I engaged Tony Bennett to re-fit two bathrooms in my house. Having paid him fully, he failed to pay his workmen and the work stopped after the second bathroom had been taken out. At this point, I found out that he is actually not able to fit a bathroom himself. He then stopped answering his phone, was unable to finish the job, and left all the building debris on my premises.
