This American Landmark property, they took over in July 2022. The property manager and the staff do not care about the property or the residents. We have had issues with them from poor landscaping, dog poop on sidewalks and in the parking lots , (huge piles). All the way to having vagrants living in the stairwell, running drugs, and being arrested and trespassed, to them coming back in the building, and threatening residents, and the property management and American Landmark did nothing to resolve the issue. I had to contact the police. And then we've had issues where our renters insurance not showing on the resident portal. And from speaking with other residents this was a known issue and we confirmed that the manager was aware but they had the assistant manager calling individuals and threatening to charge them penalties and fees if the insurance was not posted. Overall: On a good day this staff is condescending and on most days, their actions show they do not care. We had over 20 vehicles broken into in one week. The parking lot lights were out. Residents stated to the police that they had informed the property's management team that they had been out for months. We weren't asking for a guard to be posted. But we do have a resident portal and it allows the property management team to send out alerts or communications to residents. The prior manager and team, would send out alerts stating "please make sure your vehicles are locked, windows up, and remove all valuables, to limit damages to vehicles from thefts." We only asked them to send out alerts or communications so residents are aware of issues. And they continued not to send out alerts unless it's how to use their payment system or to alert you to pay before the 5th. They only care to add anything to your bill, we have to pay a fee for the trash fairy, and we have to pay a fee for a dumpster, we have to pay for the package lockers(and many packages are stolen from being left out). They have let this property decline and it is so sad. As we have seen many of our fellow residents who've lived here for 3-6 years rapid leave with the deterioration of this community. My experience yesterday was nothing but excellent Zaria who help me was so knowledgeable, very helpful, and welcoming. She took her time going over the application process therefore I had a clear understanding of what to expect. The other office staff offered coffee to drink. They all impressed me with the hospitality, because usually you just me one person but all of the staff seem friendly and approachable. "Let me just start off by saying this this complex is BEAUTIFUL,modern and so conveniently located it's insane! On top of all of this the office staff is amazing. I want to highlight Zaria and Lachell their customer service is top tier, they're very warm and welcoming young ladies. I've commented before on my experience here but I have more to say. The common front door to our building 316 has be broken for over 4 months now and doesn't lock for keyfob use only. The other day I watched a homeless person just open the door and walk right in. Not sure what he did after that. We also just had another surge of vehicle break-ins where it was witnessed that 2 young teenagers came thru the parking lots at around 3:00AM with flashlights checking for items left within eyesight and consequently shattered the windows on now over 15 cars throughout the past couple months. One car was stolen. There are several parking lot light poles that have not been working now for many months and light around here is critical to safety and security. I'll have more truths later but this is enough for now. I've been here for over 2 years now. read more

I moved into this complex at the beginning of the Summer 2022 when this property was NOT managed by the company it is now American Landmark, and during that time the office was filled with amazing, informative, and helpful staff which is why I decided to go with Element initially. By the second month of being there, Element at Stonebridge apartments switched management which is now ran by American Landmark and I can honestly say it has been a nightmare. I decided to end my lease early, and at the time the staff was pretty helpful (so I thought) answering my emails in a timely manner and providing me with information I needed regarding the steps I needed to take for moving out. I was told that the only thing I needed to provide was a forwarding address where they would mail my final account balance to me. About a month and a half passed after my move and I still had not received anything by mail so I decided to email the property manager Jennifer Hendrix, and she NEVER responded to my email (sent on November 17th). A response from Raul Chavez however was provided after (November 28th) stating that I should have received my final balance by mail AND email, however at that point the balance was now sent to collections because it was not paid within the 30 days it was "allegedly" mailed out. First off, how does a property manager go radio silent for over 11 days without a phone call or a follow up email?? And secondly, how can a balance be sent to collections without proper notification to a resident FIRST? WHY is that I had to find this out by email 11 days after the fact when I was inquiring about not receiving the statement balance initially? When I asked Raul for proof that the the statement was actually MAILED out, he only gives me a date (10/6) and a copy of the letter which included the date the statement was CREATED (10/6) this is not proof that the letter was mailed out on that date, but only showing the date the document was created. IN ADDITION, I asked that since it was emailed to me (and I could not find the email ANYWHERE on my end) if they could please forward me that email that was sent out on their end (this would provide proof that an email was in fact sent and would also provide the date) however, Raul says that because of the system they use, they are unable to forward emails. This leaves me with NO PROOF any statement balance was actually mailed to my new residence NOR any email being sent out to notify me. But instead they have now sent my balance to collections, potentially ruining my credit and my good resident history (which might I add, my credit AND good residential standing is what afforded me the opportunity to rent at this apartment complex in the first place because they had to do a background check. Now that I have asked for higher ups information in this company to express my grievances and get this matter resolved because my account has been wrongfully and unlawfully sent to collections without notice, my emails are now being ignored. When I call the office, Jennifer is unavailable and Raul is "busy assisting other residents". This management is the most horrendous, lazy, and unorganized group of people I have ever encountered. I am mortified at how they have decided to single handedly ruin my credit and my rental history without a care in the world when I have worked exceedingly hard to maintain my good standing. They absolutely dropped the ball on their end as management staff. They did NOT send out my final balance by MAIL or EMAIL and they have not provided me ANY proof in doing so. And because of the error on their end, they are trying to cover it up and ignore me. My email was unanswered for over 11 days, no one ever bothered to give me a call back if they were in fact "too busy" and its DISGUSTING that I had to find out about my balance being sent to collections WHEN I INQUIRED ON THE WHEREABOUTS OF MY FINAL STATEMENT BALANCE. Had I not done this, they would have NEVER given me any information. This is unlawful and unfair. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY. read more

I lived at Element of Stonebridge apartments for 4 years and it was the worst experience ever. Dog poop everywhere to the point where you had to watch where you stepped. Trash would pile up for days, which was a recipe for pests. Communication with management was awful. If you came to the office, Zaria was awesome and tried to be as helpful as possible, but when dealing with upper management, they were always rushed, phony and not forthcoming. You can hear everything in those apartments, even people going to the bathroom. You could hear every footstep of those who lived above you. I had to deal with the people above me letting their dog out on the balcony, and urine ending up on my balcony. When I moved out, I was told by management that they would take $95 out my deposit to have the apartment cleaned. I paid someone to clean the apartment and they took all but $29 and said the rest of the deposit was for cleaning the apartment. This is not a place you would want to live. read more

Recent moved into The Element, beautiful apartments, amenities, and wonderful area for food haha. I personally dealt with Zaria in the leasing office, and she did a great job welcoming me to the community and settling in. 10/10 recommendation for a nice, calm living setting. read more

These apartments are Beautifulllllll. Love leasing agent Zaria Johnson! She is very respectful, thoughtful & nice! She answered all of my questions that my mother in law and I had. She made the process so much easier and made me feel comfortable to the point I couldn't wait to apply! She definitely needs a RAISE! Can in to tour the place looking for a two bedroom since my lease is ending. Once I got there everyone was so nice and offered me coffee. They showed me the apartment that was available instead of a model which I fell in love with. I'm so excited to move in to my new place. Everything was so clean and nice. read more
