When I asked about the services I paid to receive they told me I had to get a deluxe pedicure although the description of what was included was clear. The nail tech just stopped doing my pedicure and the technician doing my nails had to finish. They didn't glue my acrylic nail back on my big toe until I asked about it. DO NOT waste your hard earned money giving it to a business that does not do quality work or provide the services you pay for.

She didn't even apologize or anything for running late. She didn't even acknowledge that I had been waiting for her tbh. She spent time looking for her tools before she started my pedicure; she was clearly not prepared for my appointment. There was no way of drying my nails other than air drying, and she basically kicked me out of the chair after waiting ten minutes. She insisted that it would be fine if I put on my socks and shoes. Of course my pedicure was smudged by the time I got home. Most places have those flimsy disposable flip flops, so those would have been nice and would have helped me avoid the pedicure smudging. They didn't have them here.

Got nails done on Friday and polish starting coming off Saturday morning. We made it back Wednesday…read moremorning and I went by shop to get nail fixed and noticed how old the nail polish and bottle appeared. I asked was this the same bottle that was used on Friday and I was told yes. I asked for my nails to be done over (polish) but I was told it would be 30.00. I said no just fix the cracked nails. I am upset because 1. You knew the polish was old 2. You knew I was just there Friday. 3. I did not do much of anything these last few days and I have had other polish to last a long time, even through my work week. 4. Last but not least any one can make a mistake or a product can fail but it's how you treat people when things go wrong. They were at fault and they knew it, they did open a new bottle of polish but only replaced the polish on the cracked nails after they saw that the polish looked worn. All in all bad attitude and unprofessionalism. I'm done. If there was a rating lower than one they would get it. I know money is important-but take care of your customer, spending at least 120 upon each visit and this happens no ma'am checking out.
