Was told the funds I got a few months earlier (after it was offered to us, and we asked if it would affect our annual payment in a few months, and was told NO it would not) would affect our annual payment, and lower it! I said fine send me whatever it is. So, 3-5 business days would have been Tuesday Oct 22, 2024. Close to the end of business on Tuesday, I called and I talked to the same person from last Monday, I recognized her voice, but she didn't say we talked! After 45 minutes of waiting for 1 department or another I am told it is going to be another 2 to 3 business days to receive our funds! I don't know what they are doing there but their customer service really needs to improve, I was hung up on, on that call on Monday. I asked her to check the recordings of what was told to us months ago, that they say they are going to record for confirmation and training, but she never did check! I requested to speak to a Manager, and was told she was in a meeting and will call me. That was yesterday (Tuesday) still have not heard from the Manager! Lets see if we get our funds tomorrow (Thursday) like they told me. They hold on to your money and don't want to give it up! I am pulling all of our funds out of their hands as soon as I can!! They tell you one thing and then do another, and 1 department doesn't know what the other department is doing, when something goes wrong they always blame it on the other department! Bad Business... Then he hung up on me without even confirming that my withdrawal was cancelled due to them unable to provide a $10 dollar bill! Since he did not confirm that he cancelled the withdrawal, for all I know, he could be stealing $10 from my account! I'll have to keep an eye on my account to make sure he didn't steal from me. Also, they only employ 1 live human being at this location during lunch hour. This means you're gonna have to wait 30 minutes - 45 minutes in line before you can get any help from the human.
