Quote from CertaPro for exterior house painting 7/7/22. Work was to begin September. Pushed me out…read moreto November. Painted over peeling paint in many areas. Too late at end of November to correct their poor workmanship. Winter came and went. I contacted them in April 2023. Most corrections made 5/29/23. While doing so, they damaged the trim on one of my windows. Late daily arrivals, did not let me know they would be late. Due to the unreasonable time frame to complete my work (10 months), I requested a $500 discount as a courtesy. Production manager, Jeffrey, threatened to contact their legal team. I contacted owner, no response yet. CertaPro is disrespectful, unprofessional. Poor quality work.

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. I had Dan Murphy come for an estimate. I called him that afternoon to…read moretell him we wanted to go with his company. He told me he'd call me that evening or next morning to schedule. When he hadn't called by the next afternoon, against my better judgment, I called him. He was "out by the pool" - I guess too busy to return my call. We set a date for the work to be done and even discussed a starting time of 8:30 - 9:00 a.m. At 9:15 on the date of painting, after our preparation of removing pictures, breakables, etc. and no painters showing up, I called Dan. He was clueless, didn't "think" he had me on the schedule, didn't remember us scheduling. I reminded him of the exact events. He says "I'll call you back in 2 minutes". Calls me back and says he has no crew available til tomorrow. AT THIS POINT I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS BUSINESS, AND SAY NO THANKS. I WOULD SUGGEST NO ONE ELSE DOES EITHER. The painters may do good work, I don't know. But Dan Murphy is NO Business man.

The house was in need of numerous repairs on window sills, soffits, etc . The result was outstanding. Numerous neighbors commented "your house looks fantastic!" Ian, the company owner, was very responsive and oversaw the project from start to finish. The team of workers, led by Saul, was careful, professional and unobtrusive. Saul himself did an amazing job on what were some challenging carpentry repairs. This was the third time we had houses painted (all by different companies) and 360 was far and away the best. We highly recommend.

The Sunday before he was to start, we were supposed to meet for key and deposit exchange. He cancelled. The Monday he was supposed to start, we didn't meet until I got out of work at 4PM. Tuesday, he finally started painting. Wednesday he did not work, claiming he was at the E/R with his child all night. At this point I realized it was just him working, not a crew. He told me that he has to let one of his worker's go due to sexual harassment. Matt returned to work on Thursday. At this point, I noticed he was using my kitchen sink and bathtub to clean up. He was also using my trash can and my extension cord. Each day after he left, the house was a complete disaster. He did not paint one room at a time. So my entire home was a mess. I started to put pressure on him and then he showed up with another worker on Saturday and Sunday. The job was not 'finished' until the next Tuesday. As far as quality work, there are several areas in the house that you can still see the original paint through. Forget about clean lines from wall to trim. Paint on the floor. At one point he had to do some sanding in my bedroom. He covered the bed but neglected to cover my closests. ALL of my clothes had a layer of sawdust on them. I have tried to reach out since with a list of items that needs to be fixed but he has not responded and blocked me. NIGHTMARE !
