The tutors are extremely knowledgeable and, more importantly, teach from genuine real world experience. The course covers a huge amount and gives you plenty of practical experience working with different vehicles, tools and equipment. They take the time to explain not just what to do, but why you're doing it, and are always happy to answer questions and help whenever you get stuck. I came onto the course wanting to build the skills and confidence to get into the auto locksmith industry, and I'm leaving with far more knowledge and practical experience than I expected. The support and standard of training have been brilliant. Definitely worth the investment and an easy 5 stars from me.

As first time buyers, finding tradespeople to complete jobs for us can be daunting. You hear so…read moremany stories of cowboys ripping people off but with Honest Doors, this couldn't be further from the truth! Right from the word go, Desi was amazing. She was patient and kind and answered all of the daft questions I could possibly throw her way! She went out of her way to find us options that suited us and when one of our doors threw a spanner in the works (who knew a door could be too small!?) she just found us alternatives that fit within our budget and still did what we wanted. Nothing was ever too much for Desi and we knew that if we dropped her an email with a question we wouldn't be kept waiting for a reply as you can be with some trades. It really is a family run business with Andy coming out to measure up the doors for us too and they have never been anything but incredibly honest with us along the way - offering advice and options so we could make our own (well informed) decisions. Then when the doors were fitted, you wouldn't have even known that they'd been - so clean and tidy! I cannot wait to be in a position to be able to replace our windows because these guys will be our first stop for sure.
