Raschelle was careful to keep her hands clean, wore a mask the entire time, and used disposable supplies. The only reusable item was the tattoo machine, which was sterilized and protected to avoid contamination. Was rushed out and didn't receive a massage for the #2 pedicure and I was specific with color and what I wanted. They acted like they didn't understand what I asked for and I understand there is a language barrier but the Customer service is horrible and I paid full price for everything and felt rushed out without a massage. Instead of soaking the nails off, he used a fake nail to pry it off, doing additional damage to her natural nails, he cut her several times and the "builder" ended up being a thick coating like the dip that ended up all over her skin. He also did not try to shape them whatsoever. I wish they had explained that it was not really gel polish. They ended up thick and look like globs of white on her nails. While our pedicures were quick, yet efficient, the manicure was the worst we have experienced. We did not have the time for this service and ended up unhappy with the results.
