She didn't even apologize or anything for running late. She didn't even acknowledge that I had been waiting for her tbh. She spent time looking for her tools before she started my pedicure; she was clearly not prepared for my appointment. There was no way of drying my nails other than air drying, and she basically kicked me out of the chair after waiting ten minutes. She insisted that it would be fine if I put on my socks and shoes. Of course my pedicure was smudged by the time I got home. Most places have those flimsy disposable flip flops, so those would have been nice and would have helped me avoid the pedicure smudging. They didn't have them here.
