident and she had nothing but good things to say also. Go see him.

The cleaning staff, nurses, really everyone there were very kind. The food was phenomenal. Patients have private rooms and can keep their cell phones to call family's or work. They also encourage home visits prior to discharge. My issue is the cost. A 45 day stay with Merts treatment was 60,000. If your person fails to stay sober, that's a bitter pill to swallow. Just know that there is no guarantee. This is not the fault of Enterhealth, it is the nature of addiction.

If you are not familiar with getting more counseling after leaving Enterhealth let me educate you on what you can expect when seeking further counseling. Your new therapist will request your discharge report, I was more than happy to request this information from Enterhealth because I thought my treatment and time there was positive. What I did not know was what they wrote on my discharge report. I learned the hard way to ask for your discharge report, read it before you leave, make sure it is a truthful report on your treatment and your current status at the time of discharge as well as your status during your stay. I left without this report and knowledge of what was stated in the report which was very different from what happened during my stay. I regret not obtaining the report and reading it before I left the facility. Don't make my mistake, know what is being written about you and their evaluation of you during your stay and upon discharge. I am very disappointed in Enterhealth and what they said about me in my discharge report.

I visited Sports Medicine Clinic of North Texas in February for a consultation for an arthroscopy…read morefor a torn meniscus. The surgeon reviewed my MRI results and decided we could move forward. I was out of town for most of the month of March but we were going to schedule surgery for early April and they wanted me to get blood work done upon my return. I received a garbled message from physician's assistant so I called back to check on status of surgery and next steps but my call went voice more than 4 times without a return call. I did receive a call back once while I was going through customs and could not pick up. But again voicemail message not clear. I then found out from my insurance company that the surgery was denied because the insurance company wanted me to try physical therapy first, which I will do. But again no direction from this office to move forward with PT. I am deeply concerned about the lack of communication from this office. If they did not want to take on my case, they could've had the courtesy to reach me again as I left several messages with them. I should not assume that they do not want to treat me. I know doctors' offices get busy, but lack of communication is no excuse. I chose this clinic because I tore my ACL over 25 years ago in a skiing tumble, and the surgeon I saw at this clinic encouraged me to exercise it and build my up my knee strength, which I did. He said I was coping well without the ACL and I had no instability. He advised me not to have surgery, but recommended to ski with a knee brace, which I have been doing since then. However, this torn meniscus is a bear and impacts any movement with pivoting. Not sure I will be able to ski again. I hope the lack of communication from this clinic is not happening with other potential patients and I am saddened that we could not move forward.
